Ferguson Police Chief Resigns, Two Cops Shot
The Department of Justice made its accusation: The Ferguson Police Department practiced systematic racism. The DOJ named names and so the city's town manager and municipal judge resigned. Then Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson announced his resignation. In his resignation letter, Jackson wrote, "My resignation will be effective March 19, 2015 to provide for an orderly transition of command. ... I will continue to assist the city in any way I can in my capacity as private citizen." But Wednesday night, the streets around the police department were anything but orderly. As protesters gathered into the early morning, four shots rang out and two officers fell, seriously injured. The nObama administration was going to come after Ferguson officials if they didn't resign, but did they take into account an emboldened hostility to the peacekeeping force in the city? The department needs reform and leadership has left, but someone tried to kill two cops. Clearly, this isn't over. More...  -The Patriot Post

Sen. Cotton's Letter to Iran Is Firmly Constitutional
After the Senate sent its letter to Iran explaining whatever deal Hanoi John Kerry is currently negotiating would not be a lawful treaty, the Left and its "constitutional scholars" think the 47 senators should be tried for treason. In a White House petition, over 200,000 people said, "United States Senators committed a treasonous offense when they decided to violate the Logan Act, a 1799 law which forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments." And they actually think this petition will get legal legs. Let's start with the Constitution, which says in Article II Section 2 that the president "shall have Power by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur [emphasis added]." John Yoo writes at National Review that nObama could make some kind of agreement with Iran, namely a sole executive agreement, which would only be binding with the nObama administration itself. He continues, "But as a matter of constitutional law, the Cotton letter should be no more controversial than a letter that simply enclosed a copy of the U.S. Constitution (without President nObama's editing)." No, it is the nObama administration that is circumventing the Constitution, as even Hanoi Kerry admitted that "we're not negotiating a legally binding plan." More...  -The Patriot Post

 Hanoi Kerry's Hypocritical Indignation
Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry really wasn't happy with the 47 Senate Republicans who wrote a letter to Iran warning of the temporary nature of any deal with the nObama administration. Testifying before Congress Wednesday, Hanoi Kerry said his reaction to the letter was "utter disbelief" because it "ignores more than two centuries of precedent in the conduct of American foreign policy." He added, "During my 29 years here in the Senate, I never heard of -- nor even heard of it being proposed -- anything comparable to this. ... This risks undermining the confidence that foreign governments, in thousands of important agreements, commit to between the United States and other countries." Funny that he's "never even heard of it" because an open letter to Iran restating the obvious hardly compares to Hanoi Kerry's own record of going it alone on foreign policy. While he was in the Senate, he traveled to Nicaragua to meet with the communist Sandinistas and then returned home to shill on their behalf. And let's not forget his most infamous moment: meeting with the North Vietnamese in 1970 and 1971 while still a Navy reserve officer. Few are now willing to bring up this treasonous behavior, but it's unbelievable hypocrisy for Hanoi Kerry to attack this letter now.  -The Patriot Post

Here We Go Again: Online Sales Tax Resurrected
An online sales tax bill passed the Senate (with 27 mostly Republicans voting "no") in 2013 but flamed out in the House. Its sponsors, however, are undeterred. The Hill reports, "Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Sens. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) rolled out the Marketplace Fairness Act on Tuesday, which would give states more power to collect sales taxes from businesses that don't have a physical location within their borders." As Mark Alexander explained two years ago, the MFA is designed to force states to collect taxes for the states in which a purchaser resides, and this amounts to taxation without representation. Clearly, politicians want this bill passed to raise new tax revenue for broken state governments facing budget shortfalls. Mitch McCon-nell opposed the bill as Senate minority leader. Now that he's majority leader, we'll see if he holds true. -The Patriot Post

