Kathy Griffin may have just guaranteed herself jail time for her latest stunt: a picture in which she is holding the bloodied head of a decapitated President Donald Trump. WARNING: the uncensored photo (featured below) is extremely graphic and is definitely NOT SAFE FOR WORK (NSFW).
TMZ just broke the story, and it marks the latest outrageous stunt from the C-list actress/comedienne. Griffin has been a long-time critic of the President, but she may have crossed a legal line here. Threats against the President, no matter how unrealistic or frivolous, are a federal crime and is punishable by up to five years in prison.

The comedian posed for the gory shot during a photo session with famed photog Tyler Shields, who’s known for edgy, shocking pics. We got the pic before the release.
During the photo shoot, Kathy joked that she and Tyler would need to move to Mexico once the pics got released, for fear they’d be thrown in prison.
