There is a multiplier that should be applied to this number, as most of these policies are for families, not individuals. Let's be conservative (in the statistical sense) and say that the average family is Mom, Pop, and two offspring.
So in reality the figure should be 6 million.

All credits traded go through companies owned in part by Ozone AL Gore and George loved the Nazi's Soros. They will make untold billions off the hood winked people and countries who pay to pollute. Al Gore talks about climate change and yet he will make and has made millions off the process. He knows as much about science as he does about making the internet work, which is not much aside from turning on the PC.
I expect Obama may have the EPA delay the fuel credit fees until after the next election. Remember he said he would like to see gasoline prices the same as in Europe, which is about $8 to $9 dollars a gallon. He may be able to do it if Congress does not grow a stronger spine.

Currently, Obama and the democrats are spending more on green and climate control related programs than they spend on Border security, as reported in the WSJ this week. No surprise, as Obama has started granting political asylum to Mexican illegals. 12 billion dollars spent this year on mostly German made windmills and 9 billion on ethanol production. 45% of the WORLD's corn supply is used to make fuel, which really hurts poor people world wide, not just in the US. Plus it takes 1500 gallons of water to make one gallon of ethanol. Then the poor mileage, water in the gas makes engines have problems requiring additives and costing more money. All of this to do what? Save or reduce oil consumption? We now admit to having more oil reserves in just the center part of the US than all of the known reserves in the WORLD. This excludes Alaska, off shore and most of the current oil produced in the US. Add that to natural gas, coal, Hydro and nuclear and wee are sitting on hundreds of years worth of domestic energy. WHY USE ETHANOL , aside from bumping up corn prices? Of course, any gasoline that does not meet the alternative fuel percentage will have to buy fuel credits. YES, technically they can not meet the requirement which is a man made BS requirement to reduce oil consumption!!!!!! Oh yeah, Wall street commodity brokers will make millions , possibly billion trading the credits. Some folks have been raised on old wives tales warning all Black people are savages- big surprise I'm sure!
I call that "the Old Prejudice. "
My primary concern is combating what I term, " the New Prejudice, " based not on old wives tales but on present, mass marketed dysfunction in the Black community.
Ever-increasing violence and vulgarity not only performed by, but also proudly promoted, by some Black folks provides ample justification for the New Prejudice.
An overlooked demographic are Black people themselves, who are violently opposed to this ever-increasing mass marketing of Black violence and vulgarity as if it's our state-of-the-art???
As I witnessed this past Saturday, even some ex-offenders are holding peers to this high standard in programs throughout America! They tell those adhering to this violent, vulgar dynamic how stupid they're being- something Black America culturally should be bellowing to this group!
In the 21st Century, a New Prejudice against the actual, not imagined, violence and vulgarity of a dysfunctional percentage of my community isn't necessarily a bad thing.
I type this fully cognizant of the fact that within any prejudice lies a slippery slope to institutional oppression and even genocide.
That's said, within it also lies fertile ground for a multi-ethic coalition which can not only drive the final stake through the heart of the Old Prejudice but also shorten the popularity of rogue actions creating the New Prejudice.
Black people who don't make excuses for criminals and degenerates who happen to resemble them form the vanguard of a frank civic discussion which can make a safer America once all sides honestly unite against this threat on her streets.
As a life long inner city resident and anti crime activist, I cannot accept being a de facto hostage to Black thugs; their enablers in office or holding bull horns or police who see law abiding and thug alike as one in the same.
This tale of two prejudices only has a happy ending once we who are closest to the cause of the New Prejudice admit that ever-increasingly violent and vulgar Black people are not victims of racism, are morally equivalent to 1960s civil rights marchers and are the enemy of all citizenship gains to date.
Absent this admission, the New Prejudice in this digital age can mutate into a racism which could put even the Old Prejudice to shame.
Against such odds, can American Blacks who respect themselves and others dare remain silent?

