I have been able to verify something extremely troubling in the past 12 hours. A close and verifiable source contacted me to lament the deployment of a friend from Ft. Hood to Egypt, where this particular soldier will be for the next nine months. We have no military base in Egypt, so we’re all trying to understand the assignment and wonder if he and the other 400 soldiers are living in a tent in the desert, and if they are, how do they receive supplies, from everything to food, water, ammunition, and fuel to conduct whatever mission they are to fulfill, for I cannot imagine a C-140 being allowed to land at Cairo International.
The following information has been sourced thoroughly. This particular soldier said that while he was not really thrilled about the assignment to Egypt, it was better than the soldiers that remained at the military base BECAUSE THEY HAD JUST RECEIVED THEIR DEPLOYMENT ORDERS TO GO TO SYRIA. That certainly contradicts the posturing and false reassurances and table-pounding of Obama and Kerry, does it not?
Of course, credibility should never enter the discussion when talking about this president. If frogs get nourishment from eating flies, this pathologically dysfunctional misfit gets his lifeblood from telling lies. It is the manner in which he is genetically coded and been brainwashed to operate.

I would hope that our military leaders understand that there has been no Congressional authorization to engage in acts of war against any nation. It is getting very difficult to comprehend the rationale behind the Joint Chief's of Staff and their apparent willingness to push the limits on the 'legal' use and deployment of our military by this Administration.
There was a time when the senior military leadership would advise the President and the CONGRESS regarding the Constitutional and lawful use of our military... it appears that those days may have vanished. If our STATED NATIONAL POLICY is no troops on the ground in Syria, why are troops being alerted for deployment in Syria? The MFO in Egypt may well account for the soldier being deployed to Egypt but what need is there for troops being deployed to Syria? Congress needs to act now to find out what is going on.
I am highly suspect about the reliability of the report regarding Syrian deployment... it makes no sense, but what does when it comes to this Administration. Hence, it needs to be reported to Congress and they need to check into the matter.
@George D Smith, although I understand what you are saying, the article above is not talking about Egypt...It is simply showing that Boots On The Ground are going to Syria after Obama LIED to the people in his Syria speech...America has never had any Military Troops in Syria...Russia has always controlled that country also...This is what needs to be put out...Former 14 year Military here also...
We Have a MFO , ( "Multi-National Force Observers"). Operation In Eastern Egypt... and Have for about 35 Years. It has had Rotating Battalions from the 82nd and 101st and other Divisions and Heavy Regiments. There was a recent Article in the News about the 82nd coming back and another Unit was fixing to deploy.
The Primary Site was along the Border with Egypt and The Gaza Strip. it also extended with Outposts all the way to the Gulf of Aqaba. and They at one time Had Aircraft Recon Flights up and down the Gulf of Aqaba... There were (Past tense) other UN Forces in the area. At one time The Germans, Brits, French, and several other Counties had a Presence there . This is Under the Guise of UN Peace Keeping.

I do not want any of our men and women in the military in any of these butcher countries. I suggest Obama, Kerry, McCain, Boehner and Lindsey do some recon and go first to see if it is safe for our troops.
