Perry L. Brock vs The United States began as an action under The Contract Disputes Act but the constitutional violations of a DCMA Commander, former USN Capt Joe Manna, and his subordinates against me by discrimination and First Amendment violations to spoliate my contract claims and prima facie evidence made the cause of action constitutional instead of contract.

The Court of Federal Claims judge, Judge Bush, agreed with DoJ attorneys that the federal district court was the proper court for my legal action. The judge abused judicial presumptions to dismiss my case in the USCFC when the DoJ submitted a false affidavit by one of Joe Manna's conspirators while holding prima facie evidence that proved the DoJ affidavit fraudulent.

The DoJ refused to waive or return summons in district court and the first filing in that court was dismissed by a judge that knew DoJ had received the summons and ignored it.

All of the judicial discretion and judicial immunity used to dismiss and prolong my constitutional cause of action is derived from Marbury vs Madison and judicial review.

This is a well documented pro se action and  DoJ has not denied liability because the evidence is solid but they thwart every move to bring it to court.

I ask for the Tea Party's help because the government is trying to starve the people out of justice by using implied authority against expressed provisions of The Constitution and their stall tactics have bankrupted me personally in the process.

The Manna conspirators used their positions in DCMA to withhold contract payments and pro se litigation became a necessity for financial reasons. I have held my own but need help to end this matter.

Any advice is appreciated and I can forward any and all court documents to responsible Tea Party officials for verification.

                I want to congratulate the majority for questioning the sense that some writings of the few are incitements of possible revolution in our country. I would like to ponder the subject of “Revolution”, and answer with insight and good discernment.

If you want it called revolution, then call it revolution. I call it taking back control of our rights to govern ourselves with responsibility and adhering to Christian values. Government has put their trust in themselves and the money they mass produce, and have forgot the one thing that has more value than printed paper bills, therefore we work for revolt or call for change.

                One other Christian Rule is Love God with your whole heart, mind and soul. This Christian value is to realize that we are not above the law, and there is a Greater Good that we all subject to be judged by. Our government has made themselves Supreme Deity, and this is dangerous as absolute power corrupts absolutely (for they are flawed). They have forgotten that they still are subject to the Greater Good also and choose to ignore this fact. What is the Greater Good if you don't believe in God? Well, the Greater Good is that voice or sense that your actions are justified, or wrong, and the fact that you would not want to treat anyone different than what you would want them to treat you. On our money, it says "In God We Trust", because there’s no other Perfect Deity than God or the Greater Good (Christian Values).

                Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. We the people, hold these true values to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator. The government no longer represents the Christian values of the people.  Our government is to be of the people, by the people, and for the people. Obama is not a natural citizen and not of the people. I also tend to wonder if those elected are actually voted in by the people or by the amount of money they spend in order to sway the mind of the weak. We should all agree that the government no longer works for the people for we are not treated with equality when special interest group with more lobbyists and money getting preferential treatment. It is self-evident that our government is broken and their value is the lust of money and no love for the "Greater Good".

So you can call this "Idea of Revolution" the wanting to fix the government which has become an imperfect god of the people, but the truth is that we are not revolting. The New York Times reported late last week that New York Sen. Chuck-U-Schumer is suggesting a “legislative maneuver known as a discharge petition, that would allow supporters of overhauling the nation’s immigration laws to circumvent the Republican majority in the House by bringing the measure directly to the house floor, bypassing the regular committee process.” Let's call this "maneuver" what it is -- a violation of the Constitution.

The Times continued, “Lawmakers and aides in both parties say that a discharge position, especially one coming from Mr. Schumer, whose views are strongly opposed by many House conservatives, is unlikely to succeed. Even if all House Democrats supported the measure, it would still require more than a dozen Republican signatures.”

Now I’m not certain that the House could do the same to the Senate – issue a discharge position – but I could guarantee Chuck Schumer would be one of the first to the microphone, crying like a stuck pig, saying how dare the House try to meddle in the affairs of the Senate or usurp the leadership’s authority, or some such nonsense.

“This scheme has zero chance of success,” the Times reported. “A clear majority in the House understands that the massive Senate-passed bill is deeply flawed,” said Michael Steel, a spokesman for Speaker John Boehner. “That’s why we will continue to work on a step-by-step, common sense reform.”

Quick tip: when a known dirt bag politician, or anyone affiliated with said dirt bag, mentions a “common sense” solution to anything – hide your wallet and put on your iron chastity belt.

The Times continued, “The Senate bill included a path for citizenship for 11 million undocumented immigrants already in the country, and House Republicans have largely dismissed it as amnesty. They preferred to take on the issue in a piecemeal approach through a series of narrower bills.”

