The statement below is from Senator Corker TN, ( R). The problem is that Obama has ignored laws, Congress and even judicial decisions. To me he will; use all of the confusion around Obama care, funding and other issues to cover up  his executive orders enforcing the UN treaty without the consent of Congress.

Administration Must Seek Congressional Advice and Consent on U.N. Arms Trade Treaty

Asserting the Senates constitutional role on treaties, Senator Corker in a letter this week warned the Obama administration against taking any action to implement the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty without Senate advice and consent.
