ACLU Lawyer Says Travel Ban ‘Could Be Constitutional’ if Enacted by Hillary Clinton

The ACLU and its Muslim lawyer Omar Jadwat are not interested in enforcing the law, which grants the President the right to restrict immigration, and they have no interest in defending the United States. They just want to destroy President Trump. If the executive order is constitutional, it is constitutional no matter who enacts it.

ACLU Lawyer Omar Jadwat, arguing against President Trump’s travel ban before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday, admitted that the same exact travel ban “could be” constitutional if it were enacted by Hillary Clinton.

Jadwat argued that Trump’s campaign animus motivated the order, making it illegitimate. This claim was challenged by the Fourth Circuit’s Judge Paul Niemeyer.

“If a different candidate had won the election and then issued this order, I gather you wouldn’t have any problem with that?” Niemeyer asked.

Jadwat dodged on directly answering the question at first, but Niemeyer persisted, asking the question again.

Jadwat again tried to avoid the question, asking for clarification on the hypothetical, but Niemeyer once again demanded an answer.

“We have a candidate who won the presidency, some candidate other than President Trump won the presidency and then chose to issue this particular order, with whatever counsel he took,” Niemeyer said. “Do I understand that just in that circumstance, the executive order should be honored?”

“Yes, your honor, I think in that case, it could be constitutional,” Jadwat admitted.

Jadwat also denied that presidents’ actions should be nullified by campaign statements, despite the fact that his entire argument seemed to rest on that claim….

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND: Man faces criminal charges after police say he went on an obscenity-packed anti-Muslim tirade directed at a Muslim family. Yes, he cursed at the family, but he didn’t threaten them with violence. There is still a First Amendment in this country that protects offensive speech. It does not give you the right NOT to be offended.

FOX61  South Padre Island police arrested Alexander Jennes Downing, 35, of Connecticut, after responding to reports of a disturbance on May 3rd, according to WTIC. Police took Downing into custody for public intoxication after deciding he was a danger to himself and others.

Video taken by the family that afternoon shows a man dressed in a green Under Armour tank top and blue shorts walk over to them and confront members of their group, yelling, “You’re a f****** Muslim, motherf*****.” As another beachgoer tries to push the man away, he shouts, “You will never ever, ever, stop me, my Christianity, from rising above your Sharia law. Your Sharia law don’t mean s*** to me.”

At one point the man can be heard hollering “Donald Trump will stop you. Donald Trump will stop you!” Before storming away, video shows him grabbing his crotch and yelling something obscene at the family, in front of several children.

So…it’s been an interesting week.

One by one, the liberal elite in Washington rushed to the nearest microphone to exclaim how wrong it was that Comey found out about his dismissal from news reports on TV. It’s WRONG the cried, and decried…to find out you’ve been fired from a TV report. He deserved to find out with a phone call, or some other, more official way…but NOT from a TELEVISION report they say.

Funny…they never had a problem when Obama claimed to have learned just about everything from television reports…but COMEY…that’s a different story.

Comey was in Unicoriforniafornia, addressing FBI agents when news of his ash-canning flashed across the TV screens in the room. As reported…he chuckled…and continued to address what were, by then, his former employees. After that, as reported, Comey went into a private room to, I suppose, find out if or not he had really been fired.

He was to have spoken to a room full of FBI recruits Tuesday evening…which never happened…so we can deduce that Comey by then had discovered that he was, in fact…unemployed.

News helicopters then followed the Comey job funeral procession down the L.A. Freeway system, as it was led…and followed…by Sheriff’s deputies, as it made its way to the airport where cameras caught the FORMER Director of the FBI shaking a few hands of deputies before boarding his private jet to fly back to DC…I’m sure to pick up the box of his stuff from his office which, by the time of his arrival, was probably packed for him.

Confirmed liberal/socialist congressman, Elijah Cummings is now demanding an investigation into the firing of James Comey…and John McCain, the so politically and ideologically confused senator that he doesn’t know which bathroom to use…the one with the elephant on the door or the one with the jackass…is calling for a special investigator.

Good grief…investigate the firing of a guy who gave incompetent boobs a bad name?

Really???

Let’s just have a look-loo at the expanded timeline in all of this, shall we? Hillary blamed Comey for her losing the election…liberals demanded Comey be fired by Obama…Comey GETS fired by Trump…and liberals now demand an investigation INTO his firing.

