The Five-Page Report that Proves Christine Blasey Ford is Lying

{godfatherpolitics.com} ~ Many Republicans did not like the way experienced sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell handled her part of the questioning of Christine Blasey Ford last week... but her final report is devastating. It clearly shows the glaring holes in her testimony and after reading it, one can only assume that Ford is a liar. Mitchell’s essential assessment is that no “reasonable prosecutor” could bring a case against Brett Kavanaugh based on Ford’s testimony. Mitchell added that her assessment is based on her independent review of the evidence and nearly 25 years of experience. She also alleged that “the activities of Congressional dummycrats-Democrats and Dr. Ford’s attorneys likely affected Dr. Ford’s account.” Mitchell added that Ford’s case is even weaker than most:In the legal context, here is my bottom line: A ‘he said, she said’ case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that. Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them. For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard. Here are some of Mitchell’s bullet points on Ford’s failed testimony....

{westernjournal.com} ~ A New York Post writer claims that a former classmate of Brett Kavanaugh’s has identified a fraternity brother of his as the person... who likely exposed himself to Kavanaugh’s Yale classmate Deborah Ramirez during a dormitory party in the early 1980s. Ramirez, who was Kavanaugh’s second accuser, went public in a New Yorker piece published Sept. 23. “She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty,” The New Yorker reported.“After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.” Ramirez was to be interviewed by the FBI as part of the bureau’s one-week re-investigation of the background of the Supreme Court nominee. However, a new wrinkle may have presented itself in the form of a report about an alleged letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Paul Sperry is best known nowadays as a writer for the New York Post, although he’s appeared in a number of different publications over the years. Schatz, like his fellow dummycrats-Democrats, has spent the past two weeks conjuring up plenty of pointless and paranoid objections to the confirmation of Brett Kavnaaugh to the Supreme Court. It’s truly a sight to be seen, as dummycrats-Democrats aren’t even trying to hide the fact that they’re only acting this hysterically to delay Kavanaugh’s confirmation indefinitely. Whether or not Christine Blasey Ford is actually a victim is secondary to them. Take the case of the FBI investigation of Kavanaugh dummycrats-Democrats have been demanding. Did anyone in their right mind actually think an FBI investigation would shut them up? Of course not. The second an FBI investigation which would be pointless was approved, the narrative changed from “we need an FBI investigation” to “even if the FBI exonerates Kavanaugh, it doesn’t matter. ”Sen.Schatz, meanwhile, accidentally made the case that Ford could face legal penalties for her testimony. “Lying to the Senate is illegal. That’s all for now,” he wrote in a tweet. He followed that up with another: “Sorry. One more thing. It’s not like it’s ‘technically illegal’ or something. It’s legit illegal. With penalties and such. FBI’s New Kavanaugh Investigation May Be Finished Today