Undocumented immigrant is so passé. I recently heard a new, even more ridiculous term for people who are in the United States illegally. On NPR, a Democrat strategist told the cheerleader interviewer that politicians should now be using the term “Aspiring Citizen” or “Aspiring American,” although it would more accurately be described as “Aspiring Democrat” or “Aspiring Full Entitlement Recipient.”

“Discharge Positions are difficult, but when they work, it’s because a clear majority of the body that supports a specific proposal, and in this case, that is true,” Chuck-U-Schumer said.

Despite facing mounting criticism from his conservative opponents, Attorney General Eric Holder shows no signs of curtailing his bitterly partisan agenda.

Most recently, he advocated for the reissuance of voting privileges to individuals – specifically minorities – who have previously been convicted of felonies. He is currently suing two U.S. states for taking appropriate measures in the fight against voter fraud, furthering public perception that he is anything but an impartial arbiter of the law.

While a recent New Yorker article seemed to hint at Holder’s intention to resign from his post in coming months, the Department of Justice shot down those rumors.

According to spokesperson Brian Fallon, Holder merely said that “he still has a lot he wants to accomplish on issues like criminal justice reform, voting rights, and LGBT equality.” His opinions on such issues are major factors in the conservative call to forcibly remove him from the position of attorney general.

For many critics, Holder’s insistence on giving convicted felons a vote was a breaking point in his already questionable tenure as the nation’s top law enforcement official. Hans von Spakovsky, for instance, is an active opponent of Holder’s platform. As a former official in the Justice Department, his opinion on this situation carries particular influence.

“All he talks about is the restoration of voting rights for felons,” he said. “What he fails to mention is the fact that you don’t just lose your right to vote. In most states, you lose your rights to own a gun, to sit on a jury, to engage in certain kinds of employment like being a police officer.”

Since Holder was not similarly preoccupied with restoring those rights, von Spakovsky continued, the implicit message is that “he is only interested in the potential votes.”

Nevertheless, he and other vocal critics are not overly optimistic that Holder will be stripped of his position any time soon.

“I doubt that the president would want him to leave,” he concluded, “because he has in many ways acted as a heat shield for the administration. I can’t imagine what kind of grilling a new nominee would have to take to come in.”

Those who doubt the validity of ( mostly conservative ) Knockout "Game" Attack concerns, should look closely at this latest criminal trend in besieged New Orleans. Attacking bicyclists with baseball bats for no apparent reason sums up just how profoundly unsafe this and other urban centers have become.

A fractured jaw and damaged teeth, not to mention psychological trauma, are the toll thus far.

This tells me just how targeted we, the law abiding of all colors, have become in cities with too few police and worse, too little personal responsibility.

This is not BS, this is not pseudoscience, this is not science fiction nor fringe extremism... No tin-foil hats are allowed... (You would quickly fry if you wore one).

This is straight-up science that has been around since 1903. Nikola Tesla first discovered this - and he destroyed all of his notes of the subject as he realized this had the potential to destroy our world...

To understand this, here is a primer:

Take a look at your kitchen microwave oven. Understand that it cooks your food with radio frequency (RF) energy.

The common kitchen microwave oven produces approximately 750 WATTS of RF energy to cook your food - and it does a fairly decent job of it!

Many have "over-cooked" their food on occasion and quickly discovered the oven can produce extreme temperatures if left cooking for extended periods..............

HAARP on the other hand produces TERRAWATTS of energy (that is a "1" with 12 zeros following it) and it cooks the Troposphere and Stratosphere to extreme temperatures - literally ionizing the electrons to plasma... It then reflects radio waves as if it were a solid barrier............. Since this is "heating", it also causes the atmosphere to expand at the point where it is "heated".

Simple high school chemistry/physics/science classes tell us that when you heat something it expands, when you cool something it contracts. Any car mechanic or welder can tell you this.

The Earth rotates on its axis. We have a "wobble" built into the rotation of our planet courtesy of GOD that gives us "seasons". Think of this like a spinning top that wobbles when it starts losing its imparted spin....

This is an over-simplification and there is no room here to explain all of the physics that goes into how our planet works (or why it keeps spinning without humans noticing the spin, the wobble or the fact it keeps spinning).... but it is easy to understand and prove from any high school science text.

The "polar vortex" is simply the atmosphere rotating at the poles of our planet - and if you could "see" the air itself, you would see a swirling mass rotating like a vortex (hence the moniker).

In normal circumstances, this "polar vortex" begins to dislodge (again an over-simplification) as the planet wobbles into what we call "winter".

