Assassinations. Civil unrest. Rising crime tearing through America’s cities. When chaos surges, the question surfaces: Can the President call for a national emergency? The short answer: yes, but it’s not a free pass to unlimited power, but the power is vast!
Under the National Emergencies Act of 1976, the President can formally declare a national state of emergency, triggering extraordinary powers already approved by Congress.
The declaration must spell out which laws are being unlocked, whether mobilizing the National Guard, freezing financial networks, stopping federal aid, aiding in police powers, or giving the IRS seemingly unlimited power to audit NGOs and nonprofit organizations suspected of causing unrest and mayhem.

I think it is well past time that we declared war against the Democrats! Since 1960 they have been at war against the Right! Our country thrived on a system based on Christianity, it is now failing badly because of our current Godless society! The Democrats have destroy our society via the Democrat Polictical Party/Leftist/Globalist/Media/Trans/Hate Filled/pornographic/Perverted/Totally Sick Groups which appear to ecompass approximately 50% of our country! We cannot continue like this because we are falling fast. Trump, try as he might, cannot save us unless we start playing by different rules. We can either lose by default,or get very serious about the fact that this is a real war and start acting like it! The Democrats and their associates are Communist and they have been working very hard for 65 years to do exactly what they said they would do 65 years ago, bury us. We are up to our necks now, much deeper and we will be finished, in fact, considering how entrenced the enemy is we are likely already finished! But I for one would like to fight to the finish!

Yes! But there is also a corporate trick. If the left & their foreign cabal can dirty a corporate name then that stock will pulmet like they did with Tesla that create a buying opportunity to swoop in a get a deal. The back off the trashing of that company and the stock will rebound,once higher they sell and make a profit using political pressure to manupulate stock prices.