Lots of dirty little secrets out there. Amnesty for illegal aliens has it's own.
Call them border crashers, Illegals, an invasion force, or whatever you will. Illegal immigration is a big problem, and a huge burden on an already overloaded system of giveaways. One of the problems with waving the magic wand and calling them U.S. citizens is a little bit of elfin magic. You see, some employers out there are telling us that they are doing the jobs that Americans won't do. This is, really, a misnomer. Americans WOULD do these jobs if they paid at least the minimum wage.
The dirty little secret is, that, if the illegals are made citizens, you now have to pay these new citizens minimum wage, and they become a NEW group of Americans that won't (and legally can't) do these jobs for sub minimum salary. Now we have to get a whole new group of illegals to do the work the old ones will no longer do for 2 bucks an hour.
Should we still wish to make our un-documented fellow citizens legally citizens, we would find ourselves with a new crop in short order.
I think the government should; first, start enforcing the laws that we have (not ignore the pleas of states like Arizona) and secondly, ensure the borders are secure. We seem to have a catch and release policy, these days, with a minimum of deportations. I would have thought we would have built the border fence first. It is federal law, after all, that they build it. All the bricks that were mailed to the house and senate, a few years ago, should have been a clue.
Yahoo Auto News is reporting that second Tesla car has caught fire:
The first fire in a Tesla Model S earlier this month brought about all the expected reactions; a steep sell-off by Wall Street in its volatile shares, followed by a spirited defense of electric vehicle technology from Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Last week, U.S. auto safety officials said they agreed with Musk's assessment that the fire was due to road debris, and said no official investigation was necessary — a fairly typical step given that NHTSA only investigates a fraction of the 180,000 vehicle fires in the United States every year.
So what to make of the second report of a Tesla Model S crashing and catching fire, in far different circumstances?
Unearthed by Axis of Oversteer, the crash happened Oct. 18 in Merida, a city in the northern Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. According to local news reports, the Tesla was speeding through a roundabout at 4 a.m. when it hit a raised pedestrian crossing and briefly took flight before crashing into a wall and tree. The driver and perhaps a couple of passengers quickly left the scene, leaving the Tesla to burn for several minutes before firefighters arrived. (Warning: if you understand Spanish, there's some rough language in the video below).

As the video shows, the Model S burns freely, and in doing so sends off a couple secondary explosions before firefighters arrive to douse the flames. The fire appears more intense than the one in Washington State earlier this month, although it does stay contained to the front of the vehicle, which comports with Musk's assertions that the firewalls in the Model S battery compartment underneath the car keep flames from spreading.
Tesla says it's been in touch with the driver who fled the scene, and he's ready to get behind the wheel again:
We were able to contact the driver quickly and are pleased that he is safe. This was a significant accident where the car was traveling at such a high speed that it smashed through a concrete wall and then hit a large tree, yet the driver walked away from the car with no permanent injury. He is appreciative of the safety and performance of the car and has asked if we can expedite delivery of his next Model S.
Given the reported severity of the crash, a fire would have been likely from a gas-powered vehicle, and the fact the driver was able to flee does speak to the Tesla's crashworthiness. But the Model S remains rare enough, and first responders' experience with lithium-ion battery fires limited enough, that it will take several more cases before such events lose their notoriety.

