After beating and raping four young white girls, one of them at knifepoint, the pedophile used the defense that it’s part of his culture to rape children. However, as soon as the presiding judge heard the outrageous excuse, he immediately offered a simple reply that destroyed any hope that the rapist had of using his cultural “privilege.”
In July 2017, Zohair Tomari once again made headlines when the 20-year-old Syrian asylum seeker reappeared before the court for raping underage girls. Despite Tomari being convicted of child sex trafficking for raping a pair of 15- and 17-year-old white British girls in 2016, an unnamed judge in the UK’s Coventry Crown Court released him on bail. Of course, Tomari celebrated his freedom by raping 2 more white British girls, ages 13 and 14. Fortunately, Tomari’s case was transferred to a different court, placing the refugee under the jurisdiction of a judge who has common sense.

Recently, Judge Lockhart sentenced Tomari, who was already serving a 9-year jail term for prior crimes, to an additional 12 years and 9 months in prison. Seeing that Justice Lockhart wasn’t appeasing him like his previous liberal judge, Tomari decided to use the typical excuse to appeal to his emotions.

Fria Tider reports that in an effort to invoke sympathy from the judge, Tomari’s defense attorney spoke on his behalf, claiming that the Syrian refugee “perhaps did not understand the culture of this country.” It was then that Judge Lockhart brought down the hammer. Irate at this ridiculous excuse, Justice Lockhart informed defense attorney Jason Pegg that the culture Tomari will integrate into now is prison culture because “behavior of this nature is abhorred in virtually every civilized culture on this earth.” With that, Tomari was ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and the trial was dismissed, according to the Coventry Telegraph.

Instead of capitulating to the left’s notion that even though certain cultures are barbaric, we should respect them, Judge Lockhart made a righteous judgment to uphold the laws of his country, dismissing the Islamic privilege Tomari hoped to use in his favor. Additionally, he concluded that because he believes Tomari will continue his crime spree, he will be forever tracked by federal authorities.

Sentencing Tomari, and ordering him to register as a sex offender for life, the judge told him, “I am driven to conclude you are dangerous. I can see no end to the danger you pose.”
Tomari is a sexual predator who harbors a particular liking for children. He has proven that he will seize every opportunity to violate young girls. Although he was unsuccessful in convincing Judge Lockhart that it is his “culture” to rape non-Muslim girls, he wasn’t being entirely untruthful.

Part of Tomari’s “culture” is having sex with young girls, including prepubescent children. The Islamic prophet Muhammad modeled that pedophilia is not sinful in Islam and is, in fact, a reward from Allah. By wedding his closest companion’s 6-year-old daughter, Aisha, 50-year-old Muhammad set the standard in Islam for child brides. Since he waited until the severely ill child reached age 9 before consummating their marriage, Muhammad’s union prompted Islamic Sharia law to mandate that 9 is the legal age to marry off girls.

As for rape, Tomari is divinely endowed with the Islamic right to rape as many non-Muslim women and girls as he desires. Waging many battles against unsuspecting and typically peaceful tribes in his time, Muhammad became just as successful in combat as he was in recruiting worshipers. With the promise of unlimited sex slaves, the prophet enticed men to rape captive women and children by quoting Quran 4:24 as religious justification.
