The dominant postal companies in those countries continue to deliver to every address. Full privatization works. One bad idea that 'reform' Postal Service supporters are pushing is to allow the government service to compete with private firms in other industries, such as banking. That would be hugely unfair to taxpaying private businesses, and do we really believe that such a bureaucratic agency as the U.S. Postal Service could out-compete private businesses in other areas if there were a level playing field? Both liberal and conservative economists think that monopolies are bad because they're inefficient and harmful to consumers. The government enforces antitrust laws to prevent monopolies in other industries. So why does the government itself enforce a giant mail monopoly? nObama and the Cop Killers
The horrific news from Dallas this morning is that five police officers were murdered at a "Black Lives Matter" protest. As we go to press, the only officer to be identified is Brent Thompson of Dallas Area Rapid Transit, who had just married another officer two weeks ago. Seven more officers were wounded, as were several other people. The protesters were gathered to object to two fatal police encounters this week, in which black men were killed. With Dallas police serving as crowd control, four suspects opened fire on them, at least two reportedly from "ambush-style" sniper positions. One suspect was killed after a standoff, and three others have been detained. Dallas Police Chief David Brown said one assailant told authorities "he was upset about the recent police shootings" and "wanted to kill white people, especially white officers."
While in Warsaw for a NATO summit, Barack nObama weighed in, offering condolences, praising police and Black Lives Matter protesters. He then pivoted to — what else — gun control, saying, "When people are armed with powerful weapons, unfortunately it makes attacks like these more deadly and more tragic and we're going to have to consider those realities as well."
If bad guys killing cops is a "gun problem," why is police shooting too many people racism? Regarding nObama's predictable political pivot shifting blame to "powerful weapons," the most powerful weapon is his political rhetoric, dividing instead of uniting America on every issue.
Indeed, in his remarks about Dallas, nObama echoed his "racial disparity in the justice system" diatribe from just hours earlier, when nObama called police shootings earlier in the week "symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system." He rattled off some horrible-sounding statistics to prove his point.
Only then did he offer faint praise. "Now let me just say that we have extraordinary appreciation and respect for the vast majority of police officers who put their line on the lives every day."
And as soon as he'd said that, he reiterated that he put together a "task force" to look into racist policing practices. He slammed jurisdictions that had not yet adopted its recommendations.
That was the stage he set when it came time to express condolences after Dallas. We're sure police would welcome his support if it was authentic. But nObama, liar-Hillary Clinton and their fellow NeoComs perpetuate the urban poverty plantations where 95% of our nation's violence occurs, then paint all cops as "racist" after there are deadly confrontations with the Demos' gang-banger constituency. In turn, that results in the murder of law enforcement officers. And by the way, we're waiting on nObama's order to lower flags to half-mast.

In a powerful segment on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, cohosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski took turns ripping liar-Clinton, nObama, FBI Director James Comey, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch to shreds. liar-Clinton was called a “liar,” nObama was called a meddler, Comey was called a “coward,” and it was implied that Lynch may be corrupt! It was an awesome display of righteous indignation and one that seems to be mysteriously lacking among other mainstream media news outlets. Nicole Sullivan may have had the best line of the segment when she argued that if the bar had been set any lower it would have been underground! Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani also appeared on MSNBC to express outrage at Comey’s decision not to pursue criminal charges against liar-Clinton...

Chief David Brown, who took office in 2010, has implemented a host of policies to improve the department’s relationship with the people it serves, often sticking out his own neck and reputation in the process. At risk of stating the obvious, no sane person would argue that these murders would have been okay if they had occurred in a city with a less community-oriented police department. Nor am I suggesting that the killer or killers represent any legitimate faction of the police reform or racial justice movements. But because Dallas is grieving right now, and the rest of us with it, it’s worth pointing out that in its police department, the city has much for which to be proud. It is, we are told, like positing a square circle or a married bachelor... After all, how can the infinite God enter into a finite body? The argument seems to crop up in nearly every conversation with a Muslim. It is for this reason that Christians need to be prepared and equipped to defuse it. The objection is misguided on several levels, and I hope to here provide some explanation as to why.
What Does It Mean For God to be Infinite?
When a Muslim raises this question, the Christian should return it with another question: "Why can't an infinite God be united with the finite?" Think about the assumptions that are lying behind the question: The question assumes that God is infinite in terms of size, mass, etc therefore it is impossible to take an infinite amount of something and put it in a finite object. When one says that God is infinite, one is referring to a metaphysical reality, not a physical one -- i.e. to an immaterial, incorporeal, non-spatial understanding of the infinite. In any case, the infinite does not exist in the material universe as a concrete object. God's essence may therefore be described as qualitatively infinite. Why, then, can't an incorporeal, immaterial, non-spatial Being unite to his Person a physical body? Americans overwhelmingly voted for the man, blind to his color... His color made no difference to American voters, long past the issue of race, voters long past the civil war, long past the civil rights era; focused more on the content of the character than the color of the skin.” She’s entitled to her opinion and it’s her show, but there is a line of thinking that indicates that the colorblindness she speaks of was not there, that many voted for him particularly because of the color of his skin. His complete absence of any character in his content reinforces that argument. She continues, “But this week’s shooting of twelve police officers and two civilians in Dallas is a reflection of a new, deep division created by that very man. The shooting in Dallas was not just about racism. Make no mistake, that dirt bag shooter, who will remain nameless in this open, was a racist. In Poland, speaking at the conclusion of the NATO summit, nObama said the motives of the Dallas cop-murderer were “very hard to untangle,” calling him “demented.” It’s actually not that difficult to untangle, with one thing nObama didn’t call him shining a spotlight on his motivations. He didn’t call him “New Black Panther Party member,” although it has been confirmed by the Houston chapter of that anti-white racist hate organization that he was one of theirs. Surely if we know it he knows it. nObama and former Attorney General Eric Holder have previously embraced that hate group and chosen not to prosecute them for voter intimidation and turning Republican election monitors away in Philadelphia in 2008 and 2012. They share a common hatred of white people so it’s to be expected nObama would conveniently overlook that fact as well as statements indicating his hatred of white people, white cops and wanting them dead when trying to ascertain his motivations. He might need help at the polls this year and he wouldn’t want to alienate his “A” Team. nObama attempted to defend his racist agitator allies in Black Lives Matter from guilt by association with yet another murder of police by stating, “I think the danger is that we somehow suggest that the act of a troubled individual speaks to some larger political statement across the country. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts, today issued the following statement in response to FBI Director James Comey’s recommendation that the Department of Justice not pursue criminal charges against former Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton, despite her gross mishandling of classified information on private servers:
"While I have tremendous respect for the dedicated men and women of the FBI, I have serious concerns about the integrity of Director Comey’s decision, and how it threatens the rule of law.
"Director Comey has rewritten a clearly worded federal criminal statute. In so doing, he has come dangerously close to saying that grossly negligent handling of classified information should not result in serious consequences for high-level officials. In a nation where the rule of law is supposed to matter, this is troubling.
"Yesterday, Americans celebrated the 240th birthday of our Republic. We honored not only those who fought and died to defend our way of life, but the constitutional Republic for which they sacrificed. If we are to remain a beacon of hope and freedom for the rest of the world, it is incumbent upon us to ensure that we remain a nation of laws, and that our laws apply equally and fairly to us all. Under President nObama, we have seen the most politicized Department of Justice in history; I very much hope that politicization has not similarly corrupted the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I join my Senate Judiciary colleagues, including Chairman Grassley, in calling for public transparency of, and full access to, all the information that the FBI used to come to today’s dubious decision."
