• 99.7% of all enterprises with paid employees
• 31 million US small enterprises
• 81%, or 25.7 million, are run and operated by a single person.

Let’s restate this once again and let it sink in!

Small businesses created 65.1% of net new jobs and 99.7% of enterprises with paid employees are small businesses, according to the Small Business Administration (SBA). 31 million US small enterprises. 81%, or 25.7 million, are run and operated by a single person. GOT IT!

Small business is the backbone of America and now Biden wants to shake them down, and many of them are still recovering from the year plus Covid shutdown of 2020 and beyond!

Thursday's announcement by President Joe Biden raised the corporation tax rate from 21% to 28%, a whopping 7% on top of State taxes and personal taxes! OMG! This strategy will damage big and small businesses.

Corporations conjure images of Microsoft, Walmart, and McDonald's. C-corporations, the most frequent type of corporation, are small and large. C-corporations pay corporate and personal taxes on profits (double taxation).

Biden proposed a seven-point corporate income tax increase in Philadelphia on Thursday.

"The Budget would set the corporation tax rate at 28 percent," the proposal states.

Biden didn't clarify if his idea would only affect wealthy corporations can evade taxes. But he was willing to discuss the budget with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

"I'm ready to meet with the speaker any time," Biden said when introducing the $6.9 trillion budget.

"My budget shows how we can help hardworking Americans." (…. How?)

House Republicans are rejecting corporate tax increases despite Biden's enthusiasm.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), "When I think about our fiscal challenges, I think about the hardworking families, farmers, and small business owners in my area," she stated. "When challenges arise, they open their books and look for common sense ways to save money to expand for future generations."

Democrats worry about boosting taxes in an election year. Taxing 31 million small enterprises would likely affect their ability to stay in office and could, very well force the Democrats to lose power. One thing the Dems are addicted to.

Democratic reelection candidates Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jon Tester (D-MT), and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) are genuinely concerned. (…and they should be)

"I don't know what he's going to raise taxes on, and this is really important," Tester said of Biden's tax pledge last week.

"We'll investigate tax fairness.  

In conclusion.

• In 2022 Taxpayers Earned: $4.90 trillion dollars.
• In 2022 National Budget:    $6.27 trillion dollars.

                                                < $ 1.35 Trillion Dollar short fall>

Even if there would be a 100% tax on all income earned by hard working taxpayers Washington would still be underwater by <$ 1.35 trillion dollars short!> OMG!

….and this doesn’t include the State taxes OR whatever sales tax the taxpayer must pay or miscellaneous taxes like property tax or tax penalties levied on those who can’t pay their taxes!

Now Biden wants to squeeze the last drop of blood out of small businesses! OMG!!

One last question.

Question: Who is going to collect all these new taxes?

Answer: 87,000 new armed IRS agents and the existing armed IRS agents!

p.s. Just in: Biden’s budget also asks for $4 billion for the Department of State so it can keep funding the foreign migrants travel from around the world into Latin America and then up to the border.
