Instead of the greatest charters of freedom ever written, the present government of the United States feels duty bound to establish itself as the prime source of benevolences—on earth as it is in heaven, who needs God? By vote, because the God-given right to property favors a few with immense wealth and the masses with little, the United States has succeeded in replacing itself with the God-given right to property, However, the reality of the all-powerful giver of benevolences, a self-fulfilling prophecy, favors even fewer with wealth and the masses, in the end, receive suffering and death. This is a fact of history.
Actually reality is after me you come first. This is nature’s unbreakable law, with this exception, as spelled out in The “Higher Law” Background of American Constitutional Law. I’m privileged to have found law Professor Edward S. Corwin’s famous essay in a secondhand law book store for one dollar. It inspired me to study my Constitution and to take America’s all-powerful government to court.
Our courts don’t have the answer of who we are and what we are about. I found the answer in The Physics of Consciousness by quantum physicist Even Harris Walker. In Chapter 18, “A God for Tomorrow,” “Mankind has traveled a long way in the search to understand reality. . .Beginning with the myths and superstitions of antiquity, we have followed a path of discovery into the modern age of scientific understanding, and we have helped to open the door to new reams of science. Ancient people looked to the sky . . .” In The Rising Sign astrologer Jeanne Avery, under “Aquarius Rising,” (I’m Aquarius rising) had this to say about me: “The person with Aquarius on the rise can be very avant-garde. He is the forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, and showing the rest of humanity the way. He may be especially enlightened, metaphysical, scientific, and inventive.” Walker wrote: “But it has only been with the advent of quantum theory that we have discovered proof that we exist as something more than pieces of matter. In the development of quantum theory, the observer emerges as a co-equal in the foundry of creation. . . The tests of Bell’s theorem have shown us that objective reality as it has been conceived is not the true fabric of reality. The observer interacts with matter. Consciousness, the substance of this newfound reality that defines the observer, has fundamental existence. It is the quantum mind that is the basic reality.”
In Genesis 1:26. And God said, Let us make man in our image. . . Who is us? The mind is not in a place. It is in a state without boundary—infinite and everlasting—has fundamental existence, in a spiritual sense, our soul: defined as our immaterial essence, animating principle, or actuating cause of life. Thus, where do we come from when we are born and where do we go when we die? Can our immaterial essence begin and end? Philosopher Nietzsche asked this question. Did God make a mistake when he created man or did man make a mistake when he created God? Obviously, we are mistaken. We are all God’s children.
Having said this, the United States, according to astrologer Avery, was born under the sign of Aquarius. In Astrologer’s Handbook, under “Aquarius,” “Individuals born under the sign of brotherhood and fraternity have as their symbol the water-bearer, who spills out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy.” It seems that we Americans had an obligation that went with The Declaration of Independence and our Constitution; that is, if it is to be on earth as it is in heaven. Astrologer Avery wrote this under “Aquarius Rising”: “He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries.” We descendents of America’s pioneers are Aquarian messengers. After I read The “Higher Law” Background of American Constitutional Law,” I went to the county law library and studied my Constitution and the procedure for taking my government to court. I felt that voices of the past were personally speaking to me. I had a bigger than life calling. Was I delusional?
The feeling that I was called upon to challenge the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in court, in the end, got me a front page story in The Palm Beach Post in which the IRS admitted to the world that it had lawlessly confiscated my property. By sublimating my anger, by taking positive action, I learned of the power that lies within us. I demonstrated the Aquarian’s characteristic of independence, stubborn determination, and belief in a higher power, all characteristics of America’s pioneers—on earth as it is in heaven, we are all here, for a time in the space-time mode, on a karmic mission to make spiritual advances in humanity.
The rising sign, when the sun rises on the eastern horizon of the astrologers map of the heavens, the zodiac, when I drew my first breath, the sun was rising on Aquarius, whose symbol is the water-bearer. In the Bible, we read that three wise men, from a star in the east, were led to the birthplace of the Christ Child, giving rise to the idea that we are now approaching a time of brotherhood—on earth as it is in heaven. The Bible predicts a second coming of Christ.
