The people do not need to resort to violence in their quest for government reform... the power of the people to leveage reform resets n thei laboar and consent to be governed... withholding both and negotiating reforms is the path to successful government reform.
Withholding our labor (selective strikes) and the refusal to pay taxes... are two non-violent means of protest... others include denial of service and access to selective infrastructure, civil, and government agencies. Rallies and assemblies that remain in place until the public's petitions are acted upon will bring about the desired reforms without violence. We must not resort to violence... passive-aggressive acts of protest, yes... violence no. THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE LIES IN THEIR LABOR AND CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED... remove both and negotiate reform..
Shutting down sectors of the economy and society through peaceful boycotts, and strikes... Refusing to pay taxes, conducting sit-ins, that peacfull disrupt the conduct of business, or deny unrestrained access to facilities such as subways, airports, offices, etc can all be PEACEFULLY used to back up our petitions for specific reforms and actions... keeping these acts of civil disobedience in place until the petitions become law.
We can petition for a RECALL AMENDMENT...The People can demand the recall of all the elected and appointed Federal government agents, subject to new elections and appointments A Term Limits Amendment can be negotiated while these same passive-aggressive acts are in place... Limiting elected and appointed federal government officials to one term in office... 6 years, with 1/3rd standing for election or appointment every 2 years... WILL END the corruption associated with the exercise of concentrated power... The People can break the back of incumbency and political parties... limit government services to ONE SIX-YEAR TERM.