Leftists Hail Flawed Gun Ownership Survey
Anti-gun advocates hailed the findings of a new study released this week that claims firearm ownership in America is fading. NBC News writes, "According to the latest General Social Survey, 32 percent of Americans either own a firearm themselves or live with someone who does, which ties a record low set in 2010. That's a significant decline since the late 1970s and early 1980s, when about half of Americans told researchers there was a gun in their household." If that sounds strikingly odd considering gun purchases remain near historic highs, that's because it is. Steve Sanetti, president of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, says, "GSS isn't actually counting the number of firearms in each household. Rather it is counting the number of individuals willing to disclose to a stranger at their front door how many firearms they own." That's important because "it is far more likely that the political climate is driving down self-reporting." By comparison, Gallup, which relies on anonymous phone surveys, puts gun ownership at 42%, a percentage that's more or less remained constant over the last decade. The Left is attempting to twist this survey as proof today's America just isn't that into guns. The last few election cycles suggest otherwise. More...  -The Patriot Post

Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch
 Lynch confirmation hanging by thread
(Garth Kant) - The nomination of Loretta Lynch to become the next attorney general is hanging by a thread...Lynch’s bid to become the top law enforcement official in the land suddenly turned into a cliffhanger with a report that only 50 senators are now planning to vote to confirm her next week. That is the bare minimum number of votes she would need to squeak by. Vice President loose lips Joe Biden would have to break a 50-to-50 tie in the Senate. Just four GOP senators are now reportedly prepared to vote in favor of confirming Lynch: Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Susan Collins, R-Maine. Why would they voter for her? Its not a do or die situation.       http://www.wnd.com/2015/03/lynch-confirmation-hanging-by-thread/

JW Forces nObama Admin to Admit To Misconduct in Email Scandal
(.judicialwatch.org) - Like you, I am tired of politicians, who at best are doing nothing but complaining about nObama corruption, overreach, and, in these past weeks, the Clinton email scandal...Despite a day-late-and-dollar-short subpoena issued by the House Select Committee on Benghazi, you can once again expect that Congress (and the media) will follow Judicial Watch’s lead on the burgeoning Clinton email scandal. If truth and accountability are to prevail, it will be through Judicial Watch’s investigation and litigation. Acting quickly to address the scandal and the abuse of courts and the law (and the public’s right to know), your Judicial Watch has asked a federal court to reopen a closed Freedom of Information (FOIA) case. As you may recall, our lawsuit sought information about Huma Abedin, who was Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations from January 22, 2009, to June 2, 2012. She then became a senior advisor in the same office and was classified as a special government employee authorized to represent individual clients and engage in outside employment. Ms. Abedin held this special position until February 15, 2013. Here’s where matters take an interesting turn.       http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/weekly-updates/jw-exposes-clinton-misconduct-in-court/#anc2

 The Islamist Way
(Burak Bekdil) - "Expansion and conquest" make one of the pillars of the Islamist doctrine. For that reason, it requires, and overtly or covertly struggles for, expanding "rights" in non-Muslim countries...It is simply futile to expect Islamists to demonstrate a crumb of the tolerance they demand of non-Muslim nations. Islamists often do not hide it: They love head-count democracy in lands where they make a majority; and hate it in lands where they are in the minority. They would crush other faiths, including different sects and practices of their own faith -- or no faith, for that matter -- where they are in power.       http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5333/the-islamist-way

History Shows nObama Doesn’t Need Congress to Seal Iran Deal
(Melissa Quinn) - In a letter to Iran this week, nearly four dozen Republican senators showcased the limitations of a potential unilateral nuclear deal by President nObama, rightly warning that the future U.S. president could reverse the agreement...But in trying to assert their power, the senators skirted over the fact that presidents have executive authority to make deals with foreign countries—without needing to go to Congress. While Republican congressional leaders are pushing the Obama administration to handle its nuclear negotiations with Iran as a treaty, which would require approval from two-thirds of the upper chamber, history shows that presidents can—and often do—avoid this requirement by forging “executive agreements” with foreign countries. I hesitate to believe this. Can anyone check to see if this is correct. I can see this if we declare war against an enemy.      http://dailysignal.com/2015/03/13/will-white-house-pursue-treaty-executive-agreement-iran-heres-need-know/?utm_source=heritagefoundation&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=saturday&mkt_tok=3RkMMJWWfF9wsRoivK3KZKXonjHpfsX56%2BQpWqS%2BlMI%2F0ER3fOvrPUfGjI4HScRhI%2BSLDwEYGJlv6SgFQrLBMa1ozrgOWxU%3D