Other causes for the polar vortex to dislodge are "Coronal Mass Ejections" (CME's) from our Sun that heat and displace the vortex. With sufficient energy, a CME can cause massive infrastructure damage, satellite damage - and massive Aurora displays sometimes reaching into the lower latitudes - visible by all.... Moreover, massive storms.

There is only one problem.

There have been NO CME's of the magnitude necessary to cause what we have seen the polar vortex actually DO.

Employing Occam's Razor, we understand that that the simplest explanation for something is the most likely explanation.

That being said; if there were no massive CME's to cause the polar vortex to displace as it has done - there must be some other force that caused these obvious disturbances to our atmosphere - an outside force.

Since we are aware HAARP exists and has been used by our government, and since we know simple physics, HAARP is the most likely culprit and cause of our extremely abnormal weather.

Hurricane Sandy was not "normal weather".

Our current weather and the extreme weather seen in Europe the past couple of years was not "normal weather".

Our "government" has been "experimenting" with the life support system of this planet and continues to do so in defiance of many noted Scientists around the world telling them they were playing with fire !!!

If you are curious and want to understand this, if you are a Licensed Pilot, register for FAA TFR's for Alaska and understand that when they fire HAARP a TFR is issued to keep aircraft out of the area (if might prove a bit difficult to explain why an aircraft suddenly, catastrophically incinerated, immediately killing all on-board at 30,000 ft)

A method to understand what the polar vortex looks like and how it is affected by outside forces can also be demonstrated by an over-simplified experiment anyone can do on their own safely.

Obtain a container with a flat bottom and interior width of at least two (2) feet. An old horse watering trough works fine (you will not be able to use it again for that purpose so salvage works best)

Drill a small hole in the center of it and plug it for now.

Fill the bottom with at least an inch of plain tap water.

Obtain some kitchen food coloring - the color choice is up to you, choose a color that can be easily seen based against the material the container is made of.

You might want to have a stabilized camera filming this so you can review it later and slow it down... this experiment acts much faster than the planet and our atmosphere act...

Once the water is in the container, have the food coloring ready - also have another container with plain tap water handy (pop bottle works fine) and this will be your "HAARP".

Pull the plug in the container and as the water evacuates out the small hole you drilled, add food coloring in tiny drops so you can see the swirling vortex as the water exists the container...

This is what the polar vortex SHOULD look like in normal circumstances...

Add drops of water in increasing amounts to this visible vortex and see how it disturbs the vortex...

Watch how, with increasing amounts of added drops, the vortex can be completely broken up and changed... into something very much like what we see in our polar vortex today.

Then understand that while HAARP began as a University experiment at very low power - it is now run by the US Air Force - and the "guards" are DOE Agents....... And the power levels they employ are tremendous (TERRAWATTS of energy).

Almost everything this administration does is hidden in plain view and only with knowledge can it be understood.

Educate yourselves and demand it be stopped!

Although I appreciate your speedy response to my letter, I am truly concerned about the contents of your letter regarding this extremely disturbing issue, which I found to be ludicrous because it insults my intelligence regarding the true meaning of “chemtrails” vs “contrails.”

These photos categorically portray the chemtrails being started and stopped at the will of the chemtrail aerosolization equipment operator. In other words, there is no room for debate here: Chemtrails are not contrails, and contrails are not chemtrails. The preceding photos ought to serve as irrefutable evidence for anyone who is confronted with the skepticism or disbelief from those who rarely look at the sky.

This Government-Run Chemtrail Conspiracy Has At Least Three Prongs

The first prong has been to knowingly disseminate false information about the multi-decade, government-coordinated, chemtrail program. Calling what are actually chemtrails contrails is a stratagem the government has used with great success for all of those decades. Except that now many are waking up to the truth and calling them on it whenever and wherever possible.

On those rare occasions where they trot out a willing dupe to purposefully misrepresent chemtrails as contrails, they often fall down on the job. Nevertheless, the government has so committed itself to this highly flawed strategy for so many years that they refuse to give it up. Their untenable approach is now beginning to work in the favor of those who are working to expose this relentless chemical assault against the populace.

The second prong of the government’s stratagem is to selectively spray uniquely formulated chemtrail aerosols in different areas, at different altitudes, during specific weather patterns, etc. For instance, we often see them heavily spray the skies one or two days before a predicted rainfall, thunderstorm, snowfall, hailstorm or any other type of precipitation event. This is without question the chemtrail program’s most predictable feature. When a major weather event is forecasted, the government’s chemtrail airliners are up there creating tic-tac-toe boards in the sky like at no other time.