Yep…that’s about it…so as far as I’m concerned, those liberals can save their fake crocodile tears over the draining of this particular corner of the swamp.

Liberals, of course, say it’s an attempt to cover up all the illegal shenanigans Trump was involved in with the Russians, of which during six months of official FBI investigations, Comey had found exactly zero evidence of…so that’s nothing but a smokescreen.

Want to know what’s really got the liberals panties wadded up?

Comey seemingly was the only brick wall preventing Hillary from being indicted…from Huma being indicted…from Loretta Lynch being indicted, from Susan Rice being indicted and possibly even keeping Obama from being indicted.

While Comey being told not to let the screen door at Quantico hit him in the ass on the way out slammed the door on that protective asset of the Obama regime…it opened several other doors that could very well clear the way for said indictments to be handed down.

Ironically…the window-dressing letter outlining Comey’s firing made his treatment of Hillary last year the last straw…as in Comey acted against the scope of his office in releasing information about Hillary and the investigation into her illegal email activities.

While Comey’s release of facts surrounding Hillary may, or may not have affected the election, it’s fair to say it had a greater effect on the outcome than the Russians did, but Comey also refused to recommend prosecution, which meant in the end, he actually helped Hillary.

With one less snake in the swamp, Hillary, by now, must be on a bender. She’s got to be more nervous than a former Bill Clinton’s intern at a blue dress fashion show.

While Comey never floated the notion that Hillary didn’t break the law…what he did say was that he could find no INTENT on her part to break the law.

Well, there’s a crock-o-crap.

There is NO statute that says that there needs to be PROOF of INTENT before a pant-suited law breaker can be recommended for indictment…and Comey damn-well knew that, but he couldn’t find intent? Hillary INTENDED to get her own private email account, and she INTENDED to have it hosted on her own private server. Hillary INTENDED to hire he own private IT guy AND she INTENDED to get that guy a gig INSIDE the Department of State so he could watch over her private set-ups.

Hillary clearly INTENDED to use her private email account, on her private server, to conduct ALL of her official Department of State business…and she INTENDED to allow ACCESS to said private emails to just about anybody she had ever come into contact with, including a wad of people with absolutely NO clearance to even catch as much as a GLIMPSE of classified documents.

Hillary most certainly INTENDED to erase more than 30 THOUSAND documents and emails from her private account…and she JUST as certainly INTENDED to have her private, government employed IT dude hose he hard drive with BLEACHBIT and SCRUB it clean of any incriminating evidence.

Hillary, without a doubt INTENDED to claim there were NEVER any CLASSIFIED documents ON her private email account or on her private server…she INTENDED to alter that false claim if she missed any…which she did…because she did…and Hillary INTENDED to make sure that she had Comey in the back pocket of whatever pant suit she fainted in at any particular time.

Don’t even get me started on what she INTENDED to do regarding her pay to play Clinton Foundation/Department of State illegal activities or the fact that Comey gave everybody involved with Hillary’s illegal activities immunity from prosecution.

So Comey couldn’t find any intent in what Hillary did?

REALLY???

Even a blind squirrel can find a nut every once in a while…which means Comey was worse off…perhaps akin to a blind, quadriplegic, brain-dead squirrel who wouldn’t have been able to locate his OWN nuts if they were hanging from the middle of his furry little forehead.

Now THAT’S a mental image for ya right there.

But liberals are hoppin’ mad. They’re all waded up to the point where they don’t know whether to play in the street to try and stop traffic, or dust off their vagina costumes and parade up and down the sidewalk over the firing of James Comey. How DARE Trump do such a thing.

Of course…I don’t remember a single liberal, whether in Washington, or inhabiting the mainstream media getting in any kind of a snit when Bill Clinton fired FBI Director William Sessions back in 1993. Nope…they were as quite as a mushroom in a bucket of bullcrap when that happened.

There is one liberal who isn’t making a big stink over the firing of James Comey…

Bill Clinton.

Think about it…He’s been cooped up in the same house with Hillary for the past six months…watching her swill gin and pretending to be the president…holding news briefings in the kitchen and butt dialing Angela Merkel. Six long months of having to make believe he’s the First Lady and listening to Hillary moan and cry in the guest room while assuring her than Lincoln did once sleep there.

With Comey gone, Bill knows the path is now clear for a possible indictment of the Hildabeast that is cramping his style, and he’s got to be secretly thrilled at the prospect because six months is a long, long…LONG time for a horny old goat like Billy boy to go with a barrel full of dry cigars.

