 Judge Rebukes nObama's Immigration Deception
The executive amnesty ordered by Barack nObama last November has been eclipsed in the headlines by his disastrous dealings with Iran. But the story isn't over. The amnesty would grant three-year stays of deportation, Social Security numbers and work permits to some illegal aliens, but in February U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen declared that nObama exceeded his authority and blocked the amnesty. After further deliberation, Hanen this week declared his injunction will remain in place in part because nObama's lawyers misled the court. The administration revealed two weeks after Hanen's first ruling that it had already granted more than 100,000 work permits to illegals before the court issued its injunction, and the judge wasn't too happy. “Whether by ignorance, omission, purposeful misdirection, or because they were misled by their clients," Hanen wrote, "the attorneys for the Government misrepresented the facts." "Even worse," he added [emphasis in the original], the government's lawyers "urged this Court to rule before disclosing that the Government had already issued 108,081 three-year renewals under the 2014 DACA amendments despite their statements to the contrary."  -The Patriot Post

SCANDALS SKEWER HILLY IN SWING STATES
As news of another suspect foreign entanglement hits Presumptive Democratic nominee Hilly Clinton, a new survey shows how damaging the fallout from her scandal twin-bill of secret email servers and foreign buckraking have been. A Quinnipiac University poll out today says Clinton’s lead is collapsing against leading Republican presidential candidates in the critical swing states of Colorado, Iowa and Virginia. The size of the drop from Q’s mid-February survey, coupled with gains by the entire GOP field leads the pollster to conclude, “[I]t is difficult to see Secretary Clinton’s slippage as anything other than a further toll on her image from the furor over her e-mail.” Respondents in all three states say she is not honest and trustworthy.
Nasty numbers - In matchups, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., drew 44 percent to Clinton’s 41 percent in Colorado, as he and 5 other GOP hopefuls statistically tied the Democratic frontrunner. In Iowa, Paul at 43 percent, has a numerical edge over Clinton’s 42 percent, with the rest of the field effectively tied or close. Clinton fared better in Virginia, with a 47 to 43 percent lead over Paul, her closest GOP rival. -Fox News

RAND HITS BACK HARD ON ABORTION
During a campaign stop in Milford, N.H., Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., responded to a question about a testy exchange he had with an AP reporter about abortion policy. Paul’s retort: “You go back and go ask (DNC head) Debbie Wasserman Schultz if she’s OK with killing a 7-pound baby that's just not born yet.” Paul added, “Ask her when life begins, and ask Debbie when she’s willing to protect life. When you get an answer from Debbie, come back to me.” Wasserman Schultz shot back responding, “I support letting women and their doctors make this decision without government getting involved. Period. End of story.”
Zero exceptions? - “It’s disturbing to know that the Chairwoman of the DNC supports zero protections for the life of an unborn child, not even in the final days before birth. We should be willing to protect the innocent. Do her fellow Democrats share their party chair’s position, which is out-of-step with the majority of American women?”—Republican National Committee Press Secretary, Allison Moore in a statement.  -Fox News

WALKER: nOBAMA HAS NO BUSINESS ‘SCHOOLING ANYONE ’
 ON FOREIGN POLICY
Gov. Scott Walker, R-Wis., shot back at President nObama’s criticism of his foreign policy experience during an appearance on “Hannity” Wednesday. “This is a guy who has the audacity to be talking about schooling anyone when it comes to foreign policy and not just about Israel and nuclear weapons,” Walker told host Sean Hannity. “The thing about that statement, a guy in the last year called ISIS, the jayvee squad, his administration continues to call Yemen a success story, Secretary of State Hilly Clinton gave Russia a reset button.” Watch the interview here.