Obama - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Senate probing ‎possible nObama admin ties to anti-Netanyahu effort
(Steven Edwards) - A powerful U.S. Senate investigatory committee has launched a bipartisan probe into an American nonprofit’s funding of efforts to oust Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the nObama administration’s State Department gave the nonprofit taxpayer-funded grants, a source with knowledge of the panel's activities told FoxNews.com...The fact that both Democratic and Republican sides of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations have signed off on the probe could be seen as a rebuke to President nObama, who has had a well-documented adversarial relationship with the Israeli leader. The development comes as Netanyahu told Israel’s Channel Two television station this week that there were “governments” that wanted to help with the “Just Not Bibi” campaigning -- Bibi being the Israeli leader’s nickname.       http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/03/14/senate-committee-probes-whether-obama-administration-funded-effort-to-oust/

VA Patients Waiting More Than 3 Months for Appointment
(Ian Hanchett) - “Thousands of patients at the greater Los Angeles veterans medical centers have been waiting more than 3 months just for an appointment...The detailed evidence comes from the VA’s own documents obtained by CNN and confirmed by medical and administrative sources inside the greater LA VA hospital system. New patients seeking care are forced to wait the longest, sometimes months to see a doctor. Records show this January 15th, more than 1600 veterans who were new patients were waiting 60 to 90 days for an appointment. Another 400 veterans had been waiting up to six months, and the documents provided to CNN show the lengthy wait times are still happening” Griffin stated.       http://www.breitbart.com/video/2015/03/13/report-thousands-of-va-patients-waiting-more-than-3-months-for-appointment/

Benghazi getting worse for Hilly Clinton
(Paul Bedard) - More voters than ever believe the September 2012 Benghazi, Libya, terrorist killings of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans will hurt Hilly Clinton's run for the White House, according to a new poll...The results come as an email scandal continues to pummel Clinton and as some members of Congress raise new questions that in destroying emails, she may be hiding something about the Benghazi affair. The telephone-based survey revealed that 47 percent of likely voters "think the circumstances surrounding the murder of the U.S. ambassador and three other U.S. Embassy employees in Libya will hurt the former secretary of state if she runs for president in 2016." That is the highest percentage since Rasmussen started asking the question in early 2014.       http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/poll-benghazi-getting-worse-for-hillary-clinton/article/2561471?utm_campaign=Conservative%20Inbox:%20Top%205&utm_source=Conservative%20Inbox:%20Top%205%20-%2003/13/15&utm_medium=email

US State Depart post Sharia law campaign example of free speech’
(themuslimissue.wordpress.com) - The photograph shows Muslim women, all in black burkas, running a stall in Dalston, East London. They are standing behind a trestle table covered in leaflets and a banner reading: ‘Shariah law or man made law. Which is better for mankind?’...An investigation by The Mail on Sunday has found the banner was used in an extremist campaign called Stay Muslim, Don’t Vote, which calls for strict sharia law to be imposed on Britain, as well as urging Muslims not to vote in elections. The photo was given the caption ‘Muslims coming out inviting society to Islam’ – which was copied by the US State Department – by a man calling himself Abdulrahman Muhajir, whose Twitter account is suspended. US Twitter users were also quick to ridicule the State Department, with one calling it an ‘epic fail’. Conservative US commentator Mark Steyn added: ‘Why is the State Department promoting sharia for the United Kingdom? Aren’t they supposed to uphold the Constitution of the United States? Sharia’s incompatible with that constitution, as it is with the legal inheritance of Western civilisation.’       https://themuslimissue.wordpress.com/2015/03/15/us-state-department-post-sharia-law-campaign-photo-as-inspirational-example-of-free-speech/

