Civil War 2: The economic imperative for mass social unrest

Every indication clearly suggests that authorities in the United States are preparing for widespread civil unrest. This trend has not emerged by accident – it is part of a tried and tested method used by the banking elite to seize control of nations, strip them of their assets, and absorb them into the new world order.
There is a crucial economic imperative as to why the elite is seeking to engineer and exploit social unrest.
As respected investigative reporter Greg Palast exposed in 2001, the global banking elite, namely the World Bank and the IMF, have honed a technique that has allowed them to asset-strip numerous other countries in the past – that technique has come to be known at the “IMF riot.”

BULLSEYE! The International Bankers are now in the process of sowing the seeds of World War III which will start in Europe and the Middle East. Of course they will be supplying both sides with the money to enable each other to slaughter each other. When the war is over and the blood is running thick in the streets they will buy up everything in site for a nickel on a dollar. That is what the Rothschild did during Napolian's war with England at Waterloo. He made a fortune in the English stock market by causing a mis-information panic. Somewhat similar to the mis-information panic that occurred here in 2008 which caused our markets to drop 40 %. How much money did you lose by believing the media BS and panicing? Market manipulation! The SEC is totally understaffed on purpose. The most of the rest of the government is most likely overstaffed.
The bankers have one problem with this strategy, it only works when the people do not know
the bankers plan.
IF 10% of the people know who is behind the plan they will not be safe from assassination teams.
So who will those teams target ?
Well it seems to me that the Trilaterals and the CFR and Bilderbergers[sp] are a good start?
