Absent that one reason, what potential terrorist act would be so threatening, or what ‘evidence’ be so compromising to justify the release of the top five War Criminals at GITMO?

Was there a verified threat to set off a dirty bomb, EMP or even a nuke in some US city if these five weren’t released?
