Budgeting for a Republican President 
When Paul Ryan succeeded John backstabber-Boehner as speaker of the House, we hoped he wouldn't turn out to be "backstabber-Boehner Jr." when it came to holding the conservative line against the Democrat minority. While many conservatives may be tempted to attribute the moniker to him in light of the latest budget, it's important to remember that Barack nObama still holds the White House and Republicans are budgeting for the future — and a GOP president.
This week, Speaker Ryan unveiled a $1.1 trillion, 2,000-page spending and taxes package that can hardly be called a home run for conservatives. In fact, it's a steaming pile of Potomac sludge. The biggest caveat is that spending levels for the package had already been determined back in October by backstabber-Boehner's last hurrah. You'll recall that backstabber-Boehner, unable to get his own party on board, rounded up Democrat support to push through a budget deal increasing federal spending by $80 billion over the next two years.
While Ryan was constrained by backstabber-Boehner's parting gift, it's what made it into Ryan's plan — and what didn't — that has some folks raising eyebrows.
In the Republican "win" column, the plan lifts the 40-year-old ban on crude oil exports. In exchange, however, Democrats secured a five-year extension of tax breaks for wind and solar energy producers.
Another win came on nObamaCare. The Wall Street Journal explains, "Crucially, they preserved the explicit legal language preventing a risk-corridor bailout of money-losing insurers on the Affordable Care Act exchanges. The medical device tax will be suspended for two years, and the insurance industry tax for a year, while the so-called Cadillac tax on high-cost health plans will start in 2020 instead of 2018." -The Patriot Post

nObama: No Credible Terrorism Threat Over the Holidays And we thought the holidays were about joy, hope and peace. The commander in chief — who is leading a government that 56% Americans believe cannot protect the nation from a large-scale attack and 77% believe cannot protect the nation from a lone-wolf attack — said his intelligence community has not received credible information that there will be a terrorist attack over the holidays. "At this moment our intelligence and counterterrorism professionals do not have any specific and credible information about an attack on the homeland," Barack nObama said Thursday. "That said, we have to be vigilant."
The biggest obstacle to the nObama administration's ability to protect the homeland is that nObama makes everything political. Currently, the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations sent a letter of questions to the Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson kicking off an investigation into the DHS policy of not reading what visa applicants post on the Internet via social media as part of the vetting process for entrance. This is the same administration that shuttered a task force that was tracking members of the Muslim movement to which one of the San Bernardino killers belonged because it was "profiling Muslims."
Meanwhile, the feds charged the friend of Syed Rizwan Farook, one of the San Bernardino murderers, for conspiring to commit another terror attack with Farook in 2012. Enrique Marquez Jr. passed a background check and bought the rifles Farook used in the San Bernardino attack — a straw purchase. And who wants to bet that nObama, ever the opportunist to plug for gun control, uses this to argue that the nation's background check system isn't doing a good enough job vetting citizens seeking to purchase arms? Better to ban, he might say. And in the meantime, given his impeccable timing for national security boasts, you better watch out this holiday season. -The Patriot Post

Don't Trust Democrats With Secrets and Email Tech
Playing fast and loose with secrets — national and otherwise — is only a problem for Democrats if political enemies do it because that's when the rules matter. Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is in hot water with the Democratic National Committee after his staffers accessed voting data compiled by the Hilly Clinton campaign. As part of its service to the candidates, the DNC keeps a database of potential Democrat voters (and you thought they didn't want to keep track of illegal immigrants). Each candidate's campaign can access the data, and add their own information and firewalls to keep the candidate's own research secret from the others. During scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, a Sanders staffer accessed the data of the campaign of the heiress to the Democrat nomination. In this age of data-driven campaigns, this was a huge no-no. The DNC blocked Sanders' access to the data until there was assurance that all of the ill-gotten information was destroyed. Maybe Sanders just wanted his fair share.
Of course, this isn't the first time that the Party of Clinton played fast and loose with sensitive information. Regarding that email scandal, a recent review from the intelligence community confirmed (despite State Department protests) that at least two emails containing information that was top secret — the highest classification level — passed through Clinton's server. Meanwhile, nObama Defense Secretary Ashton Carter admitted Wednesday that he too used his private email account to communicate about official business. Think about it: The cabinet member heading up the defense of the nation was using unsecured email. Amazingly, Carter kept using his private email for at least a full two months after Clinton's email habits were discovered and roundly criticized. {Onan Coca} ~ Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is right. Early Friday morning he was busy on the Senate floor excoriating the House for their passage of the Omnibus Bill... During his tirade against the Omnibus bill he said something that I think may be the most insightful thing i've heard from a politician in years. Basically, Sessions argued that the Omnibus bill is the perfect example of why the American voters are in "open rebellion" against the establishment in both parties. He's exactly, 100% correct. Democrat voters have taken to flirting with outright socialism in Bernie Sanders and GOP voters are contemplating voting for Donald Trump because they are so tired of the GOP establishment. .Missouri just became ground zero for some intense evolving events that have occurred there recently. In the last week, six Walmarts were visited in the wee hours of the morning by at least two Middle Eastern men. At each stop they purchased 60 burner phones. They couldn’t be arrested because technically they did nothing illegal. Cell phones can be used for communications in terrorist cells and as detonators for bombs. ISIS just released a snuff film in Syria showing rebel prisoners who had explosives placed underneath them. The thugs stood off and detonated the bombs with their phones and rebel bits went everywhere. Just think what they could do with over 360 phones and those are just the ones we know about.

