Is there a directory of contact information for those who are involved at what might be considered the "managerial" level of the Tea Party Organization?

I'm a little concerned about the lack of organization and the lack of "go to" people in this movement on both the national and local levels. I understand and agree that the TP movement should not become personality based and should NOT be identified with one particular personality/politician. I believe that would be the beginning of the end of this great movement. The movement should continue to be based on IDEAS.

On the other hand, there needs to be a way for those of us to more easily contact others in the State/City/Community who are interested and/or willing ot get involved to one degree or another.

On this site for example, there should be the ability to search for members in a specific geographic community. I typed in ILLINOIS and came up with TWO MEMBERS. Now I know there are more than two people in the State of Illinois who have signed on to this effort.

I'd like to try to help create a more effective STRUCTURE that will help and permit people to get involved. If anyone is "like-minded", please feel free to contact me at contribric@sbcglobal.net.

Well......in the interest of clarity.............I absolutely agree that the Tea Party should NOT be identified with a specific leader. That , I believe, would be the death of it. Conservative ideas and ideals will carry this "party" far into the future. Limbaugh and others talk about the "Tea Party" being a third party. I love Rush, but that takes Rush from being correct 99.564 percent of the time to correct 99.352 percent of the time. The "Tea Party" is the second party and Republicans who cannot conform to our ideas might as well admit that they are socialist democrats.

However, in terms of "management" and "structure", we need more than just the internet. Many people don't know where to turn. I direct them here.....to this website, but - believe it or not - most people don't have access to the internet.........at least in my "neighborhood" and most people are not nearly as computer literate as we all would prefer.

Even if it is a matter of a simple post card giving people some direction and encouragement, something that provides them some "tangible" connect. A meeting notice for instance. Something.

Your suggestions are well taken. I now realize that I own the Tea Party and shall do with it as I deem appropriate. I will identify myself as the "Go To Guy" for all matters Tea Party. I will direct those who need direction. I will clarify and define their concerns and define the solutions. Thanks for straightening my head out in the face of this dilemma.
The first thing on the agenda is a Constitutional Amendment limiting all terms in office to One Term. This will go some distance in slowing down all the little cock roaches who ascend to power over your money. How's that for a Tea Party goal? Or somebody's goal?

There is much comment around the internet about no leadership of the Tea Party people and that we do not have a plan..that we talk and send e-mails to oficials but that is all we are...if indeed we are the group to truly get this nation back; we had better come up with a plan, a leader and some rules to follow about how, where and when to be most effective in taking action and all at the same time etc....we are too splintered among many groups across the nation and that is not effective in making a truly huge difference! We have begun a wonderful thing for us and America...now we have got to decide what we are treally all about and what it is that we are going to do to take back America? We need a candidate to back for a new party...independent of the other two ineffective messes and stand strong for America! Numbers speak to Washington...they are aware of us! That said we can be 'cut off at the knees' without representation and a place to meet, ways to contact each other if 'they' try to stop us...it could get ugly! So what say yea all?