The Judge’s Ruling: Unneeded solution -   With respect to Indiana’s original Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano observes, “If the Indiana legislature wanted to bring back the bad old days with respect to sexual orientation and public accommodations, one can understand the firestorm it got. If it was just trying to boast that it was defending the same religious liberties the Constitution already requires it to defend, its efforts were clumsy, unnecessary and wasteful.”  -Fox News

Losing Ground in Iraq, ISIS Pushes Farther into Syria
(Jonathan Spyer) - The conquest by the Islamic State of the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp near Damascus confirms the resilience of the jihadis and is an indicator of their current strategy...Islamic State has lost considerable ground in Iraq, with the recapture of Tikrit constituting its latest setback. IS has no real response to coalition air power, when it is combined with a competent and determined ground force. This was first demonstrated in the organization's defeat at Kobani in January, and it is now becoming apparent in Iraq. However, Islamic State is responding to this reality in a shrewd and calculated way. Just prior to its eruption into Iraq last June, ISIS carried out a strategic retreat in northwest Syria. In retrospect, this was clearly a preparation for the push into Iraq. In so doing, the movement demonstrated its ability to concentrate its forces and to plan beyond the merely local and tactical.       http://www.meforum.org/5168/isis-pushes-into-Syria

German spies: Isis is losing control of oil sources
(themuslimissue.wordpress.com) - In the face of a large-scale Iraqi counteroffensive, the extremist group now controls just a single oil field in the country, the Süddeutsche Zeitung said in its Thursday edition...citing the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND, Germany’s foreign intelligence service). The spies say that the oil drought will add to the shortages of water and electricity in areas controlled by the terrorist group and continue to undermine its morale. Ousted from the strategic northern city of Tikrit by Iraqi security forces and militias just over a week ago – in Baghdad’s biggest victory to date after the militants overran large parts of the country last June – the jihadists now have only “five percent” of the extraction capabilities they had before, according to the BND report seen by Süddeutsche Zeitung.       https://themuslimissue.wordpress.com/2015/04/10/german-spies-isis-is-losing-control-of-oil-sources/

Senator Cotton Calls for Bombing Iran Nuke Sites
Senator Cotton Calls for Bombing Iran Nuke Sites
(Jack Kenny) - Saying a successful aerial attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities could be carried out in “several days,” Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), shown, said Tuesday President nObama should follow the example of President Bill Clinton’s December 1998 bombing of Iraq...In an interview on the Family Research Council’s Washington Watch radio program, first reported by BuzzFeed, Cotton said nObama wants Americans to think military action against Iran would require “150,000 heavy mechanized troops on the ground in the Middle East again as we saw in Iraq, and that’s simply not the case.” The attack would be “something more along the lines of what President Clinton did in December 1998 during Operation Desert Fox. Several days air and naval bombing against Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction facilities for exactly the same kind of behavior,” Cotton said. “For interfering with weapons inspectors and for disobeying Security Council resolutions, all we’re asking is that the president simply be as tough as in the protection of America’s national security interest as Bill Clinton was.”       http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/foreign-policy/item/20643-sen-cotton-calls-for-bombing-iran-nuke-sites?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_campaign=a1762cb654-The_Editors_Top_Picks_3_12_143_12_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8ca494f2d2-a1762cb654-289778381

After Judge Refuses to Lift Anti-amnesty Injunction, All Eyes Turn to New Orleans
Judge Refuses to Lift Anti-amnesty Injunction, Turns to New Orleans
(Warren Mass) - U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Brownsville gained nationwide attention when he issued an injunction on February 16 blocking President nObama's executive action to grant amnesty to four million illegal aliens...On Tuesday, he refused the administration's request to lift the injunction. However, the nObama administration’s Department of Justice, apparently anticipating that Hanen would deny their request to limit the injunction only to Texas, also filed an appeal with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. In its March 12 appeal, the DOJ attorneys stated that the federal government “seeks an immediate stay pending appeal of a nationwide preliminary injunction against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).” The court of appeals in New Orleans will hear oral arguments from both sides in the case on April 17, when each side will have an hour to present their arguments for or against the injunction.       http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/immigration/item/20635-after-judge-refuses-to-lift-his-anti-amnesty-injunction-all-eyes-turn-to-new-orleans?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_campaign=a1762cb654-The_Editors_Top_Picks_3_12_143_12_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8ca494f2d2-a1762cb654-289778381

