IRS To Crush The Helpless

c8b90327c78522b216cdc50afd9f14ad?AccessKeyId=44655B35CB3282F1685D&disposition=0&alloworigin=1(PatriotHQ) 87,000 armed agents from the IRS and tens of thousands of others are about to descend on a employee type they consider as potential tax cheats!

Who is this targeted group of ‘under-the-radar’ offenders? Is it secret mafia bosses raking in untold millions? How about dirty politicians doing secret deals with China or even worst Meth and Phenol drug dealers?

No, wrong on all guesses! The Biden regime has ordered the IRS to get tough on waiters' tips!

OMG! Who would have thought! Waiters and waitresses working evenings, weekends waiting tables scrubbing floors and cleaning up after sloppy Americans are now the lefts new target group for audits and of course slow roasting!

How can a waitress working 50 to 70 hours a week in some of the worst conditions, dealing with some of the worst people, trying to feed their families have the stamina to fight back against the IRS trained army?

Mike Palicz, a tax expert, says they are now going after the tips waitresses get.

Get this. This week, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) came up with a plan to make it harder for service workers to report tips.

The Service Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (SITCA) program would be a way for service companies and the IRS to work together to report tips on a voluntary basis. The program was announced on Monday. As part of the proposal, the IRS will give people until early May to tell them what they think about the program before it starts.

A BIG LIE! "Those 87,000 new IRS agents, you were told, would only go after the rich," tweeted Americans for Tax Reform's federal affairs manager, Mike Palicz. "They are going after the tips of waitresses now."

The IRS, trying to explain away their targeting of waitress says: “the goal of the program is to "improve compliance with tip reporting," reduce administrative burdens, and give taxpayers more clarity and certainty”. Bullsh*t!

The agency lists "monitoring of employer compliance based on actual annual tip revenue and charge tip data from an employer's point-of-sale system and allowing for changes in tipping practices from year to year" as one of the program's features.

It also says participating employers would send the IRS annual reports, would be protected from liability related to "rules define tips as part of an employee's pay," and would have the freedom to set up internal tip reporting procedures "in accordance with the section of the tax law  requires employees to report tips to their employers."

"They wouldn't tell us how to crack down on this if it was only going to be voluntary," Palicz said in an interview with Fox News Digital. "The end goal is to get as much money as possible from as many people as possible."

All of this is happening even though they told us they wouldn't go after people making less than $400,000, he said.

Republicans criticize plans by Democrats to raise taxes again in 2023: "TAX HIKES ARE THE HOLY GRAIL OF THE LEFT"

Years ago, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) put out a report  said the IRS often gave employers and employees who didn't follow the rules protection from tip income audits. The report said about 30% of employers with tip reporting agreements had not turned in tips worth almost $1.7 billion.

"One of the problems found by TIGTA is  the IRS rarely cancels tip reporting agreements. This means noncompliant employers, and, in some cases, their employees are still protected from tip income audits," the IRS said in a notice released Monday.

"TIGTA suggested the IRS train its workers on specific criteria for rescinding tip reporting agreements with taxpayers who don't follow the rules."

In the meantime, Democrats have been criticized for a part of the Inflation Reduction Act added $80 billion to the IRS's budget and made it possible for the agency to hire tens of thousands of new agents. Early in January, the Republican-controlled House passed a bill to take back $70 billion of money.

Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., who helped write the bill, told Fox News Digital at the time, "The last thing the American people need right now are more audits from an out-of-control, bloated IRS." "The Inflation Act funding for the IRS would mean 87,000 new IRS workers would be hired to bring in enough money to pay for the Green New Deal priorities of the Democrats."

And an analysis of the tax provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act was released by House Republicans last year showed  Americans making less than $75,000 per year would have to pay for 60% of the extra tax audits would be allowed because the bill gave the IRS more money.

Inconclusion, the left loves to weaponize anything which will push their national agenda which includes a fat-cat tax and spend formula. Without raising taxes, they can scalp the taxpayer with audits.

Their excuse is: “You have nothing to worry about if you are obeying the law” (unless the law is so stringent it can’t be obeyed or the people so broke, they simply need bread)

  • Yep, and that's the entire point of the famous book, "Atlas Shrugged", where the authoritarian state has made the regulations/laws so stringent, complicated or even contradictory and so powerful that anyone can be found in violation whenever the unelected bureaucrats choose. By the way, the federal Departments of Education, Health & Human Services, Agriculture and many others already have armed agents who are auithorized to use deadly force if necessary, and NONE of these agencies are authorized by the U.S. Constitution. Now is the time for an Article V Convention of States before We the People become irrelevant serfs in our own country.  http://conventionofstates.com/?ref=49564

  • ADMIN

The new 87,000 agents are on top of the existing ones! Not only that but the IRS advertized the fact the 'new agents' will need to be armed!

What type of a government has to collect taxes at gun point?

  • Stinking corrupt demoncrats they all should be tried for treason. I hope they choke on this new ripoff

  • Everyone with a brain knew this would happen.  You cannot hire 87,000 IRS agents and not expect to be audited almost every year.  Think about it, 87,000 IRS agents is the same as eight light Infantry Divisions for the Army.  That is two Army Corps.  That is 87,000 new offices, computers, office furniture, vacations, retirements, medical policies, and wages.  How does anyone think the dizzy Dems can pay for this by just taxing those who make $400,000 a year?  We all knew they would be coming after all the little guys.  The big guys got where they are by being smart enough to keep their money from the Government.  Does anyone want to bet that the new 87,000 IRS employees will be union members?  We need a new administration to fire and not hire 87,000 new government employees.  We need to cut the giveaway programs, cut the budget, closely watch the military-industrial complex and put a work-for-handouts program in place.

Yup, BUT the 87,000 agents are on top of the existing ones! And the IRS advertized the fact the 'new agents' will need to be armed!

  • How would  these slimy corrupt politicians even know what a tip is. The only one who had any understanding of the hard working American people was TRUMP. I watched many videos of him joking and talking to hard working people and in some instances helping them out with their problems. He has always been very generous to the hard working people. Unlike the money grubbing scumbag politicians who think they are special. I do not care about MEAN TWEETS that I heard many say that is why they did not like him. I actually liked them.

    • ADMIN

Now you know why the left hates Trump, because the people love him! (...and yes he has won every election)

  • STOP FEEDINDING THE MONSTERS!!!  WITH OUR MONEY!!!

  • It's about to hit the fan

  • Ilona, you are exactly correct. Dems have always hated the middle class. They want all dependant on the government. All about Control.