Look…I have no idea who will become the next Director of the FBI as there are a bunch of great manes in the nomination hat, and frankly, I don’t really care, so long as whoever it is can accomplish two things…

Indict Hillary…

And find their own nuts.

1. 3.    Evidence shows Hillary Clinton destroyed or had the evidence destroyed of many thousands of E-mails associated with her government work as Secretary of State.

1. 4.    Evidence shows Hillary Clinton shows that while enemy terrorists were on the way to Benghazi, Lydia.  Ambassador, Christopher Stevens and others were calling out for military assistance for their protection.  Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton denied this military backup support.

1. 5.    Evidence shows that Ambassador, Christopher Stevens, State Information Officer Sean Smith, and Navy Seals Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods most likely would have survived had Sec. Clinton provided the requested military support; that was waiting for State Department clearance to protect the Benghazi compound.

1. 6.    Evidence shows Hillary Clinton with her husband, former President Bill Clinton may have used a quid pro quo system for otherwise, illegally covering huge personal donations.

Other questions must be answered.  Although Director James Comey stated he questioned Hillary Clinton in investigating her.  Director Comey, says he found no reason in seeking an indictment. 

Even worse, While Director Comey says he ‘NEVER’ questioned Hillary Clinton under oath.

An interfaith panel held on April 26, 2017, at Portland State University hosted a variety of individuals who discussed various religious stances. One panelist, a Muslim, stated that apostates and infidels are to be killed or “banished” from a Muslim country.

The student’s statement has been transcribed here:

“And some of this, that you’re referring to, like killing non-Muslims,” he takes a long pause and then looks out at the audience with a grin, “that is only considered a crime when the country’s the law– if the country’s based on Koranic law, that means there is no other law than the Koran, so, in that case you’re giving the liberty to like . . . leave the country. You can go to a different country, I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. So, you can go on [sic] a different country, but in a Muslim country, a country based on the Koranic laws, disbelieving, or being an infidel is not allowed. So you will be given the choice.”

The Muslim panelist – who spoke the truth about Islam – was quickly aided by another Muslim from the audience who had to do damage control.

Muslims and their apologists who refer to non-Muslim minorities living in lands conquered by Muslims hope you won’t see the irony: that non-Muslims weren’t always the minority and that is was Muslims waging jihad who slaughtered the majority of them or forced them out causing them to become a minority. 1,400 years ago there were no Muslim countries.

PEARLAND, Texas — A woman running for city council in Pearland believes she is being targeted online because she’s a Muslim.

That woman is Dalia Kasseb, who went block by block Tuesday afternoon to try and pick up last minute supporters.

“We’re a very diverse community, and that diversity needs to show up in our community,” Kasseb said.

For example, an article from The Atlantic titled “How American Muslims Are Trying to Take Back Their Government” was shared on Facebook by Pealand ISD trustee Rusty Deborde days ago.

Deborde also posted the comment, “Please spread the word. This is happening this election cycle right here in Pearland.”

Deborde declined KHOU 11’s repeated requests for comment.

Ex-city councilman Kevin Cole shared the same article, echoing similar thoughts to Deborde. Cole tells KHOU 11 News it’s not an issue of “religion, race or gender with anyone that decides to run for political office in Pearland or anywhere else.”

He says his concern is with the Islamic Society of North America, who he believes is targeting this and other political races around Texas.

Kasseb in the meantime is pushing forward.

“Muslims are a huge part of the community,” she said. “We are your doctors, we are your healthcare professionals, we are the engineers and the business owners and we are here because we love America and we love our community.

Kasseb decided to run a few months back for the position. She says it’s being created because of the expansion of the west side of town.

The most contested race of the election cycle is Pearland City Council position No. 7, which had six contestants running for the newly created council position. Because no contestant secured at least 50 percent of the vote, a run-off election will be held in June.

Shadow Creek Ranch resident Dalia Kasseb secured 40.78 percent percent of the vote. Kasseb will run against Woody Owens who received 21.05 percent of the vote.

“We’re going to keep at it keep sending our positive messages, keep talking to people and hearing their voices. We’re going to keep talking about the real issues and keep everything positive. That’s the main thing I want my campaign to be,” Kasseb said. “People in Pearland want diversity; they see that change coming in the future, and I’m going to keep fighting to make sure the voices of Pearland are going to be represented in council.”

If elected in a run-off, Kasseb would be the first Muslim elected to public office in Pearland and Brazoria County.