{westernjournal.com} ~ How do you send the liberal half of our nation that has blue wave emojis next to their names in Twitter into a tizzy?... One way is to announce that the FBI’s supplemental investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh might be done by Monday. As readers are no doubt aware, the investigation was ordered by the White House last Friday after it became clear that Republican Sen. rino-Jeff Flake of Arizona wasn’t going to vote for Kavanaugh’s confirmation without an additional background check. Republican Sens. rino-Susan Collins and rino-Lisa Murkowski cosigned on the new fishing expedition. However, as The New York Times reports, that supplemental investigation may be complete in just a few days.“Officials said the FBI’s ‘limited’ supplemental background check of Judge Kavanaugh could be finished by Monday morning,” The Times reported Sunday. “Set in motion late last week by three Senate Republicans, the inquiry was supposed to shed further light on accusations that Judge Kavanaugh engaged in sexual misconduct during his high school and college years and help resolve the fierce national debate over whether he should win confirmation to the Supreme Court. “But the investigation’s apparent narrow reach has infuriated the judge’s critics, who said he should be subjected to a wide-ranging examination of his drinking and possible sexual misconduct. “Instead, the FBI was directed by the White House and Senate Republicans to interview just four people: Mark Judge and P.J. Smyth, high school friends of Judge Kavanaugh’s; Leland Keyser, a high school friend of one of Judge Kavanaugh’s accusers, Christine Blasey Ford; and Deborah Ramirez, another of the judge’s accusers.” However, there’s no claim that the White House has put limits on who the FBI can interview aside from that, with the president publicly declaring that the bureau has a mandate “to interview whoever they deem appropriate, at their discretion.”....
Countering the EU, UN, and Iranby National Security Desk: President Donald Trump turned in a mixed performance at last week’s UN General Assembly meeting in New York. Occasionally lapsing into language more appropriate for a campaign rally, his speech to the General Assembly was a missed opportunity to make the United States’s case against the globalists who dream of the UN becoming a true world government. In his opening speech at the Security Council meeting on Wednesday, he declared, “Kim Jong-un, a man I have gotten to know and like, wants peace and prosperity for North Korea.” That’s a dismaying gaffe when referring to North Korea’s brutal dictator — a bloody despot ruling a rogue nation. It’s true he has a purpose with such flattery, but all things considered, it was a less-than-stellar performance from the leader of the free world. But when it came to the president’s remarks on Iran and the challenge that nation’s nuclear program poses to the world, Trump delivered a message worthy of Ronald Reagan. Pulling no punches and sparing no feelings among friend and foe alike, the president made clear his determination to keep the pressure on Iran and his willingness to punish anyone trying to side with Tehran:
In the years since the [nuclear] deal was signed, Iran’s aggression only increased. The regime used new funds from the deal to support terrorism, build nuclear-capable missiles, and foment chaos. Following America’s withdrawal, the United States began re-imposing nuclear-related sanctions on Iran. All U.S. nuclear-related sanctions will be in full force by early November. They will be in full force. After that, the United States will pursue additional sanctions, tougher than ever before, to counter the entire range of Iran’s malign conduct. Any individual or entity who fails to comply with these sanctions will face severe consequences.
The president’s blunt threat to anyone attempting to circumvent U.S. sanctions and do business with Iran should give pause to the European nations that have been making noise about doing just that. The European Union’s Federica Mogherini announced last week that the EU would attempt to form a special non-cash trade mechanism between Iran and EU nations specifically in order to avoid banking-related sanctions. Nothing could make clearer the craven mindset of the EU than a willingness to side with Iran in this way. The Europeans are more reliant than ever on foreign oil and natural gas as they pursue a utopian vision of domestic green-energy production. They have become more and more pacifist since the Soviet Union went bust, while cynically relying on the United States to be the world’s policeman. And they continue to delude themselves about the Iranian regime, thinking they can convert Iran into a responsible nation using only carrots and no stick.
But the Europeans must know that running afoul of U.S. sanctions will be financially ruinous at a time when many EU nations already face difficult economic conditions. The United Kingdom is bumbling its way toward a hard Brexit. Italy faces a full-fledged debt crisis. Germany, supposedly the economic powerhouse of Europe, recently saw its economic outlook lowered to a meager 1.7% annual growth. The recent tsunami of Middle East and North African migration continues to stress EU nations’ social systems. And the EU as a whole is expected to remain below 2% growth for the foreseeable future. Not exactly a good time for the EU to take on the additional burden of U.S. sanctions.
As for Iran, it is more vulnerable to sanctions than at any time since the 1990s. Its economy, which consists of little more than oil and pistachios, has been cratering, leading to protests throughout the nation in which ordinary Iranians have made clear they have no affinity for spending Iranian money on propping up Syria’s Bashar al-Assad. The Saudis, who view Iran as a mortal enemy, have signaled their willingness to increase oil production to offset lost Iranian oil exports when sanctions kick in. The United States itself has leaped nearly to the top of the list of major oil exporters, exceeding three million barrels a day, second only to Saudi Arabia and Iraq. And as we have mentioned before, the Islamic Revolution in Iran has grown old and tired over the last 25 years — to the point that the mullahs must coerce rather than convince the Iranian people of their “right” to rule.
President Trump has had his ups and downs since taking office, but his clear-minded focus on Iran and the threat posed by its nuclear program has been remarkable. The presence of John Bolton on the president’s national-security team should help maintain that clear-mindedness going forward, and we wholeheartedly support the president’s challenge to our notional European allies that they cannot support a pariah nation without consequences.
