The Liberty Guard Vow

I solemnly vow to support, protect and defend the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, as our Forefathers INTENDED when writing it: (TO PROTECT OUR CITIZENS LIBERTY FROM CRIMINALS, DEVIOUS AND DECEITFUL GOVERNMENTS AND OTHER ENEMIES).

 With the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.” Thomas Jefferson

Knowing that the Second Amendment is the LAST GUARD against slavery,

knowing that more murders occur with hand and fist than with rifle, knowing that more murders occur with a hammer and or baseball bat than with a rifle, and knowing that more assaults and rapes occur without a weapon or with a knife than with a gun, I do know that the governments assault on our second amendment is a mere precursor to reducing its citizens to total slavery,

nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants;       they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be            attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” Thomas Jefferson

Our government has continuously and relentlessly pursued reducing our second amendment rights one piece at a time, from one administration to another, with the full intent of eliminating them completely. It can only lead one to believe that there is a cynister motive behind their action!

Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day. But a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers, too plainly proves a deliberate systematic plan of reducing us to slavery. – Thomas Jefferson

Since we know from history, AS OUR FOREFATHERS DID, that a standing army could be used against its citizens freedom as easily as it could be used to defend it, and since the Second Amendment is not about hunting ,but defending our liberty from internal and external enimies, we have every RIGHT to own the same armaments that our military has!

I vow to support my local Sheriff’s Department IN PROTECTING IT’S CITIZENS RIGHTS FROM UNLAWFUL ACTIONS AGAINST THEIR LIBERITIES (GUARANTEED INALIENABLY),   

Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any body of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. – Noah Webster

AND IF THE Sheriff will not fulfill his moral and contractual obligations I will stand fast in supporting, defending, and protecting my fellow citizen’s rights thru the full expression and protection of the Second Amendment.  If this means that I must give up my life to ensure that the future generations of this great nation will have the ability to experience the liberties that our forefathers intended us to have,   I WILL.   NO UNCONSTITUTIONAL, UNLAWFUL ACTIONS AGAINST ANY OF OUR RIGHTS, BUT ESPECIALLY THE SECOND AMENDMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED ON MY WATCH!!

 Of course the “government’ may hold a Constitutional Convention in which 2/3 of our states or more can vote to rescind the second amendment and the constitution may be amended. At that point its citizens will determine whether to overthrow and replace that government, WITH ONE MORE FAVORABLE TO LIBERTY THAN THIS. Either way, WE WILL NOT GIVE UP OUR LAST GUARD AGAINST THE DEPRAVAITION OF LIBERTY and a free society.
