Dobbs expresses his outrage over what is going on at DOJ and asks if anyone is being prosecuted. Farrell spells out the statute that is being violated though the aiding and abetting of the unlawful entry of persons into the United States. Opened & Expanded Fordo Nuclear Facility

{ lidblog.com } ~ New satellite images of Iran’s Fordo Nuclear Facility show... that Iran has opened up the gates, and added new construction to its nuclear weapons plant. Fordo is dug deep into a mountain and thought to be resistant to air strikes. There is no reason to expand the site unless Iran had a bomb-making program. In 2017, right after the JCPOA was agreed to, Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Atomic Energy Organization Of Iran (AEOI) and a member of Iran’s nuclear negotiating team, bragged about the concessions Iran received for the Fordo nuclear facility. Satellite photos, provided by ImageSat International (ISI) reveal that the entrance gate to the Fordo or Fordow uranium enrichment facility was opened and there seems to be much activity, including new buildings, along with buses and other vehicles parked outside the Fordo complex... https://lidblog.com/fordo-nuclear-facility/.

{ gatestoneinstitute.org } ~ The picture of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu standing before two displays... one of file folders and one of compact discs, symbolizes possibly the greatest coup in the history of espionage: the Mossad's acquisition of the archive of Iran's program to create nuclear weapons. A runner up for that title might be the advance information about Operation Overlord, the Allied landing in France at the end of World War II, supplied by Elyesa Bazna from Ankara and Paul Fidrmuc from Lisbon. Nazi Germany failed to act on that information about the intended landing site on D-Day. Instead, it fell victim to false information provided by a supposed spy who was working for the Allies. The parallel to that failure is the present rush of politicians and so-called experts who pretend that the Mossad's coup tells us nothing new and merely proves that the deal is more justified than ever. They claim, in particular, that before the deal was agreed the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) already knew the broad details of what the new information reveals. What the assorted apologists for the Iran nuclear deal have failed to grasp is a simple distinction: the difference between suspicions and confirmation. The IAEA based its assessments on "over a thousand pages" of documents; now we have a hundred thousand....
Author of 2nd Fake Trump Dossier Proves it Was liar-Clinton Who…

{ lidblog.com } ~ With news about yet another fake Trump dossier created to hurt the POTUS... and with the proof of who wrote it and where it came from, it seems we now have incontrovertible proof that it was liar-Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party that colluded with the Russians to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. By now, most of America is familiar with the fake “Trump dossier” paid for by liar-Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign and aimed at besmirching Donald Trump to keep him from being elected president. But now news has broken wide about a second dossier and the author of this one leaves little doubt about who is guilty of collusion and who is not. That is the more famous “dossier,” the one that has been in the news since BuzzFeed released the whole lie-filled mess in January. But, not long ago, news reports noted that there is a second such document, one that was also shopped around and paid for by the liar-Clinton campaign....

{ lifezette.com } ~To the long list of excuses for explaining why a presumed frontrunner lost the 2016 presidential election... liar-Hillary Clinton now adds “socialists” in the Democratic Party, who rejected her devotion to regulated capitalism. As if? Team liar-Clinton needs to confess that its official song is Shaggy’s epic hit: “It wasn’t me,” and then look in the mirror and understand the obvious: liar-Hillary lost (again) because very few Americans embrace suspicious, over-the-top living financed by crony capitalist payoffs (“speeches”) and charity frauds. The former are easy to spot, but the latter are tougher to grasp, unless you study the laws and regulations of charities. Writing about the liar-Clinton Foundation for The Atlantic in the October 2007 issue, Jonathan Rauch framed the obvious eight years ago in the title of his piece: “This Is Not Charity.” Rauch was correct that in 2007 and in the years that presidents George W. Bush and Barack H. liar-nObama were in the White House, the liar-Clinton Foundation only expanded the scope and geographic extent of its unauthorized, uncontrolled, and illegal fundraising activities, all the while subsidizing the majestic lifestyles of political families with dynastic ambitions....

DOJ Cracks Down on
Illegal Caravan With Federal Charges

{ townhall.com } ~ The Department of Justice has started issuing charges against members of a caravan parked at the southern border with Mexico.
Late Monday night, charges were filed against 11 members for illegally entering the United States. One of the caravan members has been deported before.
“When respect for the rule of law diminishes, so too does our ability to protect our great nation, its borders, and its citizens,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions released in a statement. “The United States will not stand by as our immigration laws are ignored and our nation’s safety is jeopardized. U.S. Attorney Adam Braverman and his team should be commended for quickly filing illegal entry charges for individuals apprehended along the southwestern border. We will continue to work with our partners in each U.S. Attorney’s Offices to aggressively pursue prosecutions of criminal illegal entry.”
According to DOJ, the members charged purposely evaded immigration authorities by entering the country at "a time and place other than as designated by Immigration Officers, and eluded examination and inspection by Immigration Officers."
“The American Dream has beckoned immigrants from across the globe because of the promise that prosperity and success are within reach for all,” United States Attorney for the Southern District of California Adam Braverman said. “Those immigrants have contributed their voices and perspectives to make up our uniquely American experience. But the foundation for the American Dream, and what allows our democracy to flourish, is commitment to the rule of law. These eleven defendants face charges now because they believed themselves to be above the law. Those seeking entry into the United States must pledge fidelity to the law, not break them, or else face criminal prosecution.”
The members of the caravan, made up of illegal immigrants from Honduras, arrived in the United States late last week after Mexico failed to stop them. They claim to be seeking asylum in America.
