Why is the media giving scant attention to attacks on electric substations?

Five electric substations in the Pacific Northwest were broken into in November.

In Cowlitz County, Washington, two substations were broken into in the middle of November. On Thanksgiving morning, someone broke into a substation in Clackamas County, Oregon. Later in the month, two more were broken into in the Puget Sound area.

The U.S. definitely has a weak spot when it comes to electric substations.

There needs to be more security, but it's almost impossible to protect every place in the same way. As maddening as it is to think someone or some group would do something to hurt innocent American families on purpose, the memo Homeland Security put out on November 30th is sickening in the way it is biased and full of lies.

The "warning" said the United States is still facing a high level of danger. Solo criminals and small groups with different ideologies and/or personal grievances continue to be a serious and deadly threat to the Homeland. Terrorist groups from the United States and other countries continue to be visible online in an effort to get their supporters to carry out attacks in the United States. Threat actors have recently turned to violence, citing things like reactions to current events and adherence to violent extremist ideologies.

In the next few months, threat actors could use a number of upcoming events to justify or carry out acts of violence. These events include certifications related to the midterm elections, the holiday season and the large gatherings come with it, the two-year anniversary of the breach of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, and possible sociopolitical developments related to ideological beliefs or personal hostility. Public gatherings, religious institutions, the LGBTQI+ community, schools, racial and religious minorities, government buildings and employees, U.S. critical infrastructure, the media, and people who people think have different ideas from them could all be targets of violence.

So, the people on the left who burn down cities in protest, steal from stores, tear down statues, kill unborn children, hate religion, and attack anyone or anything which doesn't agree with them aren't suspects. No, Homeland Security says this type of behavior is more likely to come from people on the right who are more conservative, why do they say this, and where is their proof?

Four more substations were attacked on Christmas Day, leaving 17,000 people without power.

The media should be all over this hypocrisy and point out the obvious political bias and divisive and accusatory undertones. Instead, the media runs with it like a fast dog, trying to unfairly blame those on the right.

At the beginning of December, two power plants in North Carolina were attacked. This cut power to 45,000 people for five days. When these attacks happened, it was almost freezing outside, so businesses and schools had to close, and traffic control systems were also affected.

Damage was done to these facilities by gunfire, and Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields said whoever planned the attacks "knew exactly what they were doing to cause the damage and outage they did."

Then, on Christmas, four more substations were attacked, cutting power to 17,000 people. Two of the attacks took place in Tacoma and the other two took place in Puget Sound.

But why isn’t it Antifa whose attacks bring terror and destabilization be added as possible suspects?

Disorientation, destabilization, and disruption are the objective of attacks on key infrastructure points.  If the population feels vulnerable, then they will call on government to protect them and thus police power will grow to the point the citizen must depend on the government for everything including their mental wellbeing.

A family in a cold, dark house will become either more dependent on the government or self-reliant. Many are betting on government dependence.
