Sessions DOJ Busted Spying, Wiretapping
Trump and Atty - Deep State Coup 'SOP'
{ rickwells.us } ~ There was a time when the idea of the FBI, DOJ or other government agencies using their vast capabilities for evil... and to seize control of our government was the stuff of novels, movies and grand proclamations of foreign dictators. Those days are clearly gone as the truth of the blatant criminality and treason engaged in by the leadership of the DOJ, FBI and others in the criminal liar-nObama regime, and by many of those currently in positions of power as well, reveals. The shocking reality we are all watching unfold, some with our eyes open and others still in denial, is that the most trusted agencies in our government have betrayed us and attempted to seize power, with some degree of success. They are attempting to secure their grip but can only do so by eliminating President Trump and the honest Republicans holding some key positions. It is no longer shocking that the Intelligence Agencies and the FBI to used their surveillance capabilities for political purposes or that they are conducting a coup against the President of the United States. It is a reality that only the most naive or compromised can deny following the revelations about the Mueller-DOJ wiretapping maybe the mainstream media won’t mock those who use the term this time around of President Trump’s attorney and the intercepting of confidential and privileged conversations between him and his personal attorney... https://rickwells.us/sessions-doj-spying-trump-coup/.
Rudy Mauls Mueller, Crimes ‘All Committed by the Government’
by Kathryn Blackhurst
{ lifezette.com } ~ Federal officials should end their fruitless probe of allegations that President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia... because “the crimes now have all been committed by the government,” former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Wednesday on Fox News’ “Hannity.” “I believe that Attorney General Jeff Sessions, my good friend, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who I don’t know, I believe they should in the interest of justice end this investigation,” he told Fox News host Sean Hannity. “There’s been too much government misconduct. The crimes now have all been committed by the government,” said Giuliani, who joined the president’s outside counsel team earlier this week....
Giuliani Warns Mueller: Ivanka Trump Is Off Limits
by PETER HASSON
{ dailycaller.com } ~ Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani sent a warning to special counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday... stay away from Ivanka Trump. Giuliani, one of the lawyers helping President Donald Trump navigate the Russia investigation, told Fox News’ Sean Hannity the “whole country” will turn on Mueller if he targets the president’s oldest daughter. Giuliani was responding to a report in Politico that suggested Mueller could use Ivanka to get to her father. Hannity brought up that report and noted former White House communications director Hope Hicks, a longtime Trump aide, “paid more in lawyers than she was ever paid” as a result of the Mueller investigation... http://dailycaller.com/2018/05/02/rudy-giuliani-mueller-interview-ivanka-trump/?utm_medium=email.
Generic GOP Candidates Win Polls
in Majority of Senate Battleground States
by Jack Heretik
{ freebeacon.com } ~ In recent polling of 12 battleground states, generic Republican Senate candidates lead in seven states by an average of 6.3 percent... Democrats are counting on a massive wave to give them control of the Senate this year; however, the April polls show the party may have a difficult time winning some key seats. The Morning Consult poll results show 12 states where Senate seats are up for election this year, and of the 12, Democrats will be defending seats in 10 of them. The seats that would currently remain Republican or flip from Democrat to Republican, according to the poll, include those in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Indiana, West Virginia, North Dakota, and Montana... http://freebeacon.com/politics/generic-gop-candidates-win-polls-majority-senate-battleground-states/?utm_source=Freedom+Mail&utm_campaign=6218eb00bb-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2018_03_19&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_b5e6e0e9ea-6218eb00bb-45611665 .

EPA's Emissions Rules Rollback Taken to Court
by Jordan Candler: A month ago, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt drove his predecessor’s onerous fuel-efficiency standards into the ground. Those standards, Pruitt correctly explained, were “too high” and economically harmful for manufacturers (i.e. consumers). California Democrat Sen. Dianne Fein-stein admonished the decision, retorting, “Cars are becoming more fuel efficient and consumers are saving money at the pump.” While true — though gasoline prices are now headed upward — the low cost of fuel over the past few years is one major reason the standards are vexatious. As National Review explains, “In defending the proposed revisions to the liar-nObama-era standards, the EPA has cited falling fuel prices, which increase demand for larger cars and SUVs and make it more difficult for automakers to hit average fuel-economy targets.” Nevertheless, 18 states are retaliating against the EPA’s rollback by urging the courts to intercede.
The Los Angeles Times reports: “Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday announced a lawsuit by California and 17 other states against the Trump administration to protect national vehicle emission standards from being rolled back by the federal government. The lawsuit filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, seeks to set aside and hold unlawful the Environmental Protection Agency’s effort to weaken the existing clean car rules.”
In Brown’s declaration, he stated: “The states joining today’s lawsuit represent 140 million people who simply want cleaner and more efficient cars. This phalanx of states will defend the nation’s clean car standards to boost gas mileage and curb toxic air pollution.” It goes without saying that not every one of those 140 million people agree with the lawsuit — especially those who understand what the standards will do to their wallets. But California and its other Blue State allies will attempt to force their will on us anyway.
On the one hand, California wants more autonomy. As National Review points out, “California, which represents roughly 12 percent of all U.S. auto sales, had received a series of federal waivers that allow it and twelve other states involved in the suit to implement emissions standards that are stricter than the EPA’s. The administration has moved to revoke those waivers.”
But the state also wants to foist its agenda on everyone else. The Washington Free Beacon recalls, “Starting in 2010, the EPA, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the California Resources Board worked together to craft a uniform nationwide economy standard for vehicles manufactured between 2012 and 2025.” The bottom line? National Review says, “Automakers and industry groups … are now concerned that the nascent legal battle could lead to a divided market as certain states require more stringent emissions standards than others.” And that’s what nobody wants — another legal circus. ~The Patriot Post
