(Bill Gertz) ~ New details of the violation of provisions of the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Force (INF) treaty were disclosed in the State Department’s latest annual report on arms treaty compliance... The latest report, made public last week, also reveals that the nObama administration misled the public about the INF treaty breach by not publicly disclosing the violation. The compliance report states Moscow “continued to be in violation of its obligations under the INF Treaty.” The treaty breach involves development of an illegal ground-launched cruise missile that the administration has not identified. This week, the House turned up the pressure on the State Department by threatening to withhold funding until the material is produced. Later, the full House could move to subpoena Mrs. Clinton’s server. Game on. Gowdy correctly notes that the first Clinton email release is “self-selected” and self-serving — but still, quite revealing. Mr. Blumenthal — a man actually barred from a State Department position by the nObama team — is revealed as a key Clinton advisor, up to his neck in murky and dubious Libyan schemes. She was instrumental in securing the authorization, building the coalition, and tightening the noose around Qadhafi and his regime,” Clinton aide Jake Sullivan wrote. Sullivan’s memo to Mrs. Clinton’s inner circle is, of course, embarrassing today, which is one reason you are not reading about it on the front pages of The New York Times or The Washington Post. McCon-nell proclaims the metric of Senate success as being the number of bills that they’ve passed. Content doesn’t matter, particularly whether or not something benefits the American people. Thirty “bipartisan” crony-serving bills later, with America on the verge of losing our Constitution to this turtle head and his co-conspirators, this disgusting RINO trash is patting himself on his shell regarding his “achievements and leadership.” Just short of the six minute mark in the video, the conversation turns to the important issue of TPP and the mad rush to pass it sight-unseen. Baier asks, “Why not make the trade bill transparent, why not tell people what’s in it? McCon-nell, who has already ushered it successfully to a lower approval threshold and an amendment-free and filibuster proof, up or down status, replied, “Well, we’re going to find out what’s in it because…” He’s interrupted as Baier reminds him that he sounds like Nancy Pulosi, to which McCon-nell plays stupid saying, “Oh no, no, it hasn’t been finalized yet.” He adds, “What trade promotion authority is is a process to deal with it. The trade agreement will be completely transparent. (leanrightamerica.org) ~ Los Angeles Times reporter Christi Parsons asked the president what he would tell state leaders who are concerned that a ruling against federal subsidies would throw the healthcare market into chaos... nObama, pausing to gather his thoughts, said, “What I can tell state leaders is, is that under well-established precedent, there is no reason why the existing exchanges should be overturned through a court case.” He said that those who had crafted the nObamacare bill, both Republicans and Democrats, agreed that everyone was entitled to federal subsidies. “The record is clear.” But confidence and condescension are no match for the facts, and nObamacare architect Jonathan Gruber has stated numerous times that the law was set up specifically to encourage state-run exchanges. In one public statement, Gruber said, “If you’re a state and you don’t set up an exchange that means your citizens don’t get their tax credits.” This case isn’t based around a “twisted interpretation” of the law’s wording, as nObama would have us believe; that interpretation strikes to the heart of the bill’s intentions. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out the way nObama’s advisers hoped. 36 states chose not to set up their own exchanges, leaving nObama with no option but to fudge the details and provide those states with federal subsidies anyway. This time he's produced "The Fake Clinton Scandals Are Back: The right's newest crusade has an old fake villain." Conason should be easily dismissed by the editors for criminal ignorance -- or downright deception. One can downplay things like Benghazi. One cannot deny they are scandals -- or at the very least, serious controversies.
