Well what do you know…a rogue FBI agent recently released from the special counsel investigation has been released by Robert Mueller and been reassigned to the human resources office. It also has been uncovered that he may have sabotaged the Clinton email investigation which former FBI Director James Comey and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch described as a “matter”. Yesterday in The Trump Times I wrote an article regarding the rogue agent asking how he may have compromised the Clinton email investigation. Well now we know. If you have not had time to read the article, here are the questions I posed: “Will Mueller’s team credibly investigate what actions Strzok may have taken that stonewalled or compromised the Clinton email investigation? Was Strzok involved in the investigation of Clinton Foundation bribery by foreign governments? Did Strzok violate any code of conduct regulations of the FBI? What did James Comey know and when did he know it? After all the special prosecutor has been given authority to examine “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.” This revelation has opened up Pandora’s Box in relation to potential FBI corruption, FBI integrity, bad news for Mueller’s reputation and investigation.”
NOW…it has been uncovered that Strzok changed wording in Comey’s draft describing Clinton’s actions as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless.” The law regarding “gross negligence” in handing of classified information is as follows:
18 U.S. Code § 793 (f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
At this point I believe James Comey needs to delete his Twitter account, because this blows his credibility out of the water with a stick of dynamite. This outs James Comey as another rogue agent, undermines any credibility he had left, and forever batters his already tarnished reputation. Sad state because I always thought James Comey was a good cop until the gross negligence in handling of the Clinton email investigation.
While I hate popcorn I am tempted to pop a bag, recline back in my recliner and watch the fireworks that should provide a good show. Otherwise, we will know the Mueller Investigation was a dud from the beginning.
