This is the wrong place to cut the military
A strong nuclear weapons delivery and deployment system is the #1 thing that will stop aggression against us
I say cut the convention deployments by 80% and make sure every nation knows that should they attack us we will not go convention retaliation !
We will start with a rather large neutron weapon over their capital !

Keep the Boomers and ICBM's
scrap the manned bombers and massive naval Carrier battle groups !
