liar-Clinton Bemoans 'White Privilege'
The GOP assembled Monday in Cleveland for the start of the Republican National Convention, but that wasn't the only political event happening in Ohio. liar-Hillary Clinton attended her own confab in the southwest corner of the state — the NAACP's 107th Annual Convention, which is taking place this year in Cincinnati.
liar-Clinton took advantage of a speaking slot to emphasize what she believes is a "need to make reforms to policing and criminal justice," adding, "[W]e cannot rest until we root out implicit bias and stop the killings of African-Americans." She also lampooned "white Americans" whom she says "need to do a better job of listening when African-Americans talk about the seen and unseen barriers [blacks] face every day." She went on to lecture, "We need to recognize our privilege and practice humility rather than assume that our experiences are everyone's experiences."
It's worth recounting the words of Mark Alexander, who, after the death of Michael Brown in 2014, summed up the growing problem of black privilege: "I would argue that there are to varying degrees undeniable societal biases based on all those human traits and attributes we are supposed to ignore — race, gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, etc. Do I think those biases are so pronounced that some groups experience more privilege under some circumstances than others? Yes. Is it worth discussing? Yes, but only if that discussion includes the whole color spectrum of privilege. ...
"In Ferguson, black privilege meant that a drug-using 300-pound black man was entitled to walk into a convenience store, brazenly steal merchandise and physically assault a tiny store clerk. It means he was entitled to walk down the middle of a street taunting traffic. It means that when a police officer told him to get out of the street, he was entitled to punch the officer through his patrol vehicle window and attempt to take the officer's weapon. It means that he was entitled to defy lawful police orders to stop when he turned and charged toward that officer to assault him again. It means when the officer shot that black man, it was, by default, racist. It means that you can adopt a 'hands up' symbolic gesture, though the assailant's hands were not up. It means that race trumps facts, even as determined by a grand jury. It means that, in the name of 'civil rights,' black people are entitled to riot and loot small businesses, most owned by responsible and hard-working black residents."

Pentagon's New Transsexual Manual
Commanding officers in the U.S. military must be wondering if they have entered bizarro world after receiving the latest procedural manual from the Pentagon — the sex-change manual. In the midst of all the challenges the U.S. military faces, from budget constraints to the continued war in Afghanistan and the fight against terrorism, the most challenging and out right absurd is that of Barack nObama's social engineering via his recent order to end the ban on transgendered service members.
The Washington Times reports, "Commanders must hold training sessions to indoctrinate troops on transgender issues and nondiscrimination." As to the reason for this new manual, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said, "We have transgender soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines — real, patriotic Americans — who I know are being hurt by an outdated, confusing, inconsistent approach that's contrary to our value of service and individual merit."
Retired Army officer Robert Maginnis responded that Carter is "delusional if he believes our military needs transgenders/transsexuals to remain in the 'finest fighting force in the world.'" On the contrary, Maginnis said, "Transsexuals suffer from more psychiatric pathologies than the general population, and active suicide ideation and major depression episodes occur more frequently within this group." He continued, "Creating a bureaucracy to sort out transgender issues will go down in the history of our Armed Forces as the worst waste of defense dollars ever."
Not only a waste of money, it will be a waste of time as a person deemed to have gender dysphoria will need an extended leave time of stability of 18 months after completing medical treatment. Pentagon spokesman Eric Pahon stated, "We have transgender members in the military services today. We believe that we have the same obligation to them that we have to our other service members. Allowing these transgender individuals to serve openly does not bring new medical problems into the military. It brings these medical problems into the open and enables us to treat them in a way that promotes the readiness of the force."
nObama is more committed to "transforming" the U.S. military into a socially engineered puppet designed to further his agenda of fundamentally transforming the country rather than in providing the needed funding and support allowing them the means of successfully fulfilling the role for which they were originally established — the defense of the United States. -The Patriot Post

The Iran Deal – A Blueprint for War

The deal made a mockery out of nObama’s claims that Iran’s nuclear facilities would be subjected to “anytime anywhere” inspections. In fact, under the deal, Iran is permitted to delay inspections by up to twenty-four days. Federal appeals court orders changes
to Texas voter ID law

The ruling from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals instructs a lower court to make changes that fix the "discriminatory effect" of the 2011 law, but to do so in a way that disrupts this year's election season as little as possible. President Barack nObama's administration took the unusual step of deploying the weight of the U.S. Justice Department into the case when it challenged the law, which requires Texas residents to show one of seven forms of approved identification. The state and other supporters say the Texas law prevents fraud. nObama and UN Join Forces to Assault
Parental Rights Worldwide

The controversial worldwide initiative, which aims to criminalize spanking and smacking as disciplinary tools, among other things, is part of the UN's Agenda 2030, also known as the “Sustainable Development Goals.” Essentially, the UN is betting that framing the assault on families as a bid to end “violence against children” — something nobody in their right mind would oppose — will make it easier to pursue the sidelining of parents. The plan also calls for vast new data-gathering capabilities to ensure children are being raised in accordance with extreme UN standards that were unthinkable even a few years ago. But opponents of the UN agenda argue that the global organization itself is among the lead violators of children's rights — and parents, by contrast, are the primary protectors of children...What gives nObama the right to impose this on America?

