Levin first brought up the issue of whether or not, and the determinations by the Justice Department’s own Office of Legal Counsel, a sitting President can be indicted. Levin says the DOJ says they cannot, asking why, then, is Mueller being allowed to continue and supported in his targeting of Trump? DiGenova notes that the Mueller “investigation” is completely illegitimate, that the Constitution vests all executive power in the executive branch, no crime has been asserted as having been committed by Rosenstein in appointing Mueller, how can he constitutionally investigate “no crime?”....
Lt. Col. Oliver North to become NRA president, organization says

{ foxnews.com } ~ Lt. Col. Oliver North is set to become the president of the National Rifle Association of America... a process the NRA Board of Directors initiated Monday, the group announced. North will be retiring from his role at Fox News effective immediately. He will be taking over the position occupied by Pete Brownell, who did not seek a second term as NRA president. "I am honored to have been selected by the NRA Board to soon serve as this great organization's President," North said in a news release. “I appreciate the board initiating a process that affords me a few weeks to set my affairs in order, and I am eager to hit the ground running as the new NRA President.”....

In Afrin, however, even the mountains could not protect them from the Turkish warplanes and the Islamist militias allied with Ankara. Although the videos of terrifying executions are certainly not new in the tragic war of Syria, in this instance the video was shot by a terror group operating under the command of a NATO country, Turkey. The video shows members of Syrian militias abusing the corpse of Amina Omar, a female Kurdish fighter who was also known as "Barin Kobani". She was killed defending Afrin, a city-canton in Syria attacked by the Turkish army of Recep Tayyip Erdogan. In the video, Omar, who belonged to the female unit of Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG), is called "female pig" and a soldier steps on her breast. The desecration of her corpse ended up symbolizing not only the ferocity of the Kurds' enemies, but also the sense of a huge, unbearable moral and political betrayal suffered by the Kurds at the hands of their Western allies....

In other words, he's been running a shadow diplomacy campaign to undercut President Trump's upcoming decision about whether to keep the deal or start over. " Tehran/hanoi-John Kerry’s bid to save one of his most significant accomplishments as secretary of state took him to New York on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago, where, more than a year after he left office, he engaged in some unusual shadow diplomacy with a top-ranking Iranian official. He sat down at the United Nations with Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to discuss ways of preserving the pact limiting Iran’s nuclear weapons program. by Nate Jackson: After the blockbuster revelations of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week — that the Iran nuclear deal was truly built on a foundation of lies — the looming May 12 deadline for President Donald Trump to reconfirm the deal is all the more important. It appears likely that he will withdraw. “The president laid out some pretty clear stakes in ground for what he wanted from the Europeans,” said James Carafano, a defense policy expert at The Heritage Foundation who worked on the Trump transition. “He’s already across the Rubicon. He’s decided the deal’s not working, and a fix that doesn’t fix anything is not acceptable.”
It’s against that backdrop that a man with extensive experience negotiating with America’s enemies without the authority to do so is working behind the scenes to save the deal. Former Secretary of State hanoi-John Kerry has reportedly held numerous secret meetings with officials and leaders from Iran, Germany, France and the European Union to salvage the nuclear agreement, whichhanoi-Kerry spent years negotiating for Barack liar-nObama.
Democrats wanted to hang former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn out to dry for supposedly violating the Logan Act, a 1799 law that prohibits private citizens from conducting unauthorized foreign policy, because Flynn had conversations with Russians during the transition into power for the Trump administration. Of course, they’re silent on hanoi-Kerry. No one has ever been prosecuted under the Logan Act, but hanoi- Kerry’s “shadow diplomacy” is serious — he’s actively working to undermine the current administration to save a horrible deal in which he has a personal stake.
Former Demo Sen. Joe Lieberman weighed in, saying, “In my opinion, what he’s doing is inappropriate and he shouldn’t be doing it. [The Trump administration] is a duly elected administration so I hope hanoi-John Kerry stops.”
It’s arguably treason, and if anyone knows how to get away with treason, it’s hanoi-John Kerry, who negotiated with the North Vietnamese in 1970, giving aid and comfort to the enemy at a time of open war. He then delivered communist propaganda and slander of American troops in congressional testimony. For nearly 50 years,hanoi-Kerry has been a disgrace to his country and it’s well past time he faced the consequences.