DHS Mafia’s Johnson Calls This A Secure Border
(rickwells.us) - Sheriff Babeu has made no secret of three front war he faces in Pinal County, AZ. He’s fighting not only the criminals themselves, but the organized crime cartels they work for as well as the United States government that enables, protects and supports them all...His department, as is the case with law enforcement agencies across the nation, is being obstructed and undermined at virtually every turn by Homeland Security, which, under Jeh Johnson, has become in many cases an extension of the Mexican mobsters and government. On the night of Friday, April 3rd, deputies of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Department engaged in a thirty mile chase at speeds reaching over one hundred miles per hour in the area of Florence, AZ. The chase eventually came to an end inside a gated residential development with the perpetrator, 26-year-old Genaro Cisneros-Delgado being arrested on suspicion of felony flight and endangerment and held on $50,000 bond. The video clearly indicates that those charges are appropriate and it is fortunate that nobody was injured or killed.       http://www.rickwells.us/dhs-mafias-johnson-calls-this-a-secure-border-twenty-time-deported-illegal-arrested-after-high-speed-chase/

Climate Alarmists Are Drooling Over 2,000 Mile Pacific Ocean
(rickwells.us) - Dr. Nick Bond, the University of Washington climate scientist cited in this article, clearly says that the mysterious condition he first reported and named is not a result of “climate change,” and that he and others really have no idea what the exact cause is...That part of the story is not likely to make it into the alarmist’s narrative as they will most certainly seek to take full advantage of any evidence, actual or manipulated, to substantiate their manmade “climate change” narrative. Something appears to be going on in the Pacific Ocean and the Chicken Little climate alarmists will undoubtedly be referring to the oddity as proof, however vague and general their claims may be, that the sky is “in fact” falling.  Legal And Illegal Immigration, Deadly Self-Inflicted Wounds Can Heal
(rickwells.us) - Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) , chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Immigration Subcommittee, is a champion of the American middle class citizen and a voice for those who have been muted by the political establishment and the corporate masters they serve...The American people know that the rampant uncontrolled illegal invasion is devastating their nation and they we are standing firmly in opposition to it. Few of those being paid to represent us are doing so and therein lies the entirety of the problem. This problem could still be quite easily fixed if there were a will to do so. Senator Sessions is one who has that will and that sense of duty to his nation and its people.       http://www.rickwells.us/sen-jeff-sessions-legal-and-illegal-immigration-deadly-self-inflicted-wounds-that-we-can-heal-if-we-act/

Russian Fighter Jet Nearly Collides with U.S. Spy Jet Over Europe
(Bill Gertz) - A Russia Su-27 jet fighter flew dangerously close and nearly collided with a U.S. reconnaissance aircraft this week in the latest aerial provocation by Moscow, defense officials revealed to the Washington Free Beacon...The Su-27 conducted the close-in intercept of an RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft in international airspace over the Baltic Sea on Tuesday, said officials. The incident prompted a diplomatic protest. “On the morning of April 7th, a U.S. RC-135U flying a routine route in international airspace was intercepted by a Russian Su-27 Flanker in an unsafe and unprofessional manner,” said Pentagon spokeswoman Eileen M. Lainez.       http://freebeacon.com/national-security/russian-fighter-jet-nearly-collides-with-u-s-spy-jet-over-europe/

nObama Mocks The Resurrection Of Jesus, Watch Cameron Reaction
(qpolitical.com) - British Prime Minister, David Cameron did something our President Barack nObama is too cowardly to do: stood up for Christians...In a bold and amazing move, Cameron sent a message to all Britons as an Easter greeting. In it, he shockingly declared England “a Christian nation” even though they would welcome those of other faiths or no faith. Cameron also went on to tell the Christians around the world—including in Iraq and Syria—who are being persecuted for their faith have Britain on their side, standing with them in word and in action. This is proof nObama is not a Christian.       http://qpolitical.com/obama-mocks-the-resurrection-of-jesus-watch-david-cameron-set-him-straight/#.VSatp0bQnwA.facebook

The Iran Deal: What We’ve Given Up
(Charles Krauthammer) - It was but a year and a half ago that Barack nObama endorsed the objective of abolition when he said that Iran’s heavily fortified Fordow nuclear facility, its plutonium-producing heavy-water reactor and its advanced centrifuges were all unnecessary for a civilian nuclear program...The logic was clear: Since Iran was claiming to be pursuing an exclusively civilian program, these would have to go. Yet under the deal nObama is now trying to sell, not one of these is to be dismantled. Indeed, Iran’s entire nuclear infrastructure is kept intact, just frozen or repurposed for the length of the deal (about a decade). Thus Fordow’s centrifuges will keep spinning. They will now be fed xenon, zinc and germanium instead of uranium. But that means they remain ready at any time to revert from the world’s most heavily (indeed comically) fortified medical isotope facility to a bomb-making factory.       http://freedomsback.com/charles-krauthammer/the-iran-deal-what-weve-given-up/?utm_source=bh&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=4880786

Only Fools Trust nObama or the Iranians
Alan Caruba
AA%2B-%2BThe%2BSum%2Bof%2BAll%2BLies.jpg
(factsnotfantasy.blogspot.com) - Only fools express any trust in nObama these days or the Iranians who have made him look the fool when no one in their neighborhood or the world trusts a thing they say or do.

