Hotels that couldn't rent their rooms are getting hundreds of dollars a room for otherwise bankrupt operations... millions are being paid for transporting, temporary housing, feeding, clothing, medical needs, etc. Billions of US taxpayer dollars are feeding the corrupt engaged in profiteering from the illegal alien problem.

they are drop center ID's (illegal alien child brought into the US assumes the ID of another children. that ID is used over and over)
they have multiple ID's so the parents can collect more welfare & benefits
they are tribal. The larger the tribe (Hawaiian in this case) the more the tribe is allotted by the Fed for tribal resources
they have social security numbers which can be sold and resold
they can receive disability benefits paid to the parents so, 'child sharing' is used so many families receive disability benefits paid to them on the same child
don't forget the EARNED INCOME CREDIT... in the thousands for those with low incomes and DEPENDENT CHILDREN... need a social secuirty number they can be purchased for under 100 dollars.