This begs the following question:
What on earth are they putting in those chemtrail brews that they are so deliberate to rain upon the masses?
 After all, the heavy precipitation events particularly ensures that the many aerosolized chemicals end up on lakes and rivers, farmland and forests, homes and offices, roads and sidewalks, malls and shopping centers, cars and trucks, etc. Just in case the reader has any health concerns or medical conditions which might be caused, or exacerbated, by the toxic chemicals present in chemtrails, here is a real eye-opener:

Conclusion:

The US Federal Government has been deceiving the citizenry for many decades regarding the geo-engineering chemical assault known as chemtrails. Not only has the government continued down this road of deception, it has ramped up its many and varied initiatives to ensure that the chemtrail genie does not escape from the bottle. Once it does, they know that it cannot be put back into the bottle … and that there will be many unhappy people as a result.

For the untold millions who have been systematically sickened by the covert chemtrail program, they will have their day of revelation and justice. Those who directly participated in this chemical assault on the entire nation will likewise face the appropriate consequences. It is now only a matter of time that both this crime against humanity and the subsequent cover-up will be exposed.

1. The U.S. Constitution provides in Article II, Section 4, thus: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”.

2. The Constitution does not state what constitutes “High Crimes and Misdemeanors”. Nor can the Federal Judiciary do so since there is no right to appeal an impeachment to any of its courts. An impeachment is a political, not a judicial, decision, and so is the definition of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors”. At stake is not the impeached officer’s property, liberty, or life. Rather, We the People, the source of all political power, take back through our representatives in Congress the office that we gave the officer. Thus, whether the President commits an impeachable ‘High Crime or Misdemeanor’ when he lies to the People is a matter for the latter and their representatives to decide.

3. Had the Constitution provided for impeachment only for “High Crimes”, the conduct underlying the impeachment would have to attain a particularly conspicuous level of unacceptability to become a ‘High Crime’. But also “Misdemeanors” support an impeachment. Hence, the level of unacceptability of a certain conduct does not determine whether it is impeachable. Nor does it affect the punishment, for impeachment always leads to the officer being “removed from Office”.

4. An impeachment is in the nature of a recall, that is, the procedure under the federal Constitution for effectuating the principle, “the People giveth, and the People taketh away”. They are the masters in government of, by, and for them. Officers are public servants and as such are answerable to their masters, the People, who can impeach them.

5. Therefore, the impeachability of an officer who lies must be determined in light of:

a.         the circumstances evidencing that he knew that his statement was counterfactual so that his making it anyway was deceptive, a lie, and as a result, a betrayal of public trust on which his forfeiture of public office can be predicated;

b.         the motive for lying, and

c.         the consequences of the lie, even if unintended, for an officer who due to incompetence cannot foresee the consequences of his lie is also impeachable.

    A.      The circumstances evidencing knowledge of a counterfactual statement

6. Let’s make such determination concerning President Obama’s vouching to the American public for the honesty of his first nominee to the Supreme Court, Then-Judge Sotomayor(*>http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL/DrRCordero-Honest_Jud_Advocates.pdf >jur:65§1). The circumstances evidencing his knowledge that his statement was counterfactual are these:

a.         The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Politico[^107a] had suspected her of concealing assets. Concealment of assets is a crime[^ol:5fn10] committed to evade taxes or launder money of its illegal source and bring it back with the appearance of being lawful so as to invest it openly without the risk of self-incrimination attached to investing dirty, unlawfully obtained money.

b.         The FBI must have investigated such suspicion of concealment of asset, for it could have derailed J. Sotomayor’s confirmation. Using its subpoena and search and seizure power, it must have compelled production of, and obtained, documents that even those three major news entities could not obtain employing only the means of lawful investigative journalism. Had the FBI found a satisfactory explanation that dispelled the suspicion, it would have given it to the President, who would have made it public to put the issue to rest and spare himself a major embarrassment, much worse than that experienced by P. Bush when Harriet Miers withdrew her name under criticism that she lacked the qualifications needed to be a justice.

          No such explanation was ever publicized. Far from it, these news entities dropped the issue inexplicably and simultaneously. Yet, each could have reasonably expected to win a Pulitzer Prize had it found the concealed assets of J. Sotomayor or led her or the President to withdraw her name, or even caused her to resign as a circuit judge, never mind be indicted for concealing assets. Was there a quid pro quo between the President and those entities?(jur:xlviii)

c.         J. Sotomayor filed “complete” financial statements with the Senate Committee on the Judiciary in response to its two judicial nomination questionnaires and questions in letters. The Committee posted them on its website[^107b]. To avoid embarrassing surprise(cf. jur:93¶211), the FBI must have done its due diligence by checking them against the statements that she had submitted to the President while he was considering candidates for his nomination. It would have been cause for grave concern if she had submitted inconsistent statements. After tabulating the figures in the statements filed with the Senate, they lead to this conclusion:

Judge Sotomayor earned $3,773,824 since 1988 + received $381,775 in loans = $4,155,599 + her 1976-1987 earnings, yet disclosed assets worth only $543,903 thus leaving unaccounted for in her answers to the Senate Judiciary Committee $3,611,696 - taxes and the cost of her reportedly modest living[^107c.i]

7. President Obama’s lie can be established or dispelled by circumstantial evidence, and also objectively, e.g., by his agreeing to release unredacted all the FBI vetting reports on J. Sotomayor.

