Here in Rockville, MD- home of liberals radicals and progressives-they've just cancelled the July 4th celebration. They claim it's hot and dangerous. These people will use any excuse to attack American culture.

Hi Mariah, If you come to Washington as a conservative group, know that the local governments and National Park Police take measures to make sure you don't come back. There is no place to park in Washington where you won't get a huge fine. They like to shut down subway stations and turn off the escalotors at subway stations. The park police issue tickets and fines to conservatives who walk on the grass. Then the mounted police will ride four abreast on the sidewalk to force you onto the grass. They put fences around the toilets so you have to walk a quarter of a mile in a big loop to get to them. They have more tricks to harass tea party members; the last time I was downtown, I came back so angry I felt like going back with a ---. The park service does not treat the radical left this way-only constitutional conservatives. They set up checkpoints everywhere to search people just for the sake of intimidation. You will see sharpshooters with scoped rifes on the roofs of the monuments. There are great sites to visit, great museums, and a lot of history, but you have to be ready for a lot of intimidation from the government; or come armed to the teeth. The quislings in congress want it this way.
