In Chicago, four blacks had kidnapped and tortured a man w/ mental disabilities for at least 48 hrs. The criminals had posted it LIVE to Facebook - where they laughed and yelled "FK WHITE PEOPLE" and "FK TRUMP" as they tortured the special needs victim. Yet, Chicago Police are claiming the torture was neither a Hate Crome nor politically motivated.

Update: Just yesterday Chicago PD announced that it would be charging the four blacks w/ Hate Crimes.
IMO, they are doing this only because the live Facebook video had gone viral; as the suspects said it was exactly what they intended. And, since the video did go viral, it got national attention. There was no way for Chicago to keep it local, and bury it.
The crimes comitted by the four suspects were absolutely intentional and very much the definition of a "Hate Crime" as it is written under the law - and NOT merely a "Stupid Act" as it was originally depicted by Chicago PD.
Those four better have the book thrown at them w/ MAXIMUM sentences! But, then again, it is Chicago after all. Meaning ANYTHING is possible.
