This case has got my blood pressure up because it is a clear violation of this woman’s 2nd amendment rights. This woman was a law abiding citizen that had a concealed carry permit from her state which made it legal to carry. Shaneen Allen had to pass a back ground check that Obama would fail to get this permit. She was put in jail ….she should sue the hell out of New Jersey for violating here constitutional rights. It is a communist state that has such laws ….they cannot protect every citizen every minute from the drug heads, terrorist and thugs that run ramped in today’s world. The federal and local governments cannot guarantee full 100% protection of life and property of its citizens. If these asinine laws prevents a citizen from protecting their life or property then the State should stand liable for any and all loses because they prevented the citizen the right to self protection.
