Enacting legislation that identifies all drones effectively seizes control of the airways from We the People and establishes complete authority over everything that flies. 

With the government being in total control, they could ground anyone—including children using toys that fly.

Satellites orbiting the earth from more than 500 miles high, using A.I. surveillance technology, can identify tiny circuit boards and their configurations. Therefore, for low-flying drones looking for circuit boards designed to control drones, it is not only feasible but most likely!

This regulation requires most drones operating in U.S. airspace to broadcast identification and location information during flight. The aim is to enhance airspace safety and security by enabling the FAA, law enforcement, and other agencies to identify and monitor drone operations.

Key Requirements of the Remote ID Rule:

Application: The rule pertains to drones that necessitate FAA registration, encompassing both recreational and commercial usage. Drones weighing less than 0.55 pounds (250 grams) flown exclusively for recreational purposes are generally exempt. (too small to carry a destructive payload) 

Compliance 

1. Standard Remote ID Drones: Drones with built-in capability to broadcast identification and location information.

2. Remote ID Broadcast Modules: Drones equipped with an external device that broadcasts the required information.

3. FAA-Recognized Identification Areas (FRIAs): Drones operated within designated areas established by community-based organizations and educational institutions, where Remote ID is not required.

Information Broadcasted: The Remote ID system transmits the drone's unique identifier, location, altitude, velocity, control station location, and emergency status.

Enforcement: As of March 16, 2024, operators of non-compliant drones may face fines and suspension or revocation of their drone pilot certificates.

The implementation of Remote ID is a significant step toward integrating drones into the national airspace, facilitating more complex operations, and addressing safety and security concerns. Drone operators should ensure their equipment complies with these requirements to avoid penalties and contribute to safer airspace operations.