     B.      The motive for lying

8.   The motive of the President to lie about J. Sotomayor’s honesty was to curry favor with those who were petitioning him to replace Retiring Justice Souter with a woman and the first Latina, and from whom he expected in return their support to pass through Congress the Obamacare bill. That was the central piece of his legislative agenda, the one in which he had a personal interest because its continued validity by the Supreme Court upholding its constitutionality would make him go down in history as the president who managed to pass universal health care while many others had failed trying to do so.

    C.      The consequences of lying

9.   The consequences of the President’s lying by vouching for J. Sotomayor’s honesty are substantially harmful and lasting. With respect to those who supported her confirmation for the Supreme Court, it constituted fraud in the inducement, for he told them a lie to induce them to support the confirmation of a person whom on his word they took for honest.

10. With respect to those petitioning for another women and the first Latina, it constituted fraud in the performance, for they could reasonably expect that out of a population of over 300 million people and the pool drawn from it of women and Latinas qualified to be justices, he would choose one who was also honest and would not disappoint and embarrass them by being exposed later on as dishonest.

11. The president heads the Executive Branch. His duty is to execute the bills of Congress enacted into law. His execution of Congress’s acts through his enforcement of the law is his function; it is not optional with him. His office carries neither discretionary power to enforce the law nor the power to exempt at will anybody from its enforcement. The president must enforce the law on everybody equally, as provided by law, including tax, financial, and criminal laws.

12. By failing to enforce those laws on J. Sotomayor, President Obama committed dereliction of duty. By so failing, he also compounded the crime because he knew of her concealment of assets, and should have known if instead of looking with willful blindness at NYT, WP, and Politico’s suspicion that she had concealed assets, and looking away with willful ignorance(jur:90§§b-c), he had diligently performed his duty to vet her properly.

13. Since Obamacare had not been passed by Congress yet, the President could not possibly have nominated J. Sotomayor for a justiceship because she happened to agree with its provisions, for nobody knew what the bill would look like in its final form, that is, if it were ever passed. Moreover, the Democrats have been criticized for having rushed Obamacare through Congress with almost no debate so that the members had barely any opportunity to read it. The fact that the bill ran well in excess of 1,000 pages made it all the more difficult for anybody to read it in its entirety Thus, it is reasonable to assume that she had not read it either.

14. By the President not enforcing the law on J. Sotomayor upon an explicit or implicit agreement that in exchange for nominating her to the Supreme Court she would support the constitutionality of Obamacare when, as expected, it came before the Court for review, he committed bribery. In that unlawful swap of benefits, the President abused his power of nomination to turn his nomination of her into the benefit that he gave. In exchange, he obtained the benefit of an agreement to prejudge Obamacare to be constitutional, whereby he intended to deprive the challenging party of its right to its day in court before a fair and impartial judge; and intended to obstruct justice. Since J. Sotomayor was a public officer, the President committed an act of corruption of a public officer.

15. To vouch for J. Sotomayor’s honesty, President Obama covered up her concealment of assets. Since that is a crime, id. >he became an accessory after the fact for the crime already committed. He also became an accessory before the fact for the crime that he knew she would continue to commit, for J. Sotomayor could not thereafter declare her concealed assets without her sudden and unexplainable possession of such assets incriminating her. Therefore, relative to her continuing crime of keeping assets concealed, the President incurs continuing accessorial liability.

16. Assets are concealed to evade taxes and launder money of their unlawful origin. When the President lied to cover up J. Sotomayor’s concealment of assets, he abetted and continues to abet her evasion of taxes, which are collected for the common good. So he inflicted a financial injury in fact on the people and still inflicts a continuing financial injury in fact. By allowing her to engage in money laundering, he facilitated and continues to facilitate financial corruption.

17. A judge who breaks the law shows contempt for it and those whose interests it intends to protect. She cannot reasonably be expected to respect the law enough to apply it fairly and impartially. In fact, due to practical considerations, she cannot because a yet to be exposed law-breaking judge is impaired by a conflict of interests: She has a duty to apply the law, but her application of it can lead to investigations and the incrimination of third parties. They can expose her law-breaking and cause those parties to enter into a plea bargain whereby in exchange for leniency they provide information or testimony exposing the judge’s law-breaking.

