Justg a thought, this may be the responsibility of state governments. The program is federally funded, but it is my understanding that the states determine the ones who make the grants to the recipients. If that is the case, can anyone see the blue states cleaning up their records. But if SNAP benefits are being issued to dead people; who exactly is using those cards? Those people have to know they are cheating. Should they also be prosecuted?
Yup! I'm sure if Trump fires all those who are responisible for this SNAP fraud there would be no program left! This is the result of decades of Dem fraud!

If the 29 Red States have 186,000 illegitimate claims for SNAP, I am sure that once the Blue State data is reviewed the total will be at least 1.5 million. Yet another reason to rid ourselves of SNAP and all other welfare programs admnistered by the states and funded by Federal Taxpayers. If we are really concerned about feeding the poor and needy, then the Federal Government needs to get completely out of welfare and let the states, not only administer these programs, but also FUND these programs with State Taxpayer money. This way the Blue States won't be getting subsidized by the rest of the nation and since each state will have to pay its own welfare bills, the State Taxpayers will make sure that bill is as small as possible. Finally, I can find no reference in the US Constitution giving the Federal Government the authority to have these welfare programs and don't give me that old Demoncrat Line about providing "for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States." The original intent was that the US Federal Government was responsible to protect the American people from being hurt economically through over-regulation and foreign trade.
And against all enemies foreign and domestic... Seems like self professed islamist communists being elected to public office by brainwashed dupes, stooges, foreign invaders, and useful woke idiots in THIS country would fall under at least one of those categories.
Otherwise, we have certainly squandered a lot of blood and treasure across the last several generations keeping the evil blood thirsty cancer of islamism and communism OUT of this country.