Political comprises make me the most uncomfortable that a solution has actually not been reached. For the last four and half years, compromises have been a delay or a cave for conservatives. Tolerance has been a bitter pill for one side and a disguise for the other.
Now, America, has reached the fork in the road of political, social and economic abyss. Neither Democratic nor Republican has the determination to stand back and review the unintended consequences of the spending, legislation, pejorative attitude to the constitution and social bigotry, while encouraging the opposite. Since the leadership of both parties has capitulated to business as usual, it is time to look for new leadership to represent the forgotten population who has been defrauded for over a decade or more.
Third parties have come and gone throughout the history of the United States. However, the most successful have rallied to causes that eventually defined America. The Republican Party was one such party that amalgamated for the abolition of slavery.
The Republican Party organized from discontented Whigs, Democrats and Free Soil faithful. The beginning of the movement was met with ridicule and misinformation. Southern Democrats were threatened by the notion to abolish their economic and social way of life, and the northern Democrats and Whigs had nobility like leadership that legislated compromises, such as the Nebraska Kansas act and the compromise of 1850, which did nothing but kick the can down road.
A civil war may not have been averted, but only one group actually stood for something and ran on a platform that looked at the future of America, not to keep their seats in Congress. The party platforms of the Whigs and the Democrats did not address the slavery problem that divided America. The Democrats won the White House and America cut itself perilously deeper. America was divided among social, economic and political trenches, much like America is divided today.
A radical approach to mending the divisions would come from such radicals as Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln ran for the Senate in Illinois in 1858. His Democratic opponent was Stephen Douglas, whom I would describe as a Washingtonian, with autocratic ideals and solutions. Lincoln lost to Douglas. Should have the Republican dream and platform, perceived to be radical be abandoned?
Lincoln ran again in 1860, for President and America realized that it had enough of Washington nobility and wanted a leader.
History does repeat itself.
In late October, 1980, I covered a John Anderson rally in North Carolina. He was an independent for President, running against an incumbent, Jimmy Carter and the Republican, Ronald Reagan. Anderson, like many of the third party movements in our history, had a vision of the day, instead a vision of tomorrow.
In our current political climate, we need a vision of tomorrow and an issue that can define a party, like the Republican of 1856.
Senator Ted Cruz (R Tex) had a host of disapproving critiques, including his own party. Our current nobility of Washington (which includes both parties) are bearish of challenges to authority and the Washingtonian way of life: of governing. Unlike many movements that preceded the Tea Party, there is a coherent, organized vision for the future and a predictable consequence while staying on the current path.
The Tea Party is more popular than the combatants will admit. Polls, cited by the talking heads on the media, refer to the low approval numbers for the Republican Party, but do not reveal the disapproval includes those within the party that would never support progressives from either party.
The filibuster by Senator Cruz was heralded by his critics as a waste of time. But was it? Leaders take the lead, despite what detractors try to portray. It would not be surprising to find that the Tea Party wing of the Republican Party would be viewed as the few that have the credibility and principles to lead.
Therefore, the solution is to forward the agenda that follows the thought of the founding fathers, Abe Lincoln, Calvin Coolidge and Ronald Reagan and reverse the trends of defeatism, dependency and deception and form a party of principle.
The separation between the United States and the rest of the world is the first ten amendments to the constitution. If those amendments are watered down, the framework of our laws, social and economic structure is also lost. That is why Obama care is so dangerous. That is why the National Security Agency (NSA) is so dangerous. That is why the abuses of the IRS are so dangerous. That is why the freedom of the Press is so important.
Did CGI Federal use White House Insider influence to secure failed Obamacare website contract?
Last Thursday, America was treated to an incredible dodge ball performance by Cheryl Campbell, senior vice president of the Canadian firm CGI Federal which handled website development. She became the latest in a line of private and public officials to not accept responsibility for the gigantic hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars to go down the sinkhole due to the Obamacare site failure. Her firm wrote the code for the website and appears largely responsible for its volcanic systemic. Now the president wants to waste more money yet, the question still remains how CGI Federal ever selected for building the website when it has a history of similar meltdown problems.
It appears that the White House, via Michelle Obama and her connection with former Princeton classmate Toni Townes-Whitley, a senior vice president at CGI Federal may have given her back door access to the apparent no-bid contract. The Daily Caller reported that the purported $678 million website contract went to the Canadian firm, perhaps due to Michelle Obama’s influence.
This deal cheated the nation out of hundreds of millions of dollars in the failed construction. President Obama has not taken the blame for the failure, which one has to has to wonder where are the subpoenas for the documentation of CGI’s other federal and state contracts and projects that the firm has ongoing in the United States. Shouldn’t a financial fiasco so vast warrant more than a casual nod by Obama for his signature legislation?
What is equally troubling is that according to the CGI senior vice president who testified before congress last week, the White House was kept abreast of the possibility that when the website switch was turned on, on October 1st, Millions of Americans would be locked out of it. According to her, the White House knew. So the age old question from Watergate days remains: “What did the president know and when did he know it?”

On Friday, according to Fox News, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is blaming congress for the problems of the website malfunction. This is in response mounting bipartisan calls in congress for her resignation over the website debacle. The nation and many Democrat senators are not taking the bait.
In fact there is mounting support among Democrats in the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives to put Obamacare on hold. Democrat senators, Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., Joe Manchin, D-W.Va, Mary Landrieu, D-La., and Kay Hagan, D-N.C., are moving for Obamacare to be delayed in full implementation, suggests Fox News.
Thanks to groups like “2 Million Bikers to DC,” “Truckers Ride for the Constitution,” & yes the “Tea Party;” Patriots are arising! The mainstream media does not like to report it but it our voice is getting so loud that we cannot be denied. The darkness of our day is giving birth to a new American Revolution. Sacrifices will be required; hard choices must be made, sides must be taken. It will require more than the bikers, the truckers, the Tea Party, & these other groups.
For too long, churches & pastors have remained silent. Many are afraid of losing their tax exempt status or afraid they might offend someone. It is time that we unite and stand together with one voice and shout loudly that we will not go gently into the dark night. We must prayerfully & powerfully take our stand together. We must stand for what is right. It is time for the “Church” to join the battle. I have spoken with many pastors who agree with me but are afraid of the repercussions if they take this stand. We must not stand in fear. In the first American Revolution many preachers & church leaders stood and fought alongside the farmers, politicians, & fellow patriots to win the freedom’s we have enjoyed. It is time we join our American brothers in this new revolution.
The statement, “Truth, Justice, & the American Way” was born in the Superman Comic Books but should be adopted as the theme of our movement. I call upon every PATRIOT to arise & make your voices heard. There will be a cost but we just might save America. I say; America is worth saving at any cost!