18. The risk of exposure undermines her resolve to apply the law and renders her vulnerable to, and extortionable by, third parties. She owes a debt of survival to those who did not, or have agreed explicitly or implicitly not to, expose her. Her mutually dependent survival, assured through coordination(88§a) becomes her first concern; doing justice is downgraded to only a request of litigants. Her unfitness to discharge the duties of her office is foreseeable. Such foreseeability makes applicable the principle that a person is deemed to intend the reasonable consequences of his acts.

19. By the President nominating for a justiceship J. Sotomayor, whom he knew to be breaking the law by concealing assets, and by causing senators to shepherd her confirmation through Congress(78§6), he exercised power irresponsibly since he exercised power irresponsibly since he intentionally caused a person known to him to be unfit for office to be vested with it. He also intentionally and knowingly undermined the institutional integrity of the Supreme Court, the Federal Judiciary, and the process of judicial confirmation.

20. By so doing, the President has intentionally and knowingly inflicted on the American people the dishonest service of J. Sotomayor. For her next 30 years or so on the Supreme Court, just as she helps shape the law of the land that she will hold others to obey, she will continue to break it and harm others so as to resolve her conflict of interests in favor of her survival(jur:xxxv), her peers(jur:71§4), and those who can expose a source(jur:66§§2-3) of assets to conceal and the whereabouts of her concealed assets.

    D.      Action that the readers, journalists, and We the People can take

21. The readers of this article may share it with journalists and the rest of the national public. Informed of its considerations at the start of the mid-term election campaign, the public may demand that all candidates and politicians ask the President to release unredacted all the FBI vetting reports on Justice Sotomayor. If they raise concerns about her asset-concealing or other law-breaking, then he had at least circumstantial evidence requiring that he not vouch for her honesty because to do so was counterfactual and knowingly deceptive: a lie. Given his motive for, and the consequences of, lying, We the People and our current and would-be representatives can determine whether his lie constitutes an impeachable ‘High Crime or Misdemeanor’.

22. Journalists can pursue an investigation(ol:66) guided by a proven devastating query(jur:4¶¶10-14) that can dominate the campaign: What did the President know[^23b] about J. Sotomayor’s concealment of assets and when did he know it?(ol:54)

The original GAR ended in 1956.  The GAR initially grew and prospered as a de facto political arm of the Republican Party during the heated political contests of the Reconstruction era. The commemoration of Union veterans, black and white, immediately became entwined with partisan politics. The GAR promoted voting rights for black veterans, as many veterans recognized their demonstrated patriotism. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Army_of_the_Republic).  The American Civil War ended over 150 years ago.  We, the Tea Party are battling against the Progressives who want to re-enslave our nation regardless of Race, Creed or Culture.  Resurrect the Grand Army of the Republic as an arm of the Tea Party Movement.  My ancestors were Union Soldiers out of New York just as others who stood with General George Washington during the American Revolution fighting the Rebellion against Free People.

I think there are generations of men and women who had ancestors who fought and died during the American Civil War.  Today we aren't flinging shot and shell at each other.  But we stand out and show America that Patriotism is alive and we will not allow Progressives to Tread on our Freedoms.  Give them yet another party to worry about and resurrect the Grand Army of the Republic 2014.

The first step to getting out of a hole is to stop digging. Yet, all too often, the reaction is to just the opposite. This is particularly the case with industries that have made a business model out of enlisting the government to pad their profits.  The New York Times recently reported on the legal fight between Pandora and The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), one of the two licensing entities that essentially control music publishing. 

The lawsuit highlights the wreckage caused by government intervention replacing market forces and involves things like Department of Justice consent decrees, mandated payments, and mandates for the use of other people’s property. In other words, its a total statist mess.  

One might think that this lawsuit and many others just like it would be a sign for the industry to move towards a far less complex and far more profitable market-based system. Not so much. 

Already in a government created hole, the industry’s apparent solution is to dig harder, deeper and faster. Rather than innovate, the recording industry makes ready use of lawsuits to try to maintain an outdated business model. In a rapidly changing world, sometimes that isn’t enough. So when lawsuits are ineffective, they turn to their lobbyists and seek even more government intervention to protect them from competition and advances in technology.  

