I saw the footage first hand that one of the news helicopters was taking. Swat had the trunk of the car open and was in the process of unloading a semiauto rifle. I couldn't tell if it was an AR15, the agent was jacking the charging handle back and forth to eject the rounds one at a time, instead of dropping the magazine, and jacking the charging handle once, verifying an empty chamber. I guess that is the way they train.
