The J6 political prisoners were mostly conservatives and Republicans and were put into the hands of progressives. The J6'rs couldn't escape and were unable to protect themselves and the Progressives knew it. Their tormentors were no different than the Nazis who tortured their fellow citizens because a corrupt Judicial system declared all citizens who held a non-government approved point of view as enemies of the State.

The Jan/6 Americans have done nothing to warrant their treatment, they were separated from their families, too many committed suicide.
While Japanese Americans haven't done anything wrong, we couldn't be sure none were spies and we were at war with their country of origin, it was a critical time, war time, that makes a whole lot of difference.
President Trump must not only pardon all of the J6 Prisoners, but he must also launch an investigation to identify every single Federal and DC employee who denied the J6 Prisoners their rights, prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, including, taking all of their possessions and using that to make the J6 Prisoners financially whole!