One of the industry’s greatest desires is to put the Internet genie back in the bottle. Since they can’t do that, their solution is to use the government to censor it. In 2012, an industry backed bill called the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) was defeated in Congress thanks to an uprising among tech giants and advocates. The bill would have granted government the power to unilaterally shut down websites, without due process, based exclusively on industry complaints of copyright infringement.  There have been one million such complaints filed against Google alone.  Despite its failure in Congress, this issue remains very much alive with the industry and Obama administration continuing to push it. 

Another long time goal of the industry is performance royalties for songs played on the radio. Artists have benefitted from airplay on radio stations since radio first became widespread. In exchange for allowing radio stations to play their records, artists received millions in free advertising that sells records, concert tickets and other merchandise. Now the industry wants radio stations to pay artists for playing their songs. Such performance royalties would be fine as a voluntary free market exchange. That’s not how the industry envisions it. 

Their plan is laid out in legislation ironically known as the Free Market Royalty Act (FMRA) recently introduced into Congress. This bill goes even one step further than government intervention and actually seeks to make the industry itself a pseudo-government agency. The bill not only mandates that radio stations pay performers for their songs but grants a government enforced monopoly to an organization run by a handful of record industry executives with the power to set prices. Once these few executives have set a price, independent negotiations would be outlawed.  

The collision between the market and policies like FMRA and SOPA would have far reaching and complicated consequences for the market place and indeed the industry itself. Such crony government contrived systems are always doomed to fail in the long run. Eventually the hole just gets too deep and swallows up those doing the digging.

The raging, twenty-four-seven political debates that virtually consume social media, many news sites, and entire cable stations is mostly filled with cheap shots, one-liners, bumper sticker slogans, and the same tired, half-truth arguments.

The endless, partisan maneuvering and jockeying for power among the political parties and branches of government often completely masks the fact that the culture and policy wars are not just clashes between squabbling political parties, but often are really basic conflicts between fundamentally different belief systems, world views, and ideological viewpoints. But that is increasingly lost in the world of thirty second sound bites, character assassination, talking heads, opponent bashing and pundit sloganeering as well as in the blaring informational and sensory overload the average American is subjected to on a daily basis.

It is also frustrating that political and ideological labels are thrown so haphazardly around with wild abandon. Neo-Marxists call themselves progressives. Liberals call themselves moderates. Libertarians and Objectivists routinely cloak themselves in the conservative label. And let us not even begin to dwell on the various names they call each other. Rarely does the general populace know, or even care, what anyone actually stands for and believes in. Let alone why.

Ideological instruction for the average person is woefully pathetic, inadequate, or almost completely absent. High School instruction is normally incredibly simplistic and often inaccurate, while college instruction is nearly universally biased beyond any hope of redemption. And the media just adds another layer of confusion and misinformation onto the entire situation. Is it any surprise then that a great number of our fellow citizens have only the foggiest concept of the various belief systems at play and a distorted understanding, at best, of the competing world views and agendas that affect their lives on a daily basis?

To help clear the air just a little I have taken the liberty of compiling what I believe are, and should be, the core principles of the American conservative movement. This list is in no way exhaustive and is designed to be a simple, but effective, articulation of what true conservatives agree are the core beliefs of their chosen ideology. If you veer too far from the principles below you are probably, in reality, not a conservative but a member of one of the many other political philosophies that exist to one degree or another in the body politic.

I would like to hear your comments on the list I have put together below as well as any additions or subtractions you would make to it. I have attempted to boil down what can be, and often are, complex concepts to their most easily understood and basic elements while still getting the point across in an effective manner.  While these may seem like fairly common sense policies and reasonable ideals to many, the various isms of the Left oppose nearly all of them both in theory and in practice.

Never in the history of the USA has anyone seen — and experienced — such a pervasive and ongoing chemical assault on the citizenry in broad daylight. Especially an assault that goes unseen and, therefore, unreported by the great majority of people who live under chemtrailed skies. These folks are by and large completely unaware that their skies are literally being saturated, sometimes 24/7, with chemtrail chemicals.

How is it that these chemicals being spewed by airliners, which are equipped to lay down such aerosolized chemical cocktails, go undetected by so many?

That is truly the $64,000 question?

And, there can be only one answer. The Federal Government has willfully engaged in a premeditated conspiracy to deceive the public. This conspiracy to both deceive and spray chemicals anywhere the government wishes has been going on for decades. Yet they continue to assert that the chemtrails which many of us have witnessed and experienced are actually contrails.

What follows are a few photos, which clearly show how the equipment which produces these aerosols, can start and stop the spraying process. Upon seeing these many chemtrails being laid down in real time, it is obvious to anyone who can see that they are in fact chemtrails … and positively not contrails. Contrails are the normal vapor trails which are left in the wake of a sky borne jet airliner. They appear at the very rear being ejected as the exhaust from the jet airliners, and dissipate quite quickly depending on the ambient atmospheric temperature, pressure and humidity at the time.