As you know Congressman Alan Grayson (D-Fl.), made a damning remark about our organization, comapring us to the KKK. Such language wouldn`t be tolerated if Grayson were, say a Republican, so why is it ok that he`s a liberal Democrat? There`s nothing racist about wanting limited government, lower taxes, & holding our officials (elected or otherwise), accountable to the oath they swore to uphold. Grayson must be censures or given the maximum punishment due an elected official who abuses the power that was given them.
ANTI TEA Party and anti Climate Change dissenter Newspapers? I heard The Dark Secret Place on KFI Los Angeles (FaceBook page) talking about the LA Times will not publish letters to the opinion page dissenting on human caused Climate Change. These writers could, if the letters section wanted to offer a forum, have a go at sharin g their rationale behind some things which bother this TEA Partier. I believe that Mr. Bouche gives too much credit to his “lazy thinkers” because there is an obvious lack of gathering and vetting information, and analyzing it. The TEA Party has been maligned and provoked but not reacted with the hoped for response projected upon it by the Left which has the 60s radicals revolutionaries deeply entrenched in it.
I need some clarification because this TEA Partier sees those who support the Progressive Agenda as wanting their team leaders to be a ruling class without checks and balances. That indicates to me that they believe that Madison was wrong when he wrote in the Federalist Papers that men are not angels and we need checks and balances or that laws should not be so long that no one reads or understands them. It does not sound like out of date thinking to me. I see in the Democrat voter of today as a confirmation of the validity of the information in KGB defector, Yuri Bezmenov’s 1985 interview.
The Republicans offered several bills which were refused by the Senate. One of those bills required Congress to be covered with Obama Care rather than be exempt from the law which they created. I am a TEA Partier at heart because I believe that a government with too much power is dangerous to personal liberty and a country which does not allow people to enjoy the fruits of their risk and their allocation of time and energy is doomed to join the Collectives throughout history. We see the Executive Branch modifying laws and choosing to enforce or not enforce laws, suing states which pass a law in order to do what the federal government obligated to do, but refuses to do and legally allying with a foreign country against a state in what, pre Obama administration, were the “United” States of America. Governance by fiat is far from our Constitutional Republic’s intended system.I would like to know from these writers:
1. What makes you comfortable supporting a Central Planner who is not accountable and changes the law after it is declared Constitutional because it "is a tax" (jammed through as a budget item using reconciliation because it had to be a budget item, not a tax to pass it using that strategy), but chosen companies and unions and Congress get an exemption from something which was promoted as a “right” and our enjoyment of that right is going to require 16,000 IRS enforcers? Sounds like 1984 Double Speak to me and makes me think that the TEA Party perception is accurate.
2. How do you reconcile the Left’s voter ID opposition because it disenfranchises people with the challenge those same people face with signing up for Obama Care which challenges high powered people? If they are one of the main groups used to justify this federal takeover of American health care, shouldn’t it be easier than obtaining a voter ID? There appears to me to be propaganda campaign to keep the lazy NON thinker in line.
3. How do you explain the huge increase in welfare and poverty during the Obama administration in spite of huge capital sitting ready if the risk-reward analysis warrants an investment? The suppression of full time employment is partially due to Obama Care which is detrimental to companies with over 50 employees. FDR’s treasury secretary testified that they had failed to make good on their promises and had a huge debt to boot. Our fellow Americans who want to work are being held back by the Central Planners hand around the throat of small business. There is a happy Big Business – DC alliance that is doing fine, but the little people are going wanting and the NOT lazy thinker sees that part time employees, people who gave up looking and people getting out of the work force early skews the numbers giving US a better than what is real picture with the numbers that are reported. FDR had to hand off to private enterprise and let the American private enterprise system show the capability of American free enterprise. Crony Capitalism which we have is a Collective suppressing US and the numbers confirm it.
This TEA Partier thinks that we had better get the American working class back active before we lose what we had when FDR made the wise decision to win the war by backing off the intellectuals maintaining restrictive controls and prolonging a bad economy.
