Trump... may want to borrow a page from Lincoln and his Civil War amnesty program for former Rebels ... reconciliation of the Union. The Confederate's treason would be forgiven if they reaffirmed their loyalty to he UNION and the Constitution by taking a new oath to honor and follow the Laws and Constitution.
The Senior leadership of the confederacy was included ... with the caveat that they could not serve anywhere in the government... federal, state, or local... ensuring the leadership that created the Civil War would not be
preserved to threaten the union...
We may need to offer a modified version of his Amnesty... with a clear restriction on those given amnesty who may not serve in our government: Federal, State, and Local. Such an amnesty would go a long way to restoring unity and the principles of patriotism.
Trump needs to have over 1000 Presidential Arrest Warrants ready for execution immediately after his inauguration. These warrants should charge and warrant the detention of the key agents responsible for various acts of insurrection treason, and other serious felonies used to deny Trump and his supporters civil rights and access to government office. He either rounds up the corrupt or they will bury him.
The opposition is not interested in shared government or the peaceful transfer of power. They are not interested in negotiating the application of Constitutional, bipartisan government... it is their way or the highway. Shock and Awh in the application of JUSTICE is the only way to deal with Marxists and Globalists...
Trump must confront the belligerent assets of the government with an IRON FIST... or they will consume him. He must be ready to confront insurrection (rebellion) in every Branch of the Government. Like Abraham Lincoln, he must be prepared to arrest members of the Judiciary, DOJ, FBI, CIA, and members of Congress and a rebellious bureaucracy wherever unlawful conduct is found. Pres. Lincoln used over 15K Presidential Warrants... he even arrested a Supreme Court Justice using his power as the Constitution's Chief Law Enforcement officer... responsible for ensuring."...that the Laws be faithfully executed". In addition, there was no DOJ before 1870... the Federal Judiciary Act of 1789 created the Attorney General's Office which is subordinate to the US Constitution... and the President's powers.
The Federal Judiciary Act may not usurp or redefine the Constitutional powers of the President. Despite what some lawyers will argue, the President remains the ONLY constitutional officer assigned the duty to " that he laws be faithfully executed. The President is responsible to the people and constituiton to ensure the laws are faithfully executed... as HE SEES FIT and lawful.