These photos categorically portray the chemtrails being started and stopped at the will of the chemtrail aerosolization equipment operator. In other words, there is no room for debate here: Chemtrails are not contrails, and contrails are not chemtrails. The preceding photos ought to serve as irrefutable evidence for anyone who is confronted with the skepticism or disbelief from those who rarely look at the sky.

This Government-Run Chemtrail Conspiracy Has At Least Three Prongs

The first prong has been to knowingly disseminate false information about the multi-decade, government-coordinated, chemtrail program. Calling what are actually chemtrails contrails is a stratagem the government has used with great success for all of those decades. Except that now many are waking up to the truth and calling them on it whenever and wherever possible.

On those rare occasions where they trot out a willing dupe to purposefully misrepresent chemtrails as contrails, they often fall down on the job. Nevertheless, the government has so committed itself to this highly flawed strategy for so many years that they refuse to give it up. Their untenable approach is now beginning to work in the favor of those who are working to expose this relentless chemical assault against the populace.

The second prong of the government’s stratagem is to selectively spray uniquely formulated chemtrail aerosols in different areas, at different altitudes, during specific weather patterns, etc. For instance, we often see them heavily spray the skies one or two days before a predicted rainfall, thunderstorm, snowfall, hailstorm or any other type of precipitation event. This is without question the chemtrail program’s most predictable feature. When a major weather event is forecasted, the government’s chemtrail airliners are up there creating tic-tac-toe boards in the sky like at no other time.

This begs the following question:
What on earth are they putting in those chemtrail brews that they are so deliberate to rain upon the masses?
 After all, the heavy precipitation events particularly ensures that the many aerosolized chemicals end up on lakes and rivers, farmland and forests, homes and offices, roads and sidewalks, malls and shopping centers, cars and trucks, etc. Just in case the reader has any health concerns or medical conditions which might be caused, or exacerbated, by the toxic chemicals present in chemtrails, here is a real eye-opener:

The third prong of this ubiquitous and unrelenting government chemtrail conspiracy is weather modification.

Conclusion:

The US Federal Government has been deceiving the citizenry for many decades regarding the geo-engineering chemical assault known as chemtrails. Not only has the government continued down this road of deception, it has ramped up its many and varied initiatives to ensure that the chemtrail genie does not escape from the bottle. Once it does, they know that it cannot be put back into the bottle … and that there will be many unhappy people as a result.

For the untold millions who have been systematically sickened by the covert chemtrail program, they will have their day of revelation and justice. Those who directly participated in this chemical assault on the entire nation will likewise face the appropriate consequences. It is now only a matter of time that both this crime against humanity and the subsequent cover-up will be exposed.

May those who are responsible for this crime against humanity be forewarned! The people of the world don’t like having their sunny days taken from them. Neither do they like being sprayed from on high with toxic and dangerous chemicals.

There will be those among the scientific establishment who will even attempt to explain away the chemtrail photos above as contrails.  These folks are either intellectually challenged to the extreme.  Or, they are paid shills in the employ of the various organs of government propaganda.

On Saturday, a Jacksonville, FL jury found Michael Dunn guilty of three counts of attempted second degree murder & a count of firing into an occupied car, in the death of Jordan Davis, after a dispute over loud music from he and his companions vehicle.

Lurking not too far beneath the surface ( for some ) was whether a White man could be punished for killing a young Black man under a thin set of  circumstances to say the least!

The " Every White Man Is Out To Kill Blacks! " constituency won't be pleased with anything less than summary execution, but they're a notoriously hard crowd to please.

More moderate observers won't be too pleased either and will ask why first degree murder wasn't the jury's conclusion? The declared mistrial on this count is this is sure to be hotly debated for some time to come. The US Justice Department may want to put its hotline operators on overtime because a lot of calls will likely be inbound. 

I wonder whether the flames of this tragedy will be fanned into another racially divisive media conflagration ala' the Trayvon Martin case? One element of the Dunn case I pondered was how these episodes of lethal, random violence barely rate 30 seconds on air or much print space when assailant and victim are both Black.

While carnivorous daily homicide & violence shouldn't take a back seat to occasional outside assailants, American Blacks should ask would so much attention have been paid were the defendant Black?

While this phase of the case is a done deal, the larger issue of our daily attrition rate still demands center stage.  

On a related note, as a citizen on patrol in high crime areas for 20 years, I know being a private citizen using deadly force can easily lead to imprisonment.

Regardless of your color, you'd better make sure your actions exceed the letter of the law, with ample evidence to support you.
