Sen. Rand Paul:

I have written to you before about grave constitutional issues, regarding unconstitutional Legislative branch bills and resolutions, unconstitutional Executive branch enactments (executive orders), and unconstitutional Judicial rulings. Your patriotic conduct in the U.S. Senate has proven that you have emphatically disagreed with the usurpation of the U.S. Constitution, of the Article 2 powers wielded by Barry Soetoro or Barack Obama, whomever the person is who is the standing U.S. President. If you don't know, please understand that the person known as Barack Obama could not, under Islamic law, revoke the name that he was given, Barry Soetoro, when he was groomed to be a Muslim and Marxist in Indonesia. He is currently the only federal officer, in the history of the federal government, who has had two formal names.

As you may not know, I have dedicated my life to a study of the U.S. Constitution, in accordance with the intent of the Honorable Framers who risked their lives to bring about a Declaration of Independence from tyranny and the formation of an American Republic predicated upon a constitutional federal rulebook.

I believe, and prayerfully hope, that you are aware that executive orders issued by a standing U.S. President cannot legally affect the lives of the People of the United States as a whole, or in part. To say that executive orders may be legally issued by a standing U.S. President to have the status of U.S. statutes over the lives of particular U.S. citizens, or all U.S. citizens as a whole, is totally erroneous. Such executive orders are not mentioned at all by the U.S. Constitution, in Article 2, because such decrees are fundamentally tyrannical. They are tyrannical because they place the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial powers of a balanced constitutional republic into the hands of one person, the President, such as King George III possessed as a monarch. The "Federalist Papers," of James Madison, John Jay, and Alexander Hamilton, state that such is incontrovertibly true, and that tyranny will preside if the federal rulebook, the U.S. Constitution is not explicitly followed.

If you will recall, the tyrannical executive order issued by FDR, in 1942, which unlawfully interred all Japanese Americans into concentration camps, was subsequently declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. This should have been a firm precedent to ensure that no other executive orders by U.S. Presidents, negatively affecting the freedoms and liberties of the People of the United States, would be issued. But, alas, it was not. Executive orders are extra-constitutional, and should never have been started by the conduct of President George Washington, when, in 1790, he issued an order for the building of a U.S. Mint, the first executive order. Congress should have reproved Washington for doing so, as it was the responsibility of Congress to approve such a legislative act under their Article 1, Section 8 powers. But they said nothing about it, which was a dread mistake.

So, Rand, I will now get to the meat of this message. On March 16, 2013, Obama, with the stroke of his pen, issued his Executive Order 13603, called the "National Defense Resources Preparedness." If you have read this epitome of tyranny, which most of the American electorate have not, you will note that Obama has given himself the power to arbitrarily declare a state of martial law to exist within the United States, based upon the pernicious tyrant's perception of a national crisis of, perhaps, his own orchestrated creation. This could be an economic crisis, such as the federal government shutting down again for lack of congressional funding, or a federally manufactured violent crisis, staged by federal paramilitary, or military, personnel, who have been ordered to use an illusive covertly staged front, as the Nazis did in 1939 to propagandize their "necessary" Nazi invasion of Poland. Why do you suppose that the mainstream media, the powers the be, did not mention the signing of this executive order? Were they told not to publicize it by certain Executive branch agencies?

Since Obama has the personnel of the FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, and Homeland Security under his thumb, you will notice that in Sections 104 and 403 of this despotic order, that the National Security Council and the Department of Homeland Security are the departments responsible for the implementation of the policy making during this extended period of martial law, which will include the immediate negation of the Bill of Rights and all civil liberties, along with the dismissal and disbanding of the U.S. Congress, with all laws emanating from the Executive branch, and FEMA, which has internment camps already set-up for the reeducation of American citizens who oppose this tyranny.

I don't know how much world history medical doctors study, but, if you examine the contents of this executive order, you will discover it is very, very similar to the 1933 Enabling Act of the Nazi Third Reich, which extinguished most, if not all, of the civil liberties of the German people, prior to Hitler declaring himself Fuhrer.

As I have tried to tell you before, in such emails, 9/11 was not, I repeat, was not perpetrated by Muslim terrorists. The WTC Towers, and WTC Building 7, were not brought down by crashed jet aircraft flown by Islamic terrorists. They were collapsed by controlled demolition orchestrated by agencies of the federal government.  The jet aircraft flown into the Towers were not commercial airliners, but specially made jet aircraft flown remotely controlled by a federal agency.  I hope that you have followed-up on the information that I have sent to you. There are over 2,000 eminent architects, engineers, and physicists who are staking their reputations on the scientific information they have put forth and published via Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.org, and the 9/11 Truth Movement, which is led almost exclusively by 9/11 victims' families.

The very unconstitutional Patriot Act, written several years before 9/11 for implementation, was the predicate needed to later declare a national crisis for martial law, and a rewriting mutation of the U.S. Constitution.  If something is not done to get Obama out of the White House, and into a federal prison, you "will" wake-up one morning to find Obama's federal police, the uniformed part of the Secret Service, the Capitol Police, and probably paramilitary units of the Defense Intelligence Agency surrounding the Capital Building to keep the House and the Senate from meeting. All Obama has to do is declare a crisis and martial law according to this fascist executive order.  I don't see how you could tell your fellow Kentuckians and the rest of the nation that you "like" Obama!  How could anyone cherishing his basic freedoms and liberties personally like a tyrant?  This is Obama's methodology, his plan, for having extended, unlimited, power to destroy the American Republic.

You know as well as I do that the federal military and paramilitary forces have much more firepower than the combined Patriots of the fifty States, the People of the States who would oppose the "danger" that James Madison mentioned in "Federalist 46," the deprivation of the liberties and freedoms held dear by the People of the United States. The feds have jets, and tanks, and bazookas, and LAWs, and nuclear capability, while the People have pretty much what the People, after the American Revolution, had, such as guns and semi-automatic rifles.  We would have to fight to our death to defend our liberties, and we probably would end up losing the war after winning a few battles. But I, speaking for myself, would rather die remembering the Republic as it was in my childhood, than living in tyranny.

I hope you will take my words seriously, and remember the words of the Honorable John C. Calhoun, who said, prior to the American Civil War, "If war should come, it will by the fault of federal tyranny over the God-given rights of the several States."
