McCain, Graham call US-Russia agreement on Syria 'meaningless'

The top Republican leadership has branded the agreement to disarm Syria of its chemical weapons as meaningless. This is a welcome development and one I hope leads to an awaking of the sleeping giant that is the people of the United States.
