Files Restraining Order Against McConnell

{steadfastandloyal.com} ~ Extreme Leftist Sen scumbag-Jeff Merkley has filed a restraining order to prevent the Senate from taking a vote on the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh... Last week, he filed a lawsuit against the president. But, you have to overlook his extreme ignorance of the constitution, because after all, he is a dummycrats-Democrat, and dummycrats-Democrats do not recognize the constitution as a legal force. He is also, apparently unaware of a little thing called, the Separation of Powers, otherwise he would know that the judicial branch cannot interfere with the Senate exercising it’s right to advise and consent. scumbag-Merkley said: Last week, I sued President Donald Trump & Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to stop the unconstitutional Kavanaugh confirmation process. It’s clear that President Trump and Leader McConnell want to ram this nomination through come hell or high water, but that’s just not how our constitution works. The FBI investigation was necessary, but it’s not sufficient. The courts MUST intervene to make sure Kavanaugh’s FULL record is available for public scrutiny. And that’s why I filed a motion for a restraining order against President Trump and Mitch McConnell... This scumbag is from Oregon and he has no knowledge of the constitution he is being stupid. .
DM to Hamas: Don't escalate the situation

This acceptance has dragged our soldiers into a dangerous escalation which endangers their lives and harms the security of the south and the rest of Israel."....
German bank transferred
nearly $44,000 to terrorist group Hamas

{jpost.com} ~ A bank in Germany’s most populous state of North Rhine-Westphalia sent $43,720 to the Islamic terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip... Germany’s best-selling paper Bild reported on Thursday that the bank, which was not named, sent the money in February to the US- and EU-designated terrorist entity Hamas because the country’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) did not swiftly crackdown on the transfer. The Bild wrote that the bank reported the suspicious transaction on February 23 to the FIU, an anti-money laundering unit of the customs agency. Two months later on April 23, the FIU forwarded the case to the public prosecutor. The reaction from the authorities was too late, according to the newspaper. After the transaction was completed, the remaining balance in the Hamas account was roughly $124. Free Democratic Party politician Christian Dürr told Bild that: “Across Germany, terrorism is being financed in the Middle East. The deficits in the FIU must finally be eliminated.” The Jerusalem Post examined the federal German intelligence report regarding Hamas. The report says there are 320 active Hamas operatives in Germany. The number of Hamas operatives increased from 300 in 2015 to 320 in 2017. It is unclear why the German authorities have not arrested the Hamas operatives in light of Hamas’s terror proscriptions. Turkey Charges American Pastor with ‘Christianization’ Crime
{christianpatriotdaily.com} ~ American Pastor Andrew Brunson has spent two years in a Turkish prison for spreading the Gospel... The North Carolina preacher was swept up in the arrests of thousands in Turkey in October, 2016, after a coup d’état against Pres. Recep Erdogan failed to unseat him. Known for brutal aggression against his own people, Erdogan targeted military personnel, civil servants, political opponents and Christians for what has been referred to as a “purge.” The American pastor remained in captivity during the waning days of the scumbag/liar-nObama Administration without American government support. It took upwards of a year before a Turkish court charged him with a crime. He now stands accused of “Christianization.” The allegation has been masked in the guise of terrorism and espionage. However, the case the Erdogan regime is leveling against the man of God stems from preaching the Gospel. “There have been times I have not been happy with God’s plan in this situation,” the pastor’s daughter Jacqueline Furnari reportedly said. “I’ve really come to realize God is in complete control and He has a plan, and this is all for his glory. He is worth everything that my family has gone through.”...

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) noted, “There’s nothing in it that we didn’t already know.” He added, “These uncorroborated allegations have been unequivocally and repeatedly rejected by Judge Kavanaugh and neither the Judiciary Committee nor the FBI can find any third parties who can attest to any of the allegations.”
It seems that Sen. Dianne Fein-stein (D-CA) agrees, since she called for the FBI’s findings to be kept under wraps. “It would seem to me that if people are going to be identified this ought to be held very close and not [made public],” she said, reiterating, “I think the [FBI] investigation ought to be closely held.” Fein-stein is an expert in closely holding material until it can be used for maximum political damage, so if there’s any remotely useful information in the FBI’s report, expect dummycrats-Democrats to leak it.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that he will not break the normal privacy protocols by publicizing the FBI’s findings.
Meanwhile, McConnell filed for cloture to end debate on Kavanaugh, setting up a procedural vote for Friday, with the possible confirmation vote coming as early as Saturday. McConnell’s actions indicate that he is confident he has the Republican votes needed to confirm Kavanaugh, finally bringing this dummycrats-Democrat-created confirmation circus to an end.
In the end, it may be the dummycrats-Democrats who find that not only has their scorched-earth “search and destroy” delay gambit failed to prevent Kavanaugh’s confirmation, but it may prove to cost them dearly in the midterms. A recent NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll now suggests that Republican voter enthusiasm has surpassed that of dummycrats-Democrats. As late as July, polls showed dummycrats-Democrat voter enthusiasm up 10 points over that of Republicans, but it now appears that the Senate dummycrats-Democrats’ grotesque attack on Kavanaugh has inadvertently lit a fire under Republicans. Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion, explained, “The result of hearings, at least in the short run, is the Republican base was awakened.”
Furthermore, a Harvard Center for American Political Studies poll was just released, and according to that survey, 60% of Americans support Kavanaugh’s confirmation if the FBI finds no other evidence to corroborate Ford’s accusations. Additionally, 69% believe this confirmation process was a “national disgrace,” and 75% of respondents believe that Fein-stein should have provided Ford’s letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee when she received it in July, rather than waiting until Kavanaugh’s hearing had concluded.
With the midterm elections just over a month away, things have really tightened up, and all the mainstream media’s hype about a coming “blue wave” has suddenly receded.