Secret Side Deal with the Iranians

{familysecuritymatters.org} ~ Veteran Associated Press IAEA reporter George Jahn made news yesterday by revealing a secret agreement to the July 2015 nuclear deal with Iran (the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA)... This agreement says that in January 2027, Tehran will be allowed to replace the primitive 5,060 uranium centrifuges it is allowed to operate while the nuclear agreement is in effect with more-advanced designs, even though other restrictions on Iranian uranium enrichment remain in place for 15 years. I believe this is a significant development because it represents another secret JCPOA side deal that the nObama administration illegally withheld from Congress. This agreement means that in only eleven years, Iran will be permitted to substantially increase its capability to produce nuclear fuel faster and in larger amounts. {townhall.com} ~ When FBI Director James Comey publicly revealed his recommendation to the Department of Justice last week that former Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton not be prosecuted for espionage, he unleashed a firestorm of criticism from those who believe that liar-Clinton was judged by different standards from those used to judge others when deciding whether to bring a case to a grand jury.The FBI investigation had a bizarre ending to it. FBI recommendations are never made public as this one was. Attorney General Loretta Lynch had been compromised by her politically disastrous but legally consequential meeting out of the view of the media with Bill liar-Clinton just one week before Comey's announcement. Whatever they discussed, the overwhelming public impression was such that Lynch removed herself and her senior aides from the case, effectively leaving the FBI to have the final say. This is unheard of in the post-Hoover FBI.
The Comey announcement itself gave two reasons for recommending against indictment. One was that "no reasonable prosecutor" would take the case. That is not a judgment the FBI gets paid to make. The FBI's job is to gather, present and evaluate facts and evidence, not predict what prosecutors might do with it. The other stated reason for recommending against indictment was that though liar-Clinton may have been "extremely careless" in handling state secrets, she was not "grossly negligent," which is the standard required by the espionage statute.
Yet Comey also acknowledged that liar-Clinton sent state secrets to nongovernmental colleagues who lacked national security clearances, that those people were hacked by hostile intelligence services and that she used her numerous non-secure mobile devices recklessly while inside the territorial borders of those hostile governments. If all that is somehow extremely careless but not grossly negligent, then many who have done far less than liar-Clinton -- and have been prosecuted and convicted -- were wrongly prosecuted.
Since Comey's announcement last week, several new factors have come to light. One is that the DOJ never presented any evidence to a grand jury. It never sought subpoenas from a grand jury. This is unheard of in major criminal investigations because the FBI alone has no subpoena power and needs a grand jury to issue subpoenas for it.
The absence of a sitting grand jury also makes one wonder about the circumstances under which and the purpose for which the DOJ obtained immunity for Bryan Pagliano, liar-Clinton's internet technology adviser. She paid him $5,000 to migrate her public and her secret State Department email streams from the government's secure servers to her own non-secure servers. Immunity, which is essentially the pre-indictment permanent forgiveness of criminal behavior, cannot be given lightly and can only be given in return for testimony -- usually to a grand jury or a trial jury. Strangely, that was not the case here.
Nevertheless, liar-Clinton's persistent problems with personal honesty have brought her face to face with three more criminal investigations. One is for public corruption. The second is for perjury. And the third is for misleading Congress.
The public corruption investigation has been underway for a few months. The allegations are that she exercised the powers of her office as secretary of state to enrich her husband and herself. The evidence here is ample. There are dozens of documented instances in which foreign governments and individuals received beneficial treatment from her State Department -- usually exemptions from compliance with American laws or regulations -- and then collectively gave hundreds of millions of dollars to the liar-Clinton Foundation at a time when it was not a registered lawful charity.
The second investigation liar-Clinton faces is for perjury. This arises out of a Freedom of Information Act civil lawsuit during which she swore in writing and under oath, citing the phrase "under penalty of perjury," that she surrendered all of her work-related emails to the State Department. When she left the State Department, she effectively took all of her emails with her. Then, when the FOIA cases began, she returned about half of what she had taken, claiming that the other half was personal.
The FBI found that she failed to return thousands of work-related emails, some of which she and her lawyers attempted to destroy and some of which they succeeded in destroying. Who ordered the destruction?
Finally, liar-Clinton will most likely be confronted with charges of misleading Congress. Misleading Congress consists of intentionally creating a false impression in response to material congressional questions. She did this when she denied to the House Select Committee on Benghazi that she had sent or received emails via her home servers that contained state secrets.
The FBI found 110 emails in that category, at least two dozen of which were at the highest level of protection that the government accords its secrets. She also told that same committee that she had surrendered all her work-related emails to the State Department.
Former New York Yankees pitching great Roger Clemens was tried twice after a trial that ended with a hung jury, he was ultimately acquitted for misleading Congress when he was forced to speak to a House committee about the contents of his blood and urine as a baseball player. liar-Clinton has misled Congress about her lawful obligations as secretary of state, and she skates free.
Back in the Whitewater days, when the propensity of both Bill and liar-Hillary Clinton to lie routinely and naturally first became apparent to the media and the public, the late, great New York Times columnist William Safire referred to Mrs. liar-Clinton by a moniker that enraged her husband. He became so fearful of the truth and so furious with Safire that he publicly threatened to punch Safire in the nose.
Safire called liar-Hillary Clinton a congenital liar. He was right. That was 20 years ago. Some people never change.
