(3) If you align Elizabeth dinky/liar-Warren votes with commie-Bernie Sanders (progressives) and Michael Bloomberg votes with loose lips liar-Joe Biden (Club “moderates”)… Elizabeth dinky/liar-Warren staying in the race cost commie-Bernie Sanders wins in Minnesota, Maine and Massachusetts. (4) Extending the math, the delegate impact from dinky/liar-Warren staying in the race was a net negative to commie-Bernie Sanders and a net positive to loose lips liar-Joe Biden. Without dinky/liar-Warren commie-Bernie would have had larger delegate wins in Utah, Colorado and California. (5) loose lips liar-Joe Biden winning Texas was arguably the biggest surprise. According to Senator Paul President Trump will not support reauthorization without “significant FISA reform”. Senator Paul appears with Lou Dobbs to discuss the latest developments. The position being put forth by Rand Paul is exactly correct. Change the law so that FISA can only be used against foreign actors, and force the DOJ or intelligence apparatus to go to a normal Title-3 court for a search/surveillance warrant against any American.

Current FISA authority expires on March 15th. The Senate is scheduled to go back into recess March 13, 2020. Additionally, the DOJ/FBI response to the FISA court order due February 5th has still not been made public. If congress is going to reauthorize the controversial FISA provisions, they now have nine days. Prior to the December 9, 2019, inspector general report on FISA abuse, FISA Court judges Rosemary Collyer (declassified 2017) and James Boasberg (declassified 2019) both identified issues with the NSA bulk database collection program being exploited for unauthorized reasons...

In an important ruling today the Supreme Court ruled 5 to 4 that illegal aliens can be prosecuted by the states for stealing the identity of U.S. persons on employment eligibility paperwork.Stunningly four justices BREYER, GINSBURG, SOTOMAYOR, and KAGAN dissented from the majority decision; and instead gave their minority opinion that federally mandated I-9 employment eligibility certifications should not be permitted for use as evidence in cases surrounding identity theft. According to the dissenting opinion, if your identity or social security number was stolen by an illegal alien; and used to falsify employment eligibility documents; that illegal action is not itself criminal conduct because the documents are not permissible as evidence to show the alien falsified information. An absolutely bizarre position in a nation of laws. The primary issue surrounds federal laws that state employment affidavits, like an I-9 eligibility declaration, cannot be used to prosecute illegal aliens, unlawfully residing in the U.S. However, it is simultaneously unlawful under federal law to provide false information on those employment eligibility documents. Thankfully the five majority justices ALITO, ROBERTS, THOMAS, GORSUCH, KAVANAUGH saw the abject stupidity of the lower court ruling Supreme Court of Kansas reversing and remanding the prior decision. U.S. military spokesman Col. Sonny Leggett said in a tweet that the airstrike Wednesday was conducted against four Taliban fighters in Nahr-e Saraj, in the Helmand province, who he said were “actively attacking” an Afghan National Defense and Security Force (ANDSF) checkpoint. “This was a defensive strike to disrupt the attack,” he added. “This was our 1st strike against the Taliban in 11 days.” Leggett, who called on the militant group to uphold their commitments to the peace deal signed on Feb. 29, added that Taliban forces had conducted 43 attacks on Afghan troops on Tuesday in the same province. “To be clear – we are committed to peace, however, we have the responsibility to defend our ANDSF partners,” Leggett continued. “Afghans & US have complied with our agreements; however, Talibs appear intent on squandering this opportunity and ignoring the will of the people for peace.” Afghanistan’s interior ministry said four civilians and 11 troops were killed Wednesday in a wave of attacks attributed to the Taliban across the country in the past 24 hours. Afghan forces killed at least 17 Taliban members during those clashes. The Taliban have not claimed responsibility for any of the attacks so far and have not commented on the U.S. airstrike. President Trump said Tuesday he spoke on the phone to a Taliban leader, making him the first U.S. president believed to have spoken directly to the militant group responsible for the deaths of thousands of U.S. troops in nearly 19 years of fighting in Afghanistan. "I spoke to the leader of the Taliban today," Trump told reporters on the South Lawn. "We had a very good talk." The documentary sent two young Muslims undercover... as Fatma and Muhammed, to a number of "parallel" Muslim societies in Denmark. For the purpose of the documentary, Fatma was given a personal cover story -- based on real-life dilemmas -- for which she would seek advice from the different imams: Her husband was violent, and she did not wish to have sex with him. She could not get pregnant and his family had found a second wife for him. All the Danish imams with whom she consulted in the documentary told her to put up with the violence. When she pleaded for divorce at a sharia council in the Fredens mosque in Århus, Denmark's second largest city, the imams there refused and told her -- ten times -- that she must go back to her husband and try again. At the time, Danish researchers estimated that there were a number of sharia councils in Denmark. "Sharia councils are apparently a black market, which exists in hiding. It is hard for me to put a number on it, but it is there," said Professor Thomas Hoffmann at the University of Copenhagen in 2016. Four years later, in February 2020, the daily newspaper Berlingske Tidende  revealed that an Islamic center in Copenhagen, Islamic Center for the European Countries, functions as a kind of sharia court, and "issues legal Islamic judgments and answers in all cases relating to Islamic faith, rules, marriage, divorce, conduct, inheritance and halal/haram questions, all based on Al-Qur'an, Sunnah and Muslim scholars' agreement and analogies," as the center wrote in a document describing its activities. Danish authorities ought to have known this -- the description is found on the list of approved religious communities in Denmark on the Danish Church Ministry's own website. The "discovery" of the sharia court comes after a new report, "Ethnic minority women and divorce – with a focus on Muslim practice," written for the Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration, showed that Muslim women who were married according to Islamic law -- either abroad or in Denmark -- find it difficult to obtain a religious divorce from a Danish imam.
