STREET FROM THE WORLD TRADE CENTER TOWERS . TO HAVE THE DEDICATION DATE SET FOR

9/11/2011 !

SHOULD NOT BE BUILT THERE !

A SLAP IN AMERICA'S FACE AND THE

3000 PEOPLE WHO DIED THERE.

    My AM a good American Citizen and do not need you or anyone else to put 'IF" conditions on that. I served in three wars as well as episodes never making the media's dinner plate.

    Islam is a religion based in peace, not war. If facts must be known, Christianity, through its 4 great Crusades in the Middle East as well as waging genocide and distruction of cultures wherever its missionaries went IS the most violent of all religions in history.

    The issue is not what a few extremists do within their beliefs but rather what the greater value of the beliefs are to those who follow any given religion.

    What you are proposing is state control of what and where one religion may exist. That is NOT the way we do business in the great nation.

    By the way, approximately 175 of those killed at the World Trade Center were of Islamic faith.

    The true enemy of this country is ignorance and the perpetration of ignorance.

    Given the facts and circumstances you are still entitled to your opinion and outrage.

    What about the America where Islamic Americans do not share the views of political extremists.

    There's Catholic Churches in NYC so should we ban them as well because some priests molest children?

    This is America which was built by slaves, Chinese, Irish, Italians, Germans, and aat the expense of the native American Indians.

    With all the sacrifices and advances it is imperative we remain tolerant of others and seek a general unity for the rights and beliefs of all. American will always be judged by how it extends tolerance when it is most difficult to do so.
