According to the CAIR Press Release, Florida Muslim Capitol Day comprises a coalition of various Muslim organizations, institutions, mosques, community centers, schools, professionals, and individuals. Legislators will be meeting with their Muslim constituents who make economic, cultural, and social contributions to the state.

Muslims are advocating for legislation that protects and serves the immigrant and marginalized communities of Florida and shields their community from islamophobic attacks. including criminal justice reform.