Clinton, Mills Warned Not To Use Blackberry Devices

In those emails Boswell was emphatic that Blackberry devices should not be allowed due to the serious security risk that they posed. His information once again reveals that Clinton acted recklessly with State secrets and did so in spite of knowledge that her actions resulted in highly sensitive data being subject to foreign espionage targeting. Muslims in America: The Backlash Industry

Caschetta} ~ Addressing the 10th Anniversary celebration of an Islamic advocacy group, Attorney General Loretta Lynch became the latest governmental official to warn of an impending anti-Muslim backlash... In the December 3rd speech, which echoed the admonitions of her predecessor Eric Holder, she took it a step further by vowing to prosecute those who speak or write about Islam in a way that she does not approve. She described her "greatest fear" as "the incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric" and vowed to prosecute speech that "edges towards violence." Lynch's hyperbole is in line with fears of an ever-imminent anti-Muslim backlash that much of the media has been warning about since the afternoon of September 11, 2001. Of course the backlash never came. The Attorney General's not-so-veiled assault on free speech and common sense ignores the real assault while instead conjuring up hyperventilated fantasies. nObama Commutes Sentences of 95 Prisoners
{Morgan Chalfant} ~ President nObama commuted the sentences of 95 prisoners and pardoned two, the White House announced in a statement Friday... The commutations represented the largest number nObama has announced at one time, according to the Associated Press, and were mainly granted to prisoners held for nonviolent drug crimes. Many of the individuals were serving time for crimes involving cocaine and crack. Among those pardoned were a woman from Virginia sentenced to home detention and supervised release for bank fraud and a man from Ohio sentenced to probation for counterfeiting. nObama Seeks to Reject Anti-Legalization Supreme Court Case
{Natalie Myers} ~ Despite their anti-legalization of marijuana stance, nObama’s administration recently asked the U.S. Supreme Court to throw out a lawsuit against Colorado filed by Nebraska and Oklahoma which asked the Court to block the legalization of recreational marijuana... Nebraska and Oklahoma filed the case because they stated their resources are being drained in efforts to fight the amount of marijuana legally purchased in Colorado, but then brought illegally into their states. These two states aim to protect the health of their citizens by preventing the increase of marijuana that neighboring Colorado’s recreational law has caused. Although Nebraska and Oklahoma disagree with the Colorado law, they are not implying that Colorado has encouraged or authorized anyone to illegally travel across state lines with marijuana. This lawsuit was filed using the “original jurisdiction” process, where the Supreme Court oversees cases of state disputes that have not gone through the lower court system..

{noisyroom.net} ~ It’s been an interesting few weeks in The Show Me state of Missouri. Events there have not left anyone feeling as safe and secure as nObama keeps claiming they should be from his podium. Quite the opposite. Things in the US are getting really interesting these days in a bad way. First we had the Jihadist killings in San Bernardino by the Bonnie and Clyde of terrorism. On Syred Farook’s phone were pictures of at least 11 schools. Then this morning, the LA School District was evacuated. Over 700,000 students were sent home and 900 schools are being searched from top to bottom today because of an overseas terrorism threat sent to a school board member. That must have been one doozie of a threat. We are a little light on those details, but it evidently involved at least three schools and an unspecified number of students. Welcome to the new America..
As concerning as those events were, it gets even worse. Over the last two weeks in Missouri, dozens of propane tanks have been stolen from various locations. As with the cell phones, the FBI says they are not concerned. Really? I’m sure they realize you can make bombs from propane tanks. Not to mention, you can empty them, pack them with explosives and plant them back in stores of propane tanks and set them off remotely. Yep, there are all kinds of nifty, evil uses for propane. There was also a sighting in Florida of several Muslim men buying propane tanks in bulk. Gee, wonder what they intend to do with them? That would make for one hell of a barbecue.

My favorite part of this whole screwed up affair by far involves a walk in the woods in the same area where the cell phones were purchased and the propane tanks went missing. First off, a man was spotted acting very suspiciously in the area. He has never been found, no big surprise there. The coup de grace has to be the other incident that occurred in the Mark Twain National Forest in Mid-Missouri. This is just 30 minutes from Lebanon, Missouri where one of the Walmart purchases took place. A hunter was camping in those woods when he noticed that the earth had been disturbed. He dug a little and what he found rocked his world. He called the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department who came out and brought a whole bunch of experts with them. Buried there was a massive cache of explosives. Not the kind you buy for personal use. Terrorist grade… the kind used in IEDs and pipe bombs. Still think there’s nothing to worry about in Missouri? I’d get worried and fast. The best part… they found the cache in October. That’s right, two months ago and the authorities didn’t tell anyone. After all, we wouldn’t want people to panic or have any chance whatsoever to protect themselves, now would we? Unbelievable.

Officers found a huge cache of “extremely volatile” explosives, which police described to be of a style “that could not be purchased for recreational use.” This suggests that the extensive supply was all homemade pipe bombs or other IEDs, created and collected with a specific plan in mind. The stock was so dangerous that it couldn’t be safely detonated without the help of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit (EOD), the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s EOD Unit, and the Waynesville Rural Fire Department, KY3 reported. The exact location, as well asrecent developments, make this discovery even more concerning than what law enforcement knew at the time.

The sheriff and authorities are denying that any of this is connected to terrorism. They are telling the public there is nothing to see here, move along. But how many pieces of the puzzle have to fall into place before you warn the public that something very bad is brewing? Evidently they consider mass purchases of burner phones, the theft of dozens of propane tanks and the uncovering of explosives as routine and nothing for Missourians to worry their pretty little heads about. There is absolutely nothing to worry about here until the day there is of course..