Wiltz and Jones were Project LIFT candidates. Dalia Kasseb was not, but as that second story notes she received support from the Brazoria County Democratic Party and had done a lot of campaigning in tandem with Wiltz. My guess is there was at least one other Democrat in that race, and I won’t be surprised if she gets a TDP nod for the runoff.

They say everything is bigger in Texas and that includes the Muslim invasion and infiltration. Texas is a leading destination for Muslim refugees, legal invaders and illegals.

On April 12, The Blaze reported the Public Broadcasting Service has been for more than decade featuring a lesson plan that instructs students to be more sympathetic to the plight of Islamic terrorists in Palestine. The plan, titled “Dying to be a Martyr,” features, among other things, video interviews with Islamic terrorists who tell viewers why their attacks on Israelis are justified. There are no instructions in the lesson plan for teachers to denounce these views and no videos are featured showing the Israeli response.

Among the other biased aspects of the lesson plan are instructions for teachers to “Check for understanding by asking students to respond to the focus question. (Mohanned, feels he would rather die and by a martyr than live his life, sees his life as hollow—in contrast he sees Israelis as happy, going out, having fun, traveling.) Ask your students why Mohanned may feel that way (Answers may include: Palestinians have less land, fewer privileges, cannot come and go as they please.)”

A new investigation into the lesson plan and its origins show the plan was developed in New York state and was, until just a couple of weeks ago, promoted by the New York State Education Department. Following a request for comment from state officials, NYSED abruptly altered its website without a comment, essentially covering up the fact the website ever contained the “Dying to be a Martyr” material.

On a taxpayer-funded NYSED website for public school history and geography teachers, NYSED lists numerous videos and books in a section titled “Resources for Teachers.” Among those items listed is a video titled “Story of Islam: A History of the World’s Most Misunderstood Faith.” The “Dying to be a Martyr” lesson plan was also listed, and it appears it was the only full lesson plan listed in that section, which contains 40 items.

The lesson plan is also featured by Thirteen.org, a website belonging to the WNET-TV network, the PBS affiliate for New York City and the areas immediately surrounding the city. It appears the New York PBS affiliate is the producer of the lesson plan. The author of the plan is a long-time public school teacher in upstate New York.

An investigation by The Blaze reveals the teacher who authored “Dying to be a Martyr” is still teaching at Ballston Spa High School, a public school in Ballston Spa, New York, located in Saratoga County. At Ballston Spa, the teacher leads courses covering world history for 9th and 10th graders. A review of classroom notes posted to the teacher’s website shows she covers the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in great deal in her course. Among the many questions students are asked to answer are “What is Hammas’ view ?” and “How were Palestinian refugees treated?”

The Blaze sent multiple e-mails requesting comments from the teacher who authored “Dying to be a Martyr” and to Ballston Spa High School’s vice principal and principal, Kristi Jensen. The Blaze also sent e-mails to the New York State Department of Education for comment. Among the questions asked was whether “Dying to be a Martyr” or similar views are being taught in New York public schools

Muhammad Alarefe, a prominent Saudi religious leader, has demanded that FIFA, the international soccer governing body, instruct players to stop making the Christian sign of the cross.

For many Christians, their deep, personal and peaceful faith is inextricable from every aspect of their life. Making the sign of the cross — or any other religious gesture — should not pose a problem or threat to anyone, but to the Islamic supremacist leader Muhammad Alarefe and his ilk, any religious expression outside of Islam represents a threat, especially since FIFA is so prestigious. Let’s hope FIFA honors the religious freedoms of their talented players and rejects the demands of Muhammad Alarefe. If FIFA bows to the demand of Alarefe, it should also ban Muslim prayer on the field and outskirts, too.

Discriminating against Christian values and attempting to stifle Christianity — a foundational faith in the evolution of modern understandings of human rights and the formation of Western democratic principles — is nothing new. Most troubling is that discrimination against Christians while kowtowing to Muslims is being presented as the norm to the next generation.

The American Center for Law and Justice reported  in 2015 that:

Public colleges and universities are taking the gloves off when it comes to Christian students on their campuses.  Gone are the days of surreptitious slights against Christians; now it is open season on faith.  Blatant, in-your-face anti-Christian discrimination is the new norm.

Correction: not “an open season on faith,” but specifically on Christian faith.

Also, Islamic indoctrination in public schools is in full swing, with eager collaboration and help from the Hamas-linked group CAIR.