After more than six years of listening to President nObama’s unremitting lies, when he says of the latest “accord” with Iran, “It’s a good deal” and standing in the Rose Garden declares that the U.S. and Iran have reached “an historic understanding” the only history being made his own ignominy and idiocy.

It would be historic if anyone could extend either President nObama or the Iranians any trust. Indeed, since the U.S. created its first atomic bombs to end World War II, one nation after another has secured their own nuclear weapons, starting with the then-Soviet Union who built theirs with plans stolen from us!

We have been down this road before. On April 1st Wall Street Journal columnist Daniel Henninger offered an abridged look at the quarter-century of negotiations with North Korea which agreed to all manner of terms, signed all kinds of agreements, and joined various international organizations to assure everyone of their peaceful intent. He warned that “No agreement is going to stop Iran. Agreements, and a lot of talk, did not stop North Korea.”

“Iran,” said Henninger, “knows it has nuclear negotiators’ immunity: No matter how or when Iran debauches any agreement, the West, abjectly, will request—what else?—more talks. Iran’s nuclear bomb and ballistic missile programs will go forward as North Korea’s obviously did, no matter what.”

All the back-and-forth between the White House and Congress about the “accord” is essentially meaningless. It is mostly a debate about the treaty-making powers the Constitution extends to the executive branch and, at the same time, limits with legislative “advice and consent” of the Senate. For now the Senate can only wait for whatever is decided by June 30, but it is unlikely nObama will send it the text of the agreement.

To influence the outcome, Congress talks of the sanctions it has imposed on Iran and says it will impose again, but nObama has no legal authority to lift those sanctions, only Congress does.

AA%2B-%2BJavad.jpg
The same day the President made the announcement, Javad Zarif, the Iranian counterpart to Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry made his own announcement. The U.S. and Iran, he said, had agreed in principle to let Iran continue running major portions of its nuclear program.  “None of those measures”, intended to slow Iran’s progress, “include closing any of our facilities. We will continue enriching; we will continue research and development.”

This is the result of 18 months of “negotiations” with Iran. In the same way the U.S. caved to North Korea since the 1990s, it has caved to Iran and it has done so with the blessing of the European Union and the other members of the P-5+1, France, Great Britain, Russia, China, and Germany.

For good measure, to show how wonderfully warm the relations between Iran and the U.S. are, within hours after nObama’s announcement, Foreign Minister Zarif accused the U.S. of lying about the details of the tentative framework—“the historic understanding”—saying that the U.S. had promised the immediate termination of sanctions.

The notion that we would know if Iran was continuing its nuclear program because the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) would be inspecting its facilities is about as credible as similar inspections in North Korea when, in 2002, it cut the IAEA seals on its nuclear factories and withdrew from the non-Proliferation treaty, starting a nuclear reactor. It has pursued its nuclear weapons and missile programs ever since.

In the same fashion as the Soviet Union, China, and Israel, we didn’t know that either Pakistan or India had acquired nuclear capability until after they tested theirs. That’s how we will know when Iran has nuclear weapons. It already has intercontinental missiles with which to deliver them.

As quoted in an April 3 article by Mark Dubowitz, executive director, and Annie Fixler, policy analyst, of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, they cite an unnamed “senior State Department official” as saying “The truth is, you can dwell on Yemen, or you can recognize that we’re one agreement away from a game-changing, legacy-setting nuclear accord on Iran that tackles what everyone agrees is the biggest threat to the region.”

Unless one believes in unicorns and other fantasies, this latest “accord” and what we are being told about it by the President and the State Department is not a great achievement. It is doomed to failure because Iran has had no intention of doing anything other than getting economic and other sanctions removed. Time is on their side as they work to develop their own nuclear weapons.

When Iran tests its first nuclear weapon, nObama should return his Nobel Peace Prize.
