If we allow government to restrict the caliber or type of weapon the only ones that will not have these firearms will be we the people. Criminals cannot legally possess firearms anyway so the idea you are preventing criminals from getting weapons is ludicrous they will buy their arms on the black market or steal them the black market will offer them all calibers unrestricted all weapons unrestricted That being said who will be controlled by gun Laws law abiding citizens thats who Remember the 2nd amendment is not
