Those forbidden appliances are in addition to gas stoves, gas water heaters, gas furnaces and gas barbeques.

Who would have thought those evil appliances were lurking in your kitchen and laundry ready to destroy and kill at any moment!?

Those wise intellectuals with their deep knowledge and compassionate hearts, looking out for the welfare of the poor sheeple they are protecting have proclaimed things must change and change now! (for the greater good)

Get this. Critics claim, the latest climate action by the Biden administration targets washers and refrigerators: "Too many rules on steroids." "There's a big chance of making things worse than they are."

Friday, the Biden administration proposed new rules to make clothes washers and refrigerators use less energy. They said this would save people money and "significantly reduce pollution."

The Department of Energy (DOE) said if the two rules are approved, they would go into effect in 2027 and cut carbon dioxide emissions by 233 million metric tons over the next 30 years. The agency also thought the energy-efficiency standards  would take some appliance models off the market would save $3.5 billion a year.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said in a statement, "With today's proposals, we're building on a decades-long effort with our industry partners to make sure tomorrow’s appliances work better and save Americans money."

"Over the last forty years, at the direction of Congress, DOE has worked to encourage innovation, give consumers more choices, and raise efficiency standards for home appliances without sacrificing the reliability and performance Americans have come to expect," she said.

On January 23, Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm spoke at a news briefing at the White House. According to the announcement, the regulations will affect the washers and refrigerators use 5% of annual residential energy use and 8% of residential electricity use across the country.

The new standards for the two home appliances are the latest step the Biden administration has taken to save energy since it took office two years ago. More than 110 actions were taken by the government on appliances in 2022 alone.

On his first day in office in January 2021, President Biden signed an order told the Department of Energy to make "major changes" to the rules for regulating appliances were set by the Trump administration and the rules were in place when Biden took office. A month later, the agency made a list of more than a dozen energy efficiency rules it would review. These rules affect things like water heaters, cooking products, and lamps.

Ben Lieberman, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, told Fox News Digital in an interview, "This is overregulation on steroids." "These appliances have already been through multiple rounds of standards get tighter each time."

He said, "There's just not much there, there, anymore." "There's a big chance  buying appliances like refrigerators or washers  cost more up front than you'll ever save on energy and water use will do more harm than good."

Lieberman also said these rules were part of the "war on energy use" by the Biden administration.

"The fact climate is being used as a kind of thumb on the scale in favor of stricter standards makes me even more suspicious  this will be a bad deal for consumers," he said.

"Whether or not these rules are in place, anyone who wants to can buy appliances use as little energy as possible. Because of the rules, are the only thing can be done, and it usually costs more, which may or may not be made up over the life of the appliance."

In conclusion, there will come a day when stripping one’s home from all appliances will not be enough to satisfy the demands the Global Climate Cabal so the last resort will have to happen. The enlightened progressive elders will unanimously decide the real problem with global climate change can only be fixed by the reduction of humans. They will throw their hands up and declare, “we removed all sources of heating, cooking and transpiration, but with heavy hearts we must ask millions to sacrifice their lives to save Mother Earth”.

It will be at this point millions enlightened Libtards will step forward and appoint all conservatives to be America’s sacrifice (for the greater good of course) thereby saving Mother Earth!