Afghan government gave CIA cash to al-Qaeda
(Robert Spencer) - “It was just another in a long list of examples of how the United States, largely because of poor oversight and loose financial controls, has sometimes inadvertently financed the very militants it is fighting.” And yet the CIA cash kept flowing to Afghanistan, and probably still does...They first turned to a secret fund that the Central Intelligence Agency bankrolled with monthly cash deliveries to the presidential palace in Kabul, according to several Afghan officials involved in the episode. The Afghan government, they said, had already squirreled away about $1 million from that fund. Within weeks, that money and $4 million more provided from other countries was handed over to Al Qaeda, replenishing its coffers after a relentless C.I.A. campaign of drone strikes in Pakistan had decimated the militant network’s upper ranks.       http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/03/afghan-government-gave-cia-cash-to-al-qaeda?utm_source=Jihad+Watch+Daily+Digest&utm_campaign=a92c7eb8cb-Daily_Digest&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_ffcbf57bbb-a92c7eb8cb-123451509
Truth Catching Up To Secretive,
Subversive State Department – Emails Were Not Auto-Saved, As Earlier Lies Indicated
Rick Wells
088 jen psaki 940

(rickwells.us) - Hilly Clinton said that her communications with other State Department employees were automatically preserved on their emails accounts, supposedly freeing her of the inconvenience of complying with the law herself.

Apparently Clinton is not the only one who sought the freedom of non-compliance when it came to the preservation of government emails. The State Department during her tenure and since was a virtual aviary of free birds who also felt unfairly shackled and  inconvenienced by the laws and policies of the United States. Nobody bothered with keeping their emails and, contrarily to popular belief, they now claim that there was no system for automatically archiving  them.

According to State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki, until last month when things really started heating up  and public attention shifted their way, no auto-archiving was done. That’s all behind them now, they’ve seen the light. From now on, they’ll be changing their lawless ways forever. February was a big month for them, the month they “got right with the law.”

Are we to believe that Psaki is now telling the truth when she lied to everyone straight faced for so long? How do we know that there truly was no archive system and that these claims aren’t just a different angle on the Lois Lerner “lost email” defense, asserting that they were never recorded due to a lack of a system rather than that they were lost. That tactic has been proven to be flawed with the recent acquisition of 32,000 of the “irretrievable” emails. Is this just plan “B?”

In spite of the fact that for six years they’ve been lying to us all, now that they’ve been caught, and the magical date of March first has passed, we can trust them. We have the word of nObama’s paid liar, everything will be archived from now on. She certainly looks trustworthy.

Some people might be stupid enough to believe her. They’re the same idiots with a “D” for dishonest or dips**t after their names who got us into this mess by voting this outlaw Marxist regime into power in the first and second place. The rest of us aren’t quite so easily fooled.

We’ve heard that the nObama regime is supposedly sifting through all of the reams of paper from the Clinton years in search of evidence through which to target her, as an inside political move against her. What if they are just double checking to make certain nothing incriminating slipped by them?

They were and still are covering up for their criminality and God only knows what other kinds of activities have been conducted inside the State Department and in the other myriad branches of the nObama crime syndicate. They have destroyed all of the evidence, at least they’ve attempted to. That was why they were so emboldened, why they acted with such impunity. They knew most of their anti-American activities could be denied and there was no evidence to prove otherwise.

We can hear it already, Hussein nObama just found out about it when the rest of us did, from news reports and as he was watching Jen Psaki’s press briefing. While he’s at it he’ll once again reaffirm that his is the most transparent regime in American history.

He’s partially correct. It’s the most transparently lawless, unconstitutional and anti-American regime to ever plague the United States of America. And he’s still got almost two years left to build on his treacherous “legacy.”
