The picture is of Attorney General William B. Saxbe, who appeared opposing me in the Supreme Court. Be advised that I'm not a lawyer. He didn't have a chance of winning. And now we've got Attorney General Holder.
It is self-evident that the American people today, for the most part, don’t believe that all men are created equal. Some are born with greater assets (physical) than others. For the most part, Americans believe government is here to make us equal through government entitlement; that is, in material ways. Abundant evidence proves that government entitlement diminishes the American people in qualitative ways.
The record speaks for itself. Socialism does not make everyone materially equal. It never has and never will. We humans are not natively made to be socialistic. Natively, we want to do the best we can for ourselves, including the President of the United States. What he says is don’t do as I do, do as I say. Look at George Soros. Show me a socialist that says otherwise. If you don’t believe you have it in you to succeed, then you are ready to be a socialist tagalong. Socialism gives the world absolute authority and the masses slavery. It has never been any other way. America can’t be socialistic and capitalistic at the same time. Witness the fact that America’s house is collapsing.
The big push toward socialism in on in America. Five million Americans are out of work. Obama is the food stamp king. Government handouts are huge and growing. Nothing is in site to curb runaway government spending. In his opening campaign speech, President Obama, quite emphatically, asserted that we are not going back; we are moving forward. Look at Europe and witness America’s future. In the near term, America’s financial situation is going to get much worse. We already know America does not have the will to turn the ship of state around. When the going gets tough, America will not be tough enough to change. Obama will win.
Where do we go for the truth? The history of the church is one of war. We are heading for World War III. Nothing but a miracle could save us. A miracle saved me. The story of my life, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, is coming out this June. It is a story you don’t hear. My story began in a most peculiar way, but extraordinarily like the present worldwide situation. I wrote a letter to Attorney General William B. Saxbe in 1974. Who was I? I was a mere taxpayer with a gripe. At the time, there were millions of American taxpayers with a gripe. Tax protester was in the headlines. Saxbe was under the impression that my gripe had no legal standing. The question had been answered long ago in the U. S. court of appeals. Saxbe sent my letter to my IRS director for answer.
Director Osborne: “I am glad to respond to your letter of August 19 addressed to me and your letter of July 12 addressed to Attorney General William B. Saxbe, which has been passed along to me for reply.”
“You asked if Congress has the right to tax any amount of personal income up to 100%, with no limitations.”
“The 16th Amendment to the Constitution, which was passed by Congress in 1909 and finally ratified by three-fourths of the states in 1913…makes no mention of limitations, so I assume that Congress has the power to tax total income at a given level.”
The IRS audited me and discovered that I didn’t report all of my income. There was my opportunity to prove the IRS wrong. The IRS called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.”
My faith was based on my Constitution, my authority, the “Higher Law.” My first step was to purchase in a second hand law book store, for one dollar, The “Higher Law” Background of American Constitutional Law. Then informed of the law of all times, my opposition depending on the law of present day needs, mine based on tradition, the opposition’s law based on majority opinion, or might makes right. Guess who won. The IRS didn’t know whether it was afoot or horseback.
There I was, a peon taxpayer, challenging the most mighty nation on earth. Nothing in my teaching told me I had a right to challenge my income tax. Protesting the income tax was in vogue at the time. If those protesters had only known me, we would not be where we are now. The media was publishing tax protester claims. It didn’t publish mine. Judges were calling such claims as mine “spurious constitutional challenges.” My wife at the time (she isn’t anymore) told me I was sick in the head. At the time, she was divorcing me. My business enterprise was on the rocks. I wasn’t entitled to anything from government. I was self-employed—a pathetic situation, right? I was locked out for non-payment of rent. Nothing but a miracle could save me.
On Good Friday, 1975, I departed my old life and never looked back. On Christmas Eve,1975, aboard my sailboat Bold Venture, I set sail on the South Atlantic Ocean. I spent two years sailing, in of all places, the Bermuda Triangle, during which time I saved seven lives from a watery grave, including my own. After my return to life ashore, the right woman appeared out of the blue. I knew it the moment we met. After 32 years with her, a know it more than ever. Ever since my departure in 1975, I’ve lived a charmed life. The story of my life will be available this June at Amazon.
