WOW! NFL Player Tells PO’ed Fan Base To Screw Off – Here’s His EXACT Words
Does this bro not realize where those gazillions he gets paid come from?
It’s pretty basic — advertisers pay the big bucks to air commercials during the games, companies pay for endorsements, and it’s all because there are a truckload of fans — potential customers — watching.
You take away the customers and *poof* the incentive to pay money to advertise is gone.
This might be a hard concept for Tennessee Titans’ Tight End, Delaine Walker to grasp, but let’s give it a go:
Professional football players make money through ticket sales.
If you insult a large group of people, they won’t pay money to see you throw a ball and run around on a field. That will directly affect your paycheck.
*cough*
Delaine Walker weighed in on the NFL anthem protest and he wanted to make things clear:
“First off, I’m going to say this: We’re not disrespecting the military, the men and women that serve in the Army. That’s not what it’s all about,” Titans tight end Delanie Walker said. “If you look at most of the guys in here – I’ve been in the USO. I support the troops. This is not about that. It’s about equal rights, and that’s all everyone is trying to show, is that we all care about each other.
“And the fans that don’t want to come to the game? I mean, OK. Bye. I mean, if you feel that’s something, we’re disrespecting you, don’t come to the game. You don’t have to. No one’s telling you to come to the game. It’s your freedom of choice to do that.”

Sorry, we’re not going to endorse your ‘slacktivist’ anti-Trump protest.
This isn’t about social justice, police brutality, or systemic racism anymore — it’s morphed into virtue signaling anti-Trumpism.
It’s about ‘unity’ you say, and in that, you’re right.
It’s about uniting NFL players against the President and his supporters because #Resistance is cool right now.
It should be noted that Walker has said that after these comments he’s been the target of racist rants and death threats.
