Tens of thousands of Muslims in Britain have signed a petition demanding that the shrill and offensive Islamic Call to Prayer be amplified from the top of mosques across the country at least three times a day. The latest demand from the Islamic community living in Britain is that the government allow the Islamic holiday of Eid to become a British bank holiday.
