If your willing to do the research you will find that there were many non-believers, notably Masons, who caused the French Revolution. Why don't you see if you can join the CFR or attend a meeting of the Bilderbergers next year? The Catholic Church does not in these days advocate wars and in fact the Popes for several decades have been preaching against it. I believe your in the wrong century. That may have been true in the Middle Ages but not true today. Do your research. Find out what the truths are and don't accept falsehoods. In many Catholic countries there are people in government positions who may be Catholic in name but are doing the work of Lucifer. It is ignorant to put all Catholics in the same category just because a few are up to no good. My challenge to you is to prove that the Catholic Church is "surreptitiously involved in causing wars" or is that too much to ask. Just because President Kennedy was Catholic does not mean that he was not involved in the CFR and willing to do their bidding. So according to your logic every Catholic and every Bishop and Priest and the Pope and the laity are all involved in causing wars. It is real easy to make a statement without proof. That is what most of the Tea Party people are complaining that the Administration is doing. Get the facts. Suggest you do the hard research.
Regarding the French and the breaking of their economy ....aren't we doing the same thing getting involved in every war that some loud mouth tells us that if we don't we will be slaughtered by who knows what. The question you should be asking yourself and researching is who is it that is getting us involved in these disasterous events and who do these people work for.

The CFR is nothing but a forum of world leaders . Anyone can attend m.ost attendees are college students . To become a MEMBER costs significant money and more money if you represent a corporation . The CFR is open to all . Just because you attend some presentations/lectures does not make you a bad guy . It is most probably true that some influencial people who attende CFR presentations may have been influencial in getting america to replace the French in SE . Asia but they did not cause the war .
